I take my son here often and I can't say enough about the staff. This place is almost exclusively staffed by teenagers and every single one of them are phenomenal with small children. The facility itself has plenty of things for the kids to do. We even did a birthday party here and it was a blast and very well managed by the staff. Must try for the kids in Sarasota. read more

We were there for a birthday party on a busy Saturday and Leiou was assigned to our group. Not only was she extremely attentive and kind but she went out of her way to make our child feel important and went above and beyond to make sure we were all taken care of and safe! The manager is really kind of a fool. Paid $65 for my two kids to go to this place. It's totally slammed and completely understaffed with no staff at some attractions and some monitoring two attractions facing opposite of each other but the manager claims it's safe and tells at the staff. Lots of unsafe behavior going on. Certain problem kids repeatedly injuring other kids but certain staff members not paying attention. Saw 6 injuries when I was here including a bloody nose: my kid was injured twice by the same group of two kids. Manager "Just get a sorry you feel that way, we are have enougb staff". read more

We love this place the staff is beyond amazing always accommodating the smell when you walk in the door is very pleasant not your typical trampoline park Disgusting smell. Ugh. Let me count the ways that I hate Skyzone! It's incredibly loud. The lights are too bright. The children are completely overstimulated and screaming. It is horribly understaffed. The injuries. The bad food. The children crying and fighting over equipment because it's overcrowded. Is this the best we can do for kids fun? Is this Lord of the Flies? We were members and I will almost assuredly never return. They desperately need good competition for an indoor play spot in Sarasota. read more

WARNING TO PARENTS ABOUT GLOW ZONE - JUNE 11th, 2021. I brought my son and his friend to Glow Zone last night at 6:15. Upon arrival, there was a police car present sitting outside. To have to hire a security detail for a kids event, already didn't sit right with me. I asked the capacity & was told 300 kids. We were informed everyone had to buy or have, a glow shirt & purchase the socks. Overall, it was around $43.00 for the night. After about an hour, I started noticing some things that appeared "off" to me. Several YOUNG girls (think 11 - 13) wearing very inappropriate skin tight underwear and half shirts. They certainly were not there to jump, as the would be exposing everyone else when they did so. Most kids there were dropped off by their parents, leaving the supervision inside very limited. I was sitting upstairs with several other Moms. We had a few fights behind us, no supervision from Sky Zone upstairs at all. Several girls came up and sat on the floor next to us, attempting to hide their vaping in the corner. I observed kids continue to go in & out the back door, that is located past the bathrooms, with no supervision or anyone stopping them from using that door. A further update to that is when we left, those same kids were going in and out of the woods back behind, doing, only god know what. I did notify Sky Zone staff that they needed someone on the back door. There were several times when police officers were called inside to "check bathrooms". I was told that kids were known to be vaping (and other things) in the bathrooms. At 8:30, Sky Zone turned on the lights and announced that anyone who had a pass that expired at 8:30 it was time to leave. The lines downstairs packed the entire front entryway, and there were several hundred people outside the doors as well. About 8:40, I determined it was time to leave. We had several kids standing right behind us upstairs dressed in hats, with heavy baggy hoodies covering their faces, shorts down around their waist with their underwear exposed - in 90 degree weather what is the purpose of dressing like that, and hiding your faces? Why were any kids even allowed inside without a sticker, when we were told "glow shirt and glow socks". I felt very uncomfortable as a Mother to even be sitting there any longer. I gathered my son and his friend, who had been kicked out for losing his sticker and not allowed back in to come upstairs to tell me, ironic given everyone else who was up there. As we exited, there were now 4 deputies on scene, scouring the venue, walking around the buildings, etc. I said this is not good - and they agreed, "No, it is not." A friend who worked there later confirmed several fights happened inside, and known vaping issues in the bathroom. If there is any doubt to anything written, contact Sarasota Sheriff to get a copy of all of the police reports from Friday night that are available for anyone to review. So, here is my take: - There is a drug and vaping issue among many teens - but doing it inside of an establishment made for younger kids to have fun - is ruining the reputation of the venue. - Sky Zone should enact the following: No back packs, no hats, no bags. Clear bags only so you can see what is inside. - If you don't have a pass to jump, you shouldn't be inside. I had to pay over $40 for my son to be inside, and his friend was kicked out for losing his sticker, but you let several questionable kids upstairs without a sticker? - No re-entry. This will solve the issue of these kids going out back to the woods from doing their vaping or drugs and coming back inside. - Have security at your exits, because they clearly know how to circumvent your current system. - If someone starts a fight or is involved in a fight, they are gone. Call their parents since there is no reason to stay after that. These are KIDS & it is your job to provide a safe establishment when you run a business. The fact that you already have to hire security detail, tells you that changes need to be made here. read more

