Wait was long over 4 hours but hands down had the best dynamic duo crew for my jump and video, everyone couldn't stop talking about it ! Had a blast! Oh and did I know I was skydive that day? Not a clue, husband tricked me thinking I was gonna go on a hike and help surprise his friends for a proposal... But before I knew it, I arrived to our destination and what awaited me was a death waiver and contract, good news I'm still here and more than happy to go again!

I've jumped with 3 different shops and Cross Keys is by far the BEST. Top notch professionals, never once felt unsafe. Had Ryan as my tandem instructor and Kevin as my videographer. Both were awesome guys and am already planning on going back for some more jumps. A+++

I have been wanting to do this for a long time and finally got to go for my 60th birthday! Everyone should experience skydiving at least once. Special thanks to my instructor Drew for the ride and to Kevin for the great photos. They will tell you to dress warm - listen; they tell you it will take a few hours - it does. But it is all so WORTH it! They are friendly, professional and upfront. I highly recommend.

Just breathe. I can do this

This experience was beyond AMAZING. My instructor pancake was great, informative and I felt safe even at the moments I thought I was not going to get off the plane once I got up in the air. Once we jumped it was perfect and I smiled all the the way down if not laughing. I reccomend the 7 am time because it was lovely. ( I drove 1 and half hours to get here and it was worth it ) This is a life goal and I accomplished it. Thanks tandem. Oh and I got my certificate to show off. Showing off right now. Wish I remembered my camera guy cause she surely caught some great pictures.

Just jumping out of an airplane with my new best friend in life Chris Gray.

I'm assuming most reviews for this place will be five stars because people are really happy to be alive afterward. I'd just like to say that the staff was fantastic and they all have a very mellow attitude, which is ideal when you're dealing with people trying something like skydiving for the first time. The laid-back attitude is complimented by a confidence and professionalism that puts you at ease. They are great at what they do, which is make people's experience of jumping out of an airplane an exhilarating and yet safe experience. I can't wait to go back. PS: they were outstanding in letting us change our jump date due to weather and were very responsive to our inquiries. Great job guys.

How to get your skydiving license!

This place is great! I started by booking online, and getting a student discount. The only downside was that the student discount only applies on weekdays so my sister that works on weekdays couldn't come. Upon arrival, they make you sign a bunch of waivers and watch a video outlining all of the risks and dangers, which was a little unsettling at first, but once I met the workers, I was excited again. All of the employees are super nice and the ones that I met seemed appropriately confident. One employee demonstrated the appropriate steps, and got us into our harnesses, then gave us goggles and a face over to wear in the plane, but slide down when we jumped out. There was some free time between getting the harness and getting in the plane, so the videographers came and did a preflight interview and got some pictures. There were also a couple of puppies roaming around with some friendly people that let me pet them while I was waiting and that was a fun bonus! I did tandem skydiving with Nico who was really cool, and Tim was my videographer who was also very nice! They both had super fun energy and made the experience even better. The photo and video package was a great idea for my first jump. It was a bit expensive so I'm not sure if I would get it again, but it was definitely nice to capture the experience of my first jump, and the video was nicely edited and the photos all came out great. After we landed, I received a Tandem Jump Certificate and a few discount coupons to come back. I would love to skydive at Skydive Crosskeys again soon!

Sure enough!! With-in a week of the last Jump, my daughter decided she wanted jump. Cross keys was as good as ever. They did everything they could to keep her calm and until the 30 seconds before leaving the plane she was great. Staring down 13,500 feet will freak anyone out. In the end she LOVED IT and is planning another trip in a few weeks. Check out cross keys on Facebook. She will be the one with the stuffed pig as a jump partner. We did this jump on Labor Day and the place was packed. They were running jumps rather fast and barely keeping up with the crowds. The dive instructors seemed hurried and less than happy with the pace. The heat and humidity certainly was not helping For my grand son and I, it was our second jump towards getting our License to sky dive. I suggest you study the book. The instructors take this serious as you would expect them to.

I was referred to Cross keys by a friend and I'm glad I came. For my 30th decided to go sky diving and dragged My sister along with me (her21days after mine) ....after few reschedules because of the rain and weather delay the day of we were fin at able to jump. Mike instructor was excellent, very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Tim was a great photographer, he made sure to get great coverage of my first sky dive. I would definitely do it again and recommend.

I only did it because I'm competitive and I'm no punk! Registration was easy -- I did it onsite with no issues. Once you pay, you sign a waiver and you're off. There really isn't a training session. They just tell you a few do's and dont's, give you your harness and that's it. One would think it would be a bit more considering you're literally gambling with your life. So, at 12,000 feet, it's a little chilly up there lol. I kept my eyes closed for the first few seconds. I tried not to look around lol. I will say that I will never jump out of a plane -- willingly-- again. It's an experience for sure. If you're in the need for a thrill, this is it!

