Bucklist item: check! My brother and I jumped to celebrate me entering a new decade of life (me for the first time, my brother only had experience static line jumping). I'm not from the area but the site was easy enough to find! My brother got the jumps for me so I can't speak to the cost but according to him they are among the average cost for tandem skydiving. There was some type of malfunction or confusion with the reservations BUT the young lady running the desk (sorry, forgot her name!) was incredibly helpful and supportive to make sure everything was cleared up! When arriving we had to complete an additional form and watch a short video to go over some basic information and the usual risk evaluation haha. Then our instructors met up with us. I was jumping with Andy who was incredibly chill. I was given a jumpsuit, goggles, and gloves and assisted into the harness. Andy went over the basic and then ended with "you're probably going to forget all of this in 5mins so don't worry, I'll remind you when everything is needed." Side note: seems like jumpsuits aren't necessary. I'm glad I got one since we jumped in December but my brother did not. Never got a chance to ask if that was his choice or if they just didn't have one to fit his 6'4" frame. I'm leaning towards him deciding to opt out of the jumpsuit. On the plane, I think there were around 10 jumpers. My brother and I were the only tandem jumpers there. I was a bit intimidated that the other more experienced jumpers would be a bit judgy but it was the exact opposite! I'd compare them to surfers...totally relaxed and welcoming to us newbie jumpers! Loved the camaraderie they obviously had which comes from the madness of regularly jumping out of planes haha! When we reached the right altitude everything moved pretty quickly which was awesome! Shockingly I wasn't nervous at all. Andy set everything up and reminded me of what I needed to know then, next thing I knew, we were out the door and flying! Incredible!! Absolutely breathtaking! When Andy pulled the chute we were able to hear one another. The landing was soft and easy, absolutely incredible experience. My siblings did chip in to get me the pic/video package. Again, totally apologize but I forgot the name of the jumper who took everything but he was AWESOME! I received the package of an incredibly well done 5min video from before we jumped to when we landed as well as around 200 pictures I believe via a google Dropbox file. They arrived within 24hrs which I totally wasn't expecting! They also give you your certificate for completing your first tandem jump if you're interested in future jumps. Long winded review but seriously, zero issues, zero nerves, 100% incredible experience! Side note, bring some cash to tip your tandem instructor...they totally make the experience and, technically, they do hold your life in their hands haha! read more

Awesome experience. I was a first timer so I was extremely nervous but Tripp did a great job breaking everything down for me and going over everything before he did it. When they opened the door that's when it all kind of hits and watching everyone jump out makes it more real. The floating was awesome and peaceful and the turns and tricks are only if you want to but definitely recommend. The landing was also very smooth and you don't feel a thing. The best part was when Tripp went over everything multiple times and right when you jump out he said and If you forget everything I told you and freak out , you'll still be ok and won't die lol. Honestly one of the best experiences of my life and I'll definitely be back! read more

Top notch organization! Had a great experience for my first tandem jump. The media package that they offer as an option for your jump is well produced and worth the additional cost. Everything about how they handle the social interaction with newbies to ensuring your harness is attached correctly is professional. They do keep the conversation light-hearted and fun but, are all business otherwise. I have no complaints at all - well maybe the five minute video they have you watch which looks like it was filmed in 1980. LOL I'm going again. read more

Took a couple of days from my Jump to write a review worthy of this experience and this company. If you even have an inclination that you may want to try this. Do it. Of all the positive vibes I can muster up to send your way I do... I never wanted to do this until a couple weeks ago. With a fearless partner and a drive in myself to challenge all my fears and show the true strength of my own willpower... I decided I could do this and in that same day, bought tickets and was on a plane two weeks later. I had done indoor skydiving with Paraclete and you can just tell this is their life. They had to build one of the largest tunnels I've ever seen just to accommodate their passion! Getting settled in and meeting our coaches, we felt comfortable and excited. The staff was calling us by names and enjoying conversation by the on site bar/grille when a storm cloud delayed our flight a little while. I never even felt nervous or unattended to. My coach Thomas was my complete opposite which made the jump that much better.... wild, carefree, hilarious, and eased all my butterflies with laughter. (i totally would have been crying if I hadn't been laughing at his antics) but his confidence and comfort with this was enough to keep any concerns at bay. He made my jump incredible. They fall is unlike anything. Unbelievably humbling and fueling you with explosions of power at the same time. NOTHING else can feel like this, I'm sure of it! Thomas let me experience zero force with some playful turns of the chute and feel the surge of freedom in navigating myself in the wide open sky. I got to catch up to my boyfriend to see his own life changing experience... I was eye level to a soaring hawk ya'll. Come'on! PS thanks for cleaning the fleas out of my hair during free fall Smoothest landing I could have asked for, and walked away a different person. Jokingly, Thomas added they need more female instructors. Heard and noted coach! My mind keeps replaying that and i feel some new goals forming! You guys do this jump on the daily and I hope it's as exhilarating as day one, but if not I hope knowing you literally ply a part in change lives is a worthy walk away from these jumps. Even for my videographer! You siked me up and I've got an epic video to show for it. Plus watching a human in front of me made that 10,000 ft free fall a little less intimidating haha.. Awesome environment, by far the best drop zone I've been to. I finished my AFF skydiving school here, they have super experienced instructors not to mention the amazing facility with top of the line equipment. Everyone here is always in a good mood willing to help you with any questions or concerns you may have as a tandem or AFF student. Come here, bring your pets and kids they'll have a great time playing in the open green area. They also have a restaurant with decent food. read more

I gifted my husband tandem skydiving on his birthday last weekend. The best part of the experience was the video. We have watched it over and over again. The videographer made a really risky jump to ensure the video was right. My only tip would be please wear a helmet to cover your face from the gush of air in the free fall. My husband, who has sinus problem, felt his nerves strain in his nose and ears. read more

I went skydiving today for my brothers 21st birthday and it was unlike anything I've ever experienced!!! From the second we arrived to do paperwork until we took off our gear and left, the employees were incredible. I jumped out of the plane with Thomas and Luke videoed on my way down and they were both so fun! They made me feel so relaxed on the plane ride up, right before we jumped, and all the way down. I have been jumping for 20+yrs and have been to many dropzones around the country as well as abroad, this place is certainly one of the best. Great aircraft , good vibes, friendly peeps. I only wish I had more time to spend at the DZ . The only thing I could even mention is that I wish they could have put me in touch with an organizer . But that aside ....thumbs up !! read more