We decided to plan a last minute birthday party for the kids and this came up on google so we gave it a try. The initial contact with the person taking the reservation was very good she explained everything to detail and let me know what next steps were. We were asked to arrive 15 minutes early for checking which we did but then sat there for 30 min waiting to get checked in. I pointed out to the girl that we were still waiting and it was cutting into our play time which we had paid extra for so she decided to pick up from snail pace to turtle and later they agreed to give us time after the birthday to stay. The place was fun the kids jumped around and got to run around and try all kinds of different obstacles and jumps. We got them called to our room we're we got the next turtle who explained that we had 20 min to eat, 20 min for birthday cake and 20 min to open gifts. The service was terrible the parents had to jump in to help serve the food and drinks and then she disappeared for little bit while she figured out how to get us different color wristbands for the extra time owed to us. The place is pricey so I guess I was expecting much better service read more

It seems like employees stopped giving a care at all, me and my friend went to go to have fun, as he was here on vacation. Our experience was ruined from employees being strict at US only. They had literally walked past this spot with 3 basketball hoops, one ball in each lane was one of the rules along with 1 person on each lane and there was I kid you not 3 PEOPLE ON A SINGULAR LANE WITH 3 BALLS, and all they said to those people were "give me the balls you are only supposed to have one a lane" before telling us "hey you 2 are on the lane, get off it says every 20 or 15 minutes that you have one only per lane". I was only on the border between the floor and lane and apparently that was the lane itself. Besides employees it had only a few items and little space; the dining spot was made to have the same amount of space a cow would have in a enclosed farm. read more

My grandchildren loved this place.They have an upper level for parents to look over and somewhat keep an eye on the kids. Two negatives:1) they will occasionally they will leave the front doors wide open even in the terrible heat and humidity. They must not care about their cooling bill. It make me nervous because there are a lot of small children that could wonder off out the doors. You might say well parents should keep a eye on there kids. Fair enough., but there are a lot of summer camps bringing MANY kids going in all directions. 2) the sinks in the girls bathroom did not have running water for hand washing for approximately a week. You know what that means...no clean hands after going to the restroom. All in all it's a fun and affordable place for the kids. read more

Great place for my 8 & 12 year old boys to spend time jumping in the middle of the day and losing their excess energy.

We took our kids 4 and 5 to toddler time. They tell you on their website to come 15 min early to check in/ sign waivers. We did do that and people who complain about it cutting into their mat time should do this! We would never take our young kids here during a regular day with bigger kids. For the parents complaining about their little kids getting roughed up by bigger kids..this is why they have five and under toddler time. It was good they had fun. Yes some of the employees seem lazy/ bored and it was kinda grungy but many places similar to this seem all the same. I'm not sure why people expect to be wowed over. And if you buy food in addition to the entrance fee yeah its kindof a ripoff as are other bounce house/arcades/children's entertainment centers. We don't do these too often so we suck it up for the kids. read more

I read the other reviews and was scared to come here. However we booked online and due to Covid they had to have lower capacity. I thought this particular Sky Zone was super clean and felt brand new. The teens who were working were all super nice to us and were cleaning the ropes and handle bars constantly. This is my grand daughter's absolutely favorite thing to do when visiting me. They are never ready to leave even after jumping for hours. There are plenty of young staff members through out the facility to keep everyone following the rules and safe. They also offer suggestions and tips if the child seems receptive .. I took my grandchildren to Sky Zone last night. It cost $96.28 for 2 kids, 2hours. It was so expensive because you haven't to buy not only the gripper socks, but also a glow shirt. Really? I had to buy two neon tshirts, don't know why. Would not have done it except I had already promised and the kids were standing there anxious to go in. The real clincher and reason for this, my first ever Yelp review, is that the workers there would not open and operate the rides for the kids. We were willing to wait for them to open at the top of the hour and at the bottom of the hour, but when my grandkids asked the group of workers hanging around and chit chatting if they could get on, they were told no, it's not open. I had to request 4 times for them to open the rides as scheduled. When I have paid nearly $100 for two hours, the least they can do is open the rides. read more

In just their official Sky Zone socks. Think about it.... Fortunately, they have a bin at the front door where they collect used socks and donate them to various shelters in the Sarasota area. This is the worst. The employees intimidate my kids, it is super loud, and it is filthy. Despite being forced to purchase socks the place smells like a high school locker room, there is dust and dirt everywhere, and the padding is covered with a grey film. It is also very badly designed with large areas that are unused or only available to bigger kids for dodgeball or other stuff not appropriate for littler ones. On top of this the staff seems utterly disinterested. They kept telling my kids to6 move around but didn't explain why so they felt intimidated. She literally took care of everything for us, leaving us with nothing to do but enjoy our child's birthday party. The kids who attended also had a great time. The pizza and food was good and all supplies were provided. We think this was a great value for the money spent and would have a party here again. Brought my son in as a last minute something to do on a Friday night, when sky zone First opened they charged you extra for "safety socks" and now that pretty much everyone knows now to bring their socks every time they visit you won't have to re buy the socks. So due to everyone knowing this sky zone are losing revenue by not selling as much socks. Now what they do is on Friday and Saturday it's glow night where now you have to purchase a hi vis shirt. Like I said i wasn't aware of this extra charge and we went to sky zone last minute from paying around $21 to paying $32 Obviously when you're standing there with your child, you are probably not going to say no. But what if I was on a tight budget and couldn't afford my child to bounce??
