This gym set me up right from the start with a trainer to show me the equipment and run a diagnostic on me to show me my fat / water ratio and set a baseline for me. I decided that I liked Becky and set up several training sessions as I was just starting and felt I would need some assistance at the beginning. I did do 8 sessions and it's gone great. I will be on my own after two more, but I now have more confidence in what I can achieve and a better understanding of what I need to do. Equipment is great and they offer a good variety of machine style equipment and free weights. If you're just starting, I recommend going for a trainer if you can do it. It makes a big difference. Yes, the crowd is older, and there are some in rehabilitation, but I've yet to have a problem getting on equipment and everyone is polite and nice. I'm not surrounded by a ton of physically fit athletes, but I'm not intimidated and it's encouraged me. I had done a water aerobics class which was fun and you really get a workout. I plan on trying some others, but I know I can only do evening ones. Unfortunately, my work ours are such that the day classes are not for me. IF you really want to do classes, I'd review that part as it may not be for you. If you want to do some aerobic equipment and weight lifting equipment and get in and out of a gym and feel like the equipment is well made, I would say this is a great gym for you. The women's locker rooms are nice and clean. Showers are well built with privacy area. Hot tub is really nice and lap pool is gorgeous and big. I'm buying swim fins to try and do laps next. Lots of amenities which I like that a lot of other places don't have like the size of this pool.

Wanting to avoid shoulder surgery, I spoke with James about it. He outlined a plan; I was skeptical but I followed his advice, and did the at-home exercises, as well. It's 100% now, and I became a massage therapist. I carry a heavy portable massage table and my shoulder is strong! Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing and has made me seriously reconsider my membership altogether. The staff member, Cody, was incredibly rude and unprofessional toward both of us. My guest was fully willing to register and pay the required day fee, but instead of simply helping us resolve the situation, Cody insisted that she make a social media post in exchange for allowing her in. I found this highly inappropriate and completely unrelated to the ID issue. People forget their IDs-it happens. What was most upsetting wasn't the policy itself, but the way we were treated. Cody was dismissive, rude, and even mocked my guest at one point. That kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. As a loyal, long-time customer, I expected the situation to be handled with basic courtesy and professionalism. This experience left both my guest and me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, and it has genuinely made me question whether I want to continue my membership.

My husband and I have been coming to this location for over 5 yrs. maybe 3-4 times…read morea week and this isn't the first time I caught employee, TIM staring at me from a distance and making faces at the way I work out, walking away, shaking his head and then watched him go to the front desk and laughing about it with another employee, Hunter. When I went back to tell my husband, he told me he just pulled the same thing on him, staring at him, making faces basically didnt like the way he works out and shaking his head. I went over, confronted him. He was nothing but arrogant. Told me I didn't know what I was talking about. He then told me that I didn't know what I was doing and neither does my husband. There was more I could say about our conversation, but I will save that for my call to the corporate office. I will tell you this guy doesn't belong working there!! This guy TIM is an old man bulked up with a fake tan who shouldn't be criticizing the way other people work out. This is predominantly an older clientele gym and not a Hard core muscle gym. A few weeks prior to today he actually walked up to my husband and straight out told him, "don't you know what you're doing?" he did the same to me a few weeks prior as well. I was on a machine had to take the earbuds out and he said, "don't you know how to use this machine?" I told him I know how to use this machine. He then gave me an attitude and walked away. I don't need to go to the gym to be made felt uncomfortable and neither does my husband. We both have medical conditions and we don't work out aggressively and work out at own pace. We don't need anyone staring us down, criticizing the way we work out. What he said to me that I will be relaying to corporate should be enough to get rid of this guy. I hope I never see this TIM's face again.
