They have 1 reformer and offer private instruction as well as yoga classes like chair and sculpt. Today's instructor was knowledgeable and focused us on good form and positive cues. I recommend this place for locals that are looking for a circuit training or some variety in their workouts. I'm searching for group reformer classes which is not offered currently. Pilates mat based classes offered as well as monthly burlesque class.

Nina the one I talked to said " no there's is not any cancellation fees you can cancel any time" I trusted them thinking they were trustful. One time I was clear that I needed to freeze the month of June and July. 2024 and they still charged me full membership in June I don't know how many times I have to contact Summer Garcia to take care of this issue. It's was a completely mess. I'm not the only that got screwed up They were so many members going through the same situation. They just kept charging us full membership when we were clear about freezing it. I froze my membership around Christmas last year and When I went back All the instructors were all gone They quit due to the horrible management. My daughter decided to cancel and let them know a month in advance and they still charged her full membership. BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DiSHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I drive 45 min to get there but it's worth it. Amanda, Rebecca and Lauren are amazing but all instructors are great. They might switch up Tower Power in the early morning a little more but they listen to requests. Wendaly at the check in area is always very welcoming and Gianna, the new manager as well. It's a community with different optional activities outside of class to promote that as well. You also have every day different classes focused on the various muscle groups and intensity levels unlike other studios where it's the same thing every class every day. So great for the body and longevity of it. And by the way, I did not get asked or paid for the review!

Regrettably, he mostly leads classes during the workday, so I only see him when he's filling in for other instructors. I usually have Amanda on Monday 5:30pm, Allison Tuesday & Thursday 6 am, Kathy 6am Wednesday, Leslie 5:30pm Friday, and Lindsay 7am Saturday. They're great, experienced instructors, they know very well how to mix up workouts and are really nice. The classes tend towards resisted stretching and core strengthening, rather than serious weightlifting. I feel stronger & more flexible at age 62 that I did at 40. Sometimes scheduling is tricky, I have learned that I have to stay on top of my classes to keep booked. Members can only book 10 at any time, to keep gym rats in-line. I usually get about 20 classes a month in, so figure about $9/class, can seem pricey when you look at your bill. It's worth it. There are events periodically to win prizes so that's fun. Private sessions are available.
