SCAMMERS! DONOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY with these guys if you are in need of stucco work. I had to call from a second (work cell) in order to get a hold of him and of course he has since then ceased to answer that number. My issues are as follows: 1-The final invoice exceeded the quote considerably (see photos). I was quoted $2900 and told they might find 'a few things once we get on the ladder that might cost a few hundred more dollars.' The final invoice was $3500. That's a 20% increase from the original estimate. And they did not even fix/find everything, see item 2. 2-They did not find/fix everything. While on my own ladder today doing some yard work I noticed a large crack that Al and his team either failed to find and fix or found and chose to ignore to cut corners/save money. 3-They did not perform all services quoted. The quote included the application of solar seal caulking to areas of my balconies that was never performed. 4-As mentioned, when I reached out to Al about getting me an updated invoice and alleged 5 year warranty information, he disappeared. When I finally called him on a secondary line he told me his secretary was on maternity leave and could get me the documents when he returned. She allegedly returned to work 8/23. I am writing this review as of 9/4. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau in hopes that others will not have a similar experience.
