It is a beautiful and clean studio with lots of parking in front and in the back. The classes are challenging and there is a variety of classes from traditional to stretch classes, tower or even jumpboard cardio classes. When I started reformer this was my first experience so I will be honest, some of the instructors are a lot better at helping explain things and making corrections to make sure you are doing things correctly. My first few beginner classes no one even explained what "gearing out" meant to me and as a 5'8 lady it was pretty crucial to my shoulders once someone let me in on the secret. If your a true beginner and dont know the lingo or the machine I would book a class with Heather (the owner), Veronica or Barr.
