I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at Petco. The customer service is…read moreconsistently poor. When going to checkout, there is often no one behind the counter, leaving customers standing there waiting without assistance. I scheduled grooming appointments for both of my dogs a week in advance. I received a call about one of them saying they had to cancel because they overbooked large dogs. This created a major inconvenience for me, and the staff acted as though the situation was somehow my fault rather than taking responsibility for their scheduling error. When I brought my second dog to her confirmed appointment, I was told I shouldn't even be there because they "didn't have room." They initially took her back and placed her on a lead, but shortly after, they brought her back out and refused to groom her, stating she was uncooperative and would not be seen there. The entire situation was handled unprofessionally and without clear communication. Overall, this experience felt disorganized and disrespectful of my time. I will not be returning.
