They work with everyone from elderly people recovering from pathological setbacks, to serious dedicated athletes. Natalie, my coach, is fantastic. She inspires me with her strength and commitment, and encourages me with her excitement as I improve. She's awesome. And Dan, the manager, well, he's got your back. If you're a senior looking to get fit "the right way" these folks excel at training for folks in their 60's, 70's and up.
