The front desk and management are inexperienced and unhelpful, and they clearly push for bank accounts so they can keep taking your money. If you join, use a credit card that's easy to cancel--they're not good at solving billing problems, but they're great at taking your money. The HIIT classes are great, especially with Karen as the instructor, and they also have some decent yoga classes. The facility is in okay shape, but other than the classes, take your money to another gym.

After LA Fitness at the Crossings shut down I needed to use the LA Fitness Sarasota at Cattleman…read more The LA Fitness at Cattleman is absolutely disgustingly dirty! Bathrooms have garbage cans overflowing, the mirrors and counters are never cleaned. The work out area has mats that are black with dirt, the mirrors have fingerprints everywhere, every piece of equipment is dirty. Before leaving I scrubbed my hands with soap and hot water not to bring diseases home! Men's bathroom has three urinals and one is broken, taken away and a clear piece of plastic hangs over the open sewer line. The disrepair has been there for months. Exercise bikes randomly have working monitors and every pedal strap are just laying on the ground. The LA Fitness at the Crossings was cleaned continuously, it gets shut down and the site at Cattleman stays open??? Go figure, well I'll be quickly cancelling my membership!
