Upon arrival, not only was there no boat or staff from the company, but we were approached by the police, who informed us that we were trespassing on private property. To make matters worse, another group arrived shortly after us, claiming they had the exact same reservation details for the same time slot. It became painfully clear that something shady or extremely disorganized was happening. We called the number provided, and the only response we got was: "We're lost on the water." Seriously? That's your excuse for leaving paying customers stranded, confused, and dealing with law enforcement? Our entire day was ruined, and we were left embarrassed and frustrated. This was not only a waste of time and money, but it also felt unsafe and poorly handled. I would strongly advise against using this service unless you want chaos, confusion, and zero accountability. ZERO STARS. BBB BOAT RENTALS I SHOULD REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

We had a booking and they…read morenever even showed up and our driver, Nick, just blocked our numbers instead of trying to resolve the issue. They had us waiting in the hot sun on a dock swarming with police who harassed us, told us to lie to the police about why we were there, lied about our driver, Nick, being new and that being the reason he never arrived. The entire hour and a half we were there, both Nick and the owner assured us he was "five minutes away" for the entire hour and a half. Also why are you running a private business out of a public slip and relying on the public to mislead the police about it?

5-Star Review for Foster Lake and Pond Management…read more Our community made the switch to Foster Lake and Pond Management about five months ago, and the difference has been night and day. We have five ponds throughout our neighborhood, and several of them had ongoing issues--persistent algae problems, fountains not working properly, and poor water quality. Cody and his team came in and immediately took action. They balanced the pH levels in all of our ponds, repaired and unclogged every non-functioning fountain, and provided helpful, forward-thinking suggestions for long-term maintenance and improvement. Their attention to detail and responsiveness have been outstanding. This is the third pond management company we've worked with in just three years, and there is absolutely no comparison--Cody and his crew are 10 times better than anyone we've used before. They are knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely care about the health and appearance of our community's ponds. We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend Foster Lake and Pond Management to any community or property in need of expert water management. Jeff Crowley - HOA President

The used car salesman tactic is not appreciated. I've had this happen to me three times so far, so…read moreat this point it's a pattern. I always avoid the Cary store whenever I can because I've been up sold on three separate occasions, a water bottle holder, a cleaning product, and a kick stand. The latter time, my current kickstand was actually insulted before they recommended a new kick stand. First of all, the covid measures are a little over the top. Making customers stand in the baking sun without acknowledgment for 15 minutes until someone comes to retrieve them is a little ridiculous. The store is quite large and everyone is wearing masks, why so militant about the number of people inside? There was never THAT many people trying to come in the store, and there is plenty of space to spread people out in the air conditioning. Trek's covid customer experience is far worse than any other triangle area business I've been to, including restaurants. If you can't figure out a way to accommodate customers better than you currently are, you should just remain closed until things get back to normal. Secondly, the upselling was tiresome and cringe worthy. Trying to get in and out of your store to accomplish a simple task is nearly impossible. I had an appointment to drop my bike off for routine maintenance service. My time was needlessly wasted as employees suggested a host of products I didn't want (everything from cleaning solutions to a new kickstand - because the associate mocked the existing after market kick stand that had been installed). It was a waste of my time and it's an uncomfortable experience for the customer. I could have been home and back to work 20 minutes earlier if I wasn't fending off your associates attempts to sell me your crap. You need to reimagine your entire customer service experience with the customer in mind.