Until the overweight fee...I'm a thick lady so I had to pay extra for my full curves, pls keep that in mind. I should have called and questioned that fee before I arrived but since we drove more than an hour I reluctantly paid it. I did not want to pass on the opportunity to cross off an bucket list activity. I met my instructor Jahn and he was nice and I felt comfortable. He helped me into the gear and gave me some instructions to follow during the jump. The actual jumping out of a plane was better than I thought. Jahn did some spin things on the way down that I just loved!! He was also the photographer and videographer. I got the video and picture package which was a cool addition to the experience. It's like your own personal highlight reel. I do recommend and I would jump again!!! ***Corporate pls add some type of wipes(sanitation) to the gear station. The instructors should not be wiping off/cleaning the goggles with the shirt they have been wearing all day.

My friends purchased a group package online! It included 2 flys each and photos & videos. A couple of us added on the high fly! Totally worth it! These packages offer more for your money at a lower price point plus you get a front row seat to watching each person enjoy the experience! Once you are signed up everyone will fill out online forms and waivers prior to arrival! Each person is also sent a preflight video to watch to learn hand signals. This information is reviewed several times once onsite as well! There are a lot of health restriction's. A big one to note is that if you've ever dislocated your shoulder this is not for you! The first two times I fly my shoulder was fine but after the third time I could really feel the pressure! What to expect: Upon arrival we checked everything out! So many fun photo opportunities including angel wings and a step & repeat! We loved to taking photos there and the staff was so accommodating about leaving time before and after for photos! Everyone will need to get weighed in so be honest on your waiver! You are weighed individually but the weight is concealed for privacy! There are set weight limits so check to see if you are within the range. There are no exceptions! Once you get your wrist band you move on to get your fly suit and helmet. I used the helmet with the face covering and I highly recommend this option! This avoided the wind hitting me directly in the face and allowed me to focus on the experience mates of just the wind! There were about 10 of us in our class. Each person got to fly twice! We rooted and cheered for everyone as they went up and out of the tube! Watching people you care about experience this up close was really such a fun experience! Being together doing this crazy thing was so fun! Our instructor Sam was amazing! Honestly all of the employees were so kind and willing to do whatever they could to make this a memorable experience including flashing me a happy birthday message while I was in the tunnel flying! Sam made us all feel comfortable and she was so good at what she does! At the end of everyone's flights she did an amazing show of her skills in the tunnel! She's got some serious talent and she and the rest of the crew really love what they do! Their enthusiasm is contagious and really added so much value to the experience! My only constructive feedback is that it would have been cool to have a camera in the tunnel to capture the high fly. You really go off screen alone you start getting higher. It also would have been cool to have someone video from outside of the tunnel so bring friends to watch and record! One last suggestion...bring cash to tip your instructor! I was glad I had cash on me! You can not add this to your credit card payment and they do not have cash to break bills. I can not recommend this experience enough! This was something that all of us will remember for a very long time! Thank you iFly for making this birthday experience something so very unique and special!

It's great and there's no maximum age. The staff is so friendly and they try to make sure you have a fun experience and they succeeded. Sam was fantastic and really made you feel safe. There are always packages with deals, so I recommend you grabbing some friends and heading on down. Our package came with photos and videos. It was a fun time by all. The facility was nice and clean. The flight time is sufficient and long enough. Everything was well organized, we were with another group for a total of 11 of us. Our session was at 11am and we were heading to our car at 12:15pm. Our instructor was kind enough to take photos of us, which was so nice. It was friendly and a nice vibe. Great evening out with friends. A tip, ask for the helmet with the visor, not the one that requires goggles.

Years ago, I came to this drop zone because not only was it closer than the other one I went to, but it was also a lot more professional and focused on the sport rather than the frat house culture you can find at other DZs. The folks at skydive Philly helped me learn a lot and aided in me getting my A license. I ended up having a baby and could no longer afford to jump and was also having personal issues that were hindering me from pursuing my passions (not because of my child ;) he's a blessing). I just came back to this DZ to show my son the planes and show him where I used to go for fun. Aaron (the guy who runs the business) was there and he remembered me after 6 years!! He was SO sweet to my son and me and it meant the world. He welcomed me back and gave me all the information and support I needed to get back into the sport if I desired. He was so encouraging and understanding. The staff here, even after all this time, remember their students and care for them. It made my day and I'm so sorry for anyone that can't see how great these people are. Please understand skydiving can be SUPER frustrating because it's all dependent on the weather and sometimes plans have to get canceled time and time again. Try not to get mad at the staff for having to cancel a jump.
