A trainer there, James Maverick, rehabbed my injured shoulder in weeks…read more I had seen 3 chiropractors and a massage therapist for help; with very little progress. Wanting to avoid shoulder surgery, I spoke with James about it. He outlined a plan; I was skeptical but I followed his advice, and did the at-home exercises, as well. It's 100% now, and I became a massage therapist. I carry a heavy portable massage table and my shoulder is strong! Thanks, James, for saving me thousands in medical bills and from the pain of surgery.

Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing and has made me seriously reconsider my membership altogether. The staff member, Cody, was incredibly rude and unprofessional toward both of us. My guest was fully willing to register and pay the required day fee, but instead of simply helping us resolve the situation, Cody insisted that she make a social media post in exchange for allowing her in. I found this highly inappropriate and completely unrelated to the ID issue. People forget their IDs-it happens. What was most upsetting wasn't the policy itself, but the way we were treated. Cody was dismissive, rude, and even mocked my guest at one point. That kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. As a loyal, long-time customer, I expected the situation to be handled with basic courtesy and professionalism. This experience left both my guest and me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, and it has genuinely made me question whether I want to continue my membership.

This review is based solely on my interaction with the instructor, as I never had the opportunity…read moreto take a class. I'm visiting from out of town and was looking forward to fitting in a yoga class while on vacation. After researching several studios, I chose this one. Unfortunately, my navigation took me to the wrong location, and I ended up running behind. I called multiple times for assistance with directions but was unable to reach anyone. By the time I found the studio, class was scheduled to begin in about three minutes. I assumed I could at least speak with someone at the front desk and sign up for a later class. What I didn't realize is that when you enter, you walk directly into the studio space, and the check-in area is located in the back. I introduced myself, explained that I was from out of town, and started to ask about joining a class. Before I could finish, the instructor asked whether I had signed up online. When I said no, she asked for my name. I also let her know that I completely understood if I had missed the opportunity to join and that I would be happy to come back another time. My goal was simply to locate the studio and know what to expect for a future visit. The interaction felt surprisingly cold and dismissive. The instructor explained that she hadn't answered the phone because she was there preparing for class and it was about to begin. That was understandable, and I reiterated that I wasn't upset and was perfectly willing to attend a different class. However, the conversation remained brief and unwelcoming. I think I felt as small as an ant and having to walk back through the class after that awful interaction was humiliating. I fully understand that studios have policies and arrival requirements, and I would have had no issue if I had simply been told, "We ask new students to arrive 15 minutes early to sign in, but we'd love to have you back for another class." Instead, I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived. Yoga is often associated with mindfulness, patience, and compassion, so the experience was disappointing and not at all what I expected. I'm not sure you'll want to go to a studio with that type of energy. While I can't speak to the quality of the classes, my first impression as a prospective student and visitor was that it failed on the simplest level, just understanding how to treat others with kindness and compassion. I would have no way of knowing the front desk is in the back as this is not the normal set up for businesses. Again, would not recommend them. Safe to say I won't be returning.

They don't have the AI machines that the other locations have but I never really was motivated to learn how to use them. Just seemed like a hassle when I can just get the same workout on some other machine despite it not being able to track my progress like the AI ones that they don't have. Plenty of parking. the gym is very spacious. Never really have to wait for equipment but i always got there pretty early around 5am before work so I'm not sure what its like in the afternoon or on weekends. Also everyone that works out here all seem to be very pleasant to be around. Most just keep to themselves but dont seem to be disruptive in any manner, Not many cons to speak of. I did have 1 personal trainer. I thought she was great with correcting my form but I don't think she pushed me hard enough. That's probably my only real criticism. Also I noticed doors on the lockers seem to get unhinged frequently which is kind of an eyesore. Not sure who's breaking them regularly. But overall it's a very nice gym that has more equipment than you'll ever need,
