But let's be honest, thankfully we don't have snowy or icy streets very often here. I felt I could use a tune up, so more than 5 years after the first class, I took it again, this time one-on-one with the instructor so that I could really get the hang of it. Highly recommend this class, and will likely take another refresher every couple years, because it's such good practice and so important to have these skills.

Amanda and Colleen made it as efficient and safe as possible in helping me acquire a must have life skill. Amanda booked my appointment with DMV, and was very prompt in scheduling/rescheduling driving time. Colleen, my driving teacher, put a lot of emphasis on safe and defensive driving, took notes of what I did well/where I needed more practice, repeated rules of the road as necessary, and gave great advice and pointers- there were NO surprises on the test, and wasn't asked to do any maneuvers that we haven't practiced. Good luck, and my only advice would be to take multiple mock tests with the driving teacher, as it brings confidence and ease on the actual test!
