Update: Got a message today saying my PENDING cancelation was canceled because I owed more money…read more Apparently the $115 I gave y'all for a membership I can't use wasn't enough. I called back and was told my account is paid in full, and my membership is canceled. They advised me to call the head office to ensure. The automated system said I owed another $24, but the live agent said I didn't and my membership was canceled, no longer pending. I hope to God I'm done with this company and they don't try to come after me for even more money for a membership I can't use. Forcing people to continue to pay for something they cancel is criminal.

I've been with this gym now for almost a year now, and it has to be one of the WORST gyms that I…read morehave joined. I had to bring in DUCT tape to tape up the bicep machine (where you put your arms) because it was so torn up for months. The bicycle's are crap. The sound doesn't work on one of them, and on the other one, the pulse monitor doesn't work. The sit up machine was broken for MONTHS before they fixed it. How hard is it to replace a BOLT. The triceps machine is down right dangerous if you have never used one before, because there are NO adjustments on it. You could easily blow out your shoulders. It's like they've put the CHEAPEST equipment in the gym, and then charge you a premium price to work out there. They didn't pay the cable bill, so there was no TV for a few weeks. How do you not take care of basic things? I am not a little man. 6'3" and 235lbs. I've had to MOVE the bench machine away from the wall more than once because they push it so close, I'd be putting my feet on the mirror, not to mention it's close to both machine's on either side of it, so if someone is working out there, I have to be extra careful, and turn sideways to get around them, or to get to the back, and I have to also be careful when changing the weights. There's a nice big room in the back where I'm assuming they would have classes for yoga and bikes, ect. NOPE. It's a big empty room. Someone, or corporate, is putting a WHOLE LOT of money in their pockets because it SURE isn't going into this place. If you can, stay away from this place. It's an accident waiting to happen.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Mark. He took in Kailey, a dog who had been considered…read morealmost impossible to handle. At the shelter she came from, only one person was able to walk her, and without Mark stepping up, she likely would have been euthanized. The moment Kailey arrived from Connecticut, Mark didn't hesitate. He immediately started working with her, patiently earning her trust and learning her quirks, her fears, and the situations that stressed her. What seemed like overwhelming challenges to others never became obstacles for him. Kailey had endured terrible abuse as a puppy, including being thrown down a flight of stairs, leaving her with deep trust issues. Thanks to Mark's patience, compassion, and understanding, she has completely transformed. Today she is living her best life and is now permanently boarding with him, where she is happy, safe, and loved. Mark doesn't just train dogs--he gives them a second chance. Kailey's story is proof of the incredible difference he makes. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Incredibly disappointing experience. Before leaving our dog, we clearly explained our concerns and…read morespecifically asked Mark if he was confident he could train her. He assured us he could. Nearly two months later, he told us he couldn't. Throughout the process, he was rude, unprofessional, and condescending. The night we called to bring our dog back home after he refused to provide the contact information for the person he planned to leave her with, we noticed he was slurring his words. Because of how concerned we were, we asked for confirmation by text of when he would be returning our dog in case there were any issues. His response only added to our concerns. I would not recommend this trainer based on our experience. It's also worth noting that there has been a sudden increase in 5-star reviews in the weeks since Birdie came home, which stood out to us because we hadn't seen that level of review activity before.
