I absolutely love that the instructors do not repeat exercises, making every class varied including the warm up and cool downs. David , Marguerite and Kim are particularly talented, encouraging and have great music. I love the small extras the instructors do to make this place unique. One example is during the cool down, the lights are turned off and a black light is used for a truly relaxed moment. The layout of B Fitness is well designed. All the equipment has its place and the space is clean and meticulous. Honestly I will miss B Fitness when I return home to Dallas!
