I will say Selkirk Provincial Park was one of the WORST experiences ever. Now the regulars may enjoy it ... but for someone who travelled to the area it wasn't worth it. We spent most of the time outside the park: Canuyga, Port Dover, Turkey point. We did this because the park isn't big (which isn't the issue). The issue was the Officers being lazy and not doing their jobs. At 3 am every night we were woken up by drunks screaming and yelling. Absolutely no enforcing of the 11 pm curfew. Now I agree 11 pm is early but 1 am would be nice. We stayed in the tent are nonelectric. You absolutely can hear neighbouring campsites easily. The yelling all night and the DOGS barking all day and night basically ruined the trip (dogs at night barking). I read a lot of reviews and thought people were just overreacting... the majority of the complaints were accurate. A nice small park I found to be well cleaned and probably relaxing during slow season. I can't recommend people visiting for a relaxing/fun time/adventurous... not at all.

The first time we purchased a day pass and the kids stayed for almost 5 hours - without coming to shore once. I also participated and really enjoyed it too with a healthy fear of injuring myself - I served as a bowling pin to bendy kids slipping and sliding through the course :-). The second visit, only the 2h pass (peak hours) was available and the kids used every minute of it. We packed a lunch and drinks, blankets for lounging and chilled out for a good portion of the day while the kids enjoy the inflatable course. It's fun to watch them ! We've seen many bring small bbqs and make it a full day. There is a BBQ stand selling food by the change rooms if you'd rather take that route. Tip : If you purchase the Niagara Peninsula Conservation season pass (approx $130 which gives you access to other Niagara Parks) and can make good use out of it, it makes FunSplash more affordable in the long run. If you only plan on going to Binbrook once, park entry is $28 (carload) above the FunSplash access fee ($25 for 2 hours and $30 for all day pass).

I do not recommend this place, they are plenty of businesses out there who respect you as a person (whatever background you come from), and as a customer. Spend your money there. I had previously jumped in San Diego, and my experience was incomparable. Here, on the other hand, I had a very unpleasant confrontation with their staff (who don't know what they are doing) and the owner/manager (who sounds more like a bully to me than a manager). They did a great job of ruining my boyfriend's birthday though, I give them that! :)

Upon arrival we wanted to book video but all the photographers were booked so we did the handheld with our tandem master. We watched a video and then had training inside the hangar. Then we got our overalls, and gear on and waited for our turn. My tandem master was Massy and hubby's was Peter. Both were great and made us feel safe at all times. The view from the plane was beautiful and the actual jump to landing lasted only a few minutes. The tandem masters were awesome at explaining everything and keeping everyone excited on the flight up. A great experience worth the drive to Niagara.

They stage their games a little differently and I really appreciate after so many different escape rooms finding something that is unexpected. I would love to sit here and praise a lot off neat things I saw but I don't want to ruin anything for anyone so I will remain vague. Besides the great detail put into making the game amazing I also want to give them a shout out for their well kept waiting room and all the fun puzzles and games they provide to get your mind in gear whilst waiting your turn. Had we known, we never would have brought a group of children into those conditions. An Orange Heat Alert was in effect, and both children and adults became overheated. Some showed signs of heat exhaustion, and the kids were struggling to participate. Instead of enjoying their birthday, they left sweaty and disappointed. To make matters worse, the staff member assigned to our party was called away to a lengthy staff meeting while we were the only party there. We struggled to get water refills when they were most needed. Mara was helpful whenever she was available, but overall the staff seemed unprepared, and no manager came to check on our group or address the situation. What was most disappointing wasn't just the broken AC--it was how the situation was handled. There was no advance warning, no apology from the GM, no effort to mitigate the conditions with fans, complimentary cold drinks, arcade passes, or any other accommodation. Customer safety and satisfaction should have been the priority. We paid a hefty price for a memorable birthday celebration and instead experienced an unsafe and deeply disappointing afternoon. I hope management takes responsibility for how this was handled so other families don't have the same experience.
