We love this place the staff is beyond amazing always accommodating the smell when you walk in the door is very pleasant not your typical trampoline park Disgusting smell. We take our children here not only on the weekends but throughout summertime with a group anyone looking for a fun clean place to take your kids. I would definitely recommend Sky Zone.

WARNING TO PARENTS ABOUT GLOW ZONE - JUNE 11th, 2021. I brought my son and his friend to Glow Zone last night at 6:15. Upon arrival, there was a police car present sitting outside. To have to hire a security detail for a kids event, already didn't sit right with me. I asked the capacity & was told 300 kids. We were informed everyone had to buy or have, a glow shirt & purchase the socks. Overall, it was around $43.00 for the night. After about an hour, I started noticing some things that appeared "off" to me. Several YOUNG girls (think 11 - 13) wearing very inappropriate skin tight underwear and half shirts. They certainly were not there to jump, as the would be exposing everyone else when they did so. Most kids there were dropped off by their parents, leaving the supervision inside very limited. I was sitting upstairs with several other Moms. We had a few fights behind us, no supervision from Sky Zone upstairs at all. Several girls came up and sat on the floor next to us, attempting to hide their vaping in the corner. I observed kids continue to go in & out the back door, that is located past the bathrooms, with no supervision or anyone stopping them from using that door. A further update to that is when we left, those same kids were going in and out of the woods back behind, doing, only god know what. I did notify Sky Zone staff that they needed someone on the back door. There were several times when police officers were called inside to "check bathrooms". I was told that kids were known to be vaping (and other things) in the bathrooms. At 8:30, Sky Zone turned on the lights and announced that anyone who had a pass that expired at 8:30 it was time to leave. The lines downstairs packed the entire front entryway, and there were several hundred people outside the doors as well. About 8:40, I determined it was time to leave. We had several kids standing right behind us upstairs dressed in hats, with heavy baggy hoodies covering their faces, shorts down around their waist with their underwear exposed - in 90 degree weather what is the purpose of dressing like that, and hiding your faces? Why were any kids even allowed inside without a sticker, when we were told "glow shirt and glow socks". I felt very uncomfortable as a Mother to even be sitting there any longer. I gathered my son and his friend, who had been kicked out for losing his sticker and not allowed back in to come upstairs to tell me, ironic given everyone else who was up there. As we exited, there were now 4 deputies on scene, scouring the venue, walking around the buildings, etc. I said this is not good - and they agreed, "No, it is not." A friend who worked there later confirmed several fights happened inside, and known vaping issues in the bathroom. If there is any doubt to anything written, contact Sarasota Sheriff to get a copy of all of the police reports from Friday night that are available for anyone to review. So, here is my take: - There is a drug and vaping issue among many teens - but doing it inside of an establishment made for younger kids to have fun - is ruining the reputation of the venue. - Sky Zone should enact the following: No back packs, no hats, no bags. Clear bags only so you can see what is inside. - If you don't have a pass to jump, you shouldn't be inside. I had to pay over $40 for my son to be inside, and his friend was kicked out for losing his sticker, but you let several questionable kids upstairs without a sticker? - No re-entry. This will solve the issue of these kids going out back to the woods from doing their vaping or drugs and coming back inside. - Have security at your exits, because they clearly know how to circumvent your current system. - If someone starts a fight or is involved in a fight, they are gone. Call their parents since there is no reason to stay after that. These are KIDS & it is your job to provide a safe establishment when you run a business. The fact that you already have to hire security detail, tells you that changes need to be made here.

Kids had fun. One to two hours should be enough time to do everything. There wasn't much for adults to do.

Whether you're 8 or 38, there's something here for every level of adrenaline junkie. From the moment we walked in, the energy was sky-high (literally)! The staff was friendly, check-in was smooth, and the park was impressively clean and well organized, even with all the excitement in the air. While we explored pretty much everything -- dodgeball, foam pits, and wall-to-wall trampolines -- my personal highlight was the basketball trampoline. Nothing beats soaring through the air and dunking like you're in the NBA finals. The trampoline gave me just enough bounce to live out my slam-dunk dreams, even if just for a few seconds. Great for groups, birthdays, or just spontaneous fun. I highly recommend bringing water (you'll need it), wearing grip socks (available if you forget), and arriving early if you want a little extra space to flip around. Altitude Tampa, we'll definitely be back! Next time, I'm challenging someone to a trampoline dunk contest.

I really have a love-hate relationship with trampoline parks. It's definitely a great aerobic…read moreactivity for kids to burn off energy and beat the heat. But my son has fractured his ankle twice at a different one, and of course the waivers mean there's no accountability. So we were very hesitant to bring my daughter here . Still, we were invited to a birthday party by a family we really like and didn't want to miss it. We went to Altitude over Labor Day weekend. and my daughter enjoyed the ball pit/playhouse area. But by mid-afternoon, the place was overcrowded and chaotic. The Playhouse area with slides had some safety issues, including a large area of net being ripped on the third level where my daughter could have easily fell down had I not been up there with her. Staff is aware of these safety issues as there was a kid walking around taking photos of the damages and inspecting while a ton of kids were still playing there. Cleanliness was also the biggest issue. Both of us got sick afterward with a bacterial infection that is taking over a week to kick , and the sock-only policy doesn't make sense when people walk through bathrooms and common areas in socks and then back onto the trampolines. It defeats the purpose of trying to keep things sanitary. As another reviewer stated , Adults didn't have anywhere to sit for 2-3 hours since the reserved tables were mainly for kids (which is totally fine , but for the paid extra adults, they should provide seating ) Service also seemed slow ; the parents had to track down staff to serve the cake before time ran out and they get charged for extra time. Staff were friendly but very young and there didn't seem to be much management. The kids had fun, and the birthday boy was happy, which is what matters most. But between the safety concerns, hygiene, and disorganization, I don't think we'll be back. Next time we'll just send a gift and skip the chaos, save the family on extra headcount costs.

There were children younger and older than him, all thoroughly enjoying themselves. The check in staff were very friendly. We bought a small package for while we're in town and thought the price was fair. They have lots of different areas: toddler/infants (play kitchens, small toys, blocks, etc), art (including smocks), calming room (if it's too much stimulation) and LOTS of gross motor skill activities (exercise equipment, trampoline, rock climbing wall, zip line, swings, etc). The whole gym as foam floors and there are foam pits under larger things (zip line, jungle gym, rock wall, etc). Everything seemed clean, bathrooms were clean too! I am a certified school teacher, and have taught special ed in the past. I have worked with OTs for many of my students as well. It is so amazing to have all these sensory tools at your disposal at this playground. There are multiple types of swings, for toddlers and big kids alike. There is a rock climbing wall, and extremely safe, spring-less trampoline with yoga balls in it for play. There is also a zip line into a padded pit, and monkey bars with pads underneath, and tons of other activities. There is a toddler/baby area blocked off by a half wall, so they will not be overwhelmed by the activity in the main room. There are dramatic play toys there such as a kitchen, grocery store and baby dolls. My daughter surprisingly loved the car ramp! There are tons of other age appropriate toys there as well. The entire place is padded with the foam type of pads you would put underneath home workout gyms. There is a dimly lit calm down room, with a beautiful blue bubble wall, and jellyfish tent and headphones. My younger daughter is a little quieter and more cautious. She loved being there all by herself and had plenty of time to get acclimated to her surroundings. She was able to run freely around and feel confident. I would definitely recommend checking out the website to see everything that this place has to offer. You can tell that a lot of thought was put into the creation of this indoor playspace, from a very educated perspective!
