These guys are great and fast! Called them because my water softener was running through salt like…read morea drunk goes through whiskey. Between my call and the date of service, I developed a leak in the water pipe leading up to the upstairs toilet. The water softener was in the basement -- and it's a rough basement. There are two guys who show up and I can't say enough about them: Polite, smart, are OK with the dog and never once said "You should really just demolish this house, it's pretty old." Anyway, I said, "Could you take a look at the toilet, blah, blah .. one guy went up, the other went down and within 45 minutes both jobs were done!!! I've called them several times and they are always polite, knowledgeable and fast.

I generally don't go out of my comfort zone of companies I call. I found Actions name and thought I would give them a call thinking it would probably be another place that wouldn't be able to help, when I talked to the owner Mike I was so glad I called. Mike was able to come out immediately and get a new boiler on its way. He had his technicians out the next morning to replace our old boiler and put in a new one. They did an awesome job and were very professional. Our new boiler is great and we couldn't be happier. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to others
