There is a machine to scan your QR code to obtain your lift card (for first time skiers), which is super easy to use. There is a ticket booth open if you run into any other problems. The rental shop is in a separate building on the other side of the ticket booth/restaurant. I stayed on the bunny hill for the entire day. I was told that this bunny hill is a lot more steeper than other mountains, but it's the only way to get better right? Overall a great time and I left uninjured. Pricing: One of the cheaper ones in the area. I took a college discount so it was $20 less (regular pricing for the entire day is $89). Rental packages costed $60. If you're a beginner like myself and only plan on sticking to the bunny hill, I recommend you booking the learning area instead ($35 for 4 hours).

By the time you make it up the lift (which takes a while) and get the little guy's bindings set, you have a maybe 5 minute ride down. We'd have to ski behind him to protect him from all the teenagers rocketing down the mountain and would find that a lot of terrain would be closed for racing. There just isn't that many runs to do on such a tiny mountain and when several runs are closed, it becomes congested and chaotic on what is open. None of this matters anymore. I had expressed concern via social media about their expansion's effect on our neighborhood. West responded by having their lawyer block me from the premises due to my social media comments. This is the kind of mountain that would rather block a local family from access than have a conversation about how their planning might affect residents.

I unfortunately got there to late for the yoga class but would have loved to have tried that. Looked at the schedule and they have a nice selection of classes, from Vinyasa to strength. At the end of the month they even run a yoga class where the proceeds go to charity. We will definitely go back again the next time we are in town!

The son is good, however the mother is not. Seemed evident she made a passive-aggressive effort to make the stay less than pleasurable which was apparent from reservation through checkout, and jumps to all kinds of conclusions. Like she was somehow inconvenienced or put out and also doesn't listen well as a result. She's certainly glad when you leave. She repeatedly does a very poor job of even the most basic accounting and dates, but somehow you're the one at fault. She also gets way too wound up and in your business should you dare have a visitor (like holy smokes, lady, chill out), and nosy in general. She's the only thing that brings the place down, otherwise they'd easily be 4-5 stars. :(
