Seemed Ok at 1st but could barely hear any worker even when they yelled. Went for a kid's Birthday ages 6-12... the place filled up with ghetto kids who were rude and took over the entire place. No room anywhere. Mean kids kept stealing my son's Basketball and his spot in lines to parts of the park. Not sure why there are so many kids there at the same time, impossible to do anything pretty. The boy who worked our Bday was great, sucks he has to put up with those bad kids who were clearly out of control and wouldn't listen To the workers... Example: a kid who looked maybe 8-9 would scream the F word while an employee would ask him to stop but he would just continue for 3+ hours! My advice, stay far away from the Irving Mall! read more

Sky Zone is fun. During the summer, they offer a deal: $29 for 30 days. This is a great deal for those summer months when it's too hot to take your babies to the park (Moms - y'all know what I'm sayin'). Parents can jump too, so that's awesome. Everyone who jumps must purchase socks, but you can keep them and use the same pair when you return. Most of the employees are high-school kids. Some are great and play with the kids. Others look like they'd rather be somewhere else, but they will help you when asked. Mini-pirate loves it here. He jumps and builds castles with the foam blocks and tries to climb the jousting platforms. When we get home, he's exhausted. This place truly is a win-win-win. read more

Drove 30 minutes to let my kids jump during the last hour only to find a sign saying closed for party at 7:30. Maybe update your time every where. Never mind the two employees that saw me and my two young boys at the door and couldn't be bothered to offer a compromise or something for the major inconvenience. Definitely do not recommend coming to this trampoline park way to many restrictions and rules about the jumping won't let you jump in the same trampoline as your children so can't really play with them well like other trampoline parks. We drove 1.5 hours to jump with our pogo passes. We were told it was full and we would have to wait 30 minutes for the possibility to get to go in at the next time slot. If more regular paying customers came in, we may not get to go in. So even though we were there and were 30 min early, other people got to cut in line In Front of us because we had "discounted tickets. needless to say, we didn't get to jump at all. And wasted so much time and effort to come to their business. What horrible customer service- never coming back!!! Plus, they make u purchase THEIR grip socks or u cannot jump. Im sorry for the inconvenience some of you have, I read all of the reviews. I hope some things have changed for you all. Now for the trampolines being close, the reason being is that there used to be short staffed. Now, there are plenty of workers. Very well ran place. Kids had a blast and there were a ton of team members throughout the place keeping order and safety to the chaos that is kids. All team members were friendly and engaged with the kids. Would definitely come back again. We visited 2/12 between 5pm-6pm. read more

Should have read reviews before going, multiple courts closed and it was packed. I took my toddler to the toddler section with his older sister and was told my oldest could not be there, I asked them why don't they open more courts and they just get mad and make faces, this place SUCKS, i will never return read more

My 10 yr old son, 7 yr old nephew and I went for our first time at the Irving mall location. We will never be back! We visited on September 4th, 2021 in the evening, at our 5:15 p.m reservation time. 1st issue: They were playing music over the speakers with profanity. Drakes new album to be exact. Very inappropriate to be playing music with profanity at a family based business, where plenty of young children gather. 2nd issue: My 10 year old was sucker punched in the face and shoved by another child, while the staff member designated to the trampoline dodge ball area was observing. The staff member did not intervene, until I requested him to do or say something. (Here's what happened in detail): My son and nephew were in the trampoline bounce area enjoying a game of dodge ball. After about five minutes, more children came to the same area to join in on the fun. A set of twin girls and their younger brother, began playing with my nephew and son. As we all know during a game of dodge ball, it's bound to happen that the ball will land wherever it lands. One of the twin girls became upset when the ball was thrown by my son and accidentally made contact with her head; even though she had been aggressively throwing the ball at other kids. After the ball was thrown, she approached my son and punched him in the face. She then balled up both fist and positioned her body in the fighting stance. I was shocked to see a little girl, maybe 9 or 10 years old behave this way. Her parents were not present in the area. However; during the entire interaction the staff member was standing there and saw it all. He did not say anything after witnessing the young girl hit my son. He didn't blow his whistle or tell the child that she had to leave the area. My son does not hit girls, but was upset that she hit him in the face. I removed my son and nephew from that specific play area. The situation ruined our outing for the day. The staff that was present could've definitely handled the situation much better. read more

We had our 14 year olds birthday party at Sky Zone today and it was such a nice experience. They handled everything and are so willing to help with everything! The whole place is clean and is kept up very nicely. Highly recommend having a party there and the prices are very reasonable!!!! read more

If there were negative amounts of stars I would give them. BELIEVE what you read on these reviews. This is the WORST trampoline Park we have been to. Most of the entire park was closed for whatever reason. Be warned first of all most of the staff hates their lives and aren't helpful. Second of all, you MUST purchase their socks so factor that in to their price right off the bat. Third of all, Austin, one of their very young workers thinks he owns the place (and who knows, maybe he's the owner's son that's why he acts so entitled). He yelled (and laughed while doing it) at my 5 year old for a completely unnecessary reason, which was not posted that she could not do, and claimed to me "he works there". I told him he did not have a right to bully a 5 year old for waiting her turn for one of the items to play on with her sister. There were all of 5 kids in the whole park and he specifically picked her out to bully. He appears to scare his other coworkers based on the interactions I saw, as well. I don't know who his parents are, but I would be ashamed if my child EVER acted that way to anyone, let alone a 5 year old little girl. read more

I literally wish I'd never gone here to begin with. My kids uncle bought them gift cards for this place so I thought, ah cool, I can take my kids to have fun. Wrong. The first time I came they were trying to tell me I couldn't use 400$ worth of gift cards for jump time and made me wait 45 mins to sort that out. Then I ended up having to buy their punch cards that have jump time on them instead. 100% of the employees don't even know how to use their own punch cards. WTF? Then the second time I came, same thing, no one knew what the hell a punch card was, they didn't have socks so our free socks punch was worthless. Then I go to order food and they don't have chicken strips, pizza or hot dogs so I had to go buy food from the food court in the mall. Again I say, WTF? The third time I come, still no clue about a punch card, no food and this time no idea how to use the gifts you buy from THEIR freaking website. Now I'm here again almost 2 months later giving it one last college try. Was it any better? NOPE. They ask, do you have waivers already? Yes. Okay cool just scan them at the front, literally nothing comes up for me or my kids. She asks me to write down my name and number, again can't find me. We go to make new ones and she goes, oh your last name is separated? I literally wrote it separated on the paper you dumbass. Get the waivers situated and the bitch ass manager says, do they have socks, I say yes. She goes, ah one of them doesn't, I look and it's my son, he's got one sock unmatched. But how the hell....he had jeans on down to his ankles. How did she even see that? Then I tell her I'm using the punch cards for the jump time and the socks and she looks at me all pissy like she thought she was about to get paid 67$ and it was all actually free. Like you know dumbass, I paid for the punch cards 100$ each so I already spent the money. Literally the only thing they got write this time was the food but they still didn't know how to use the punch card or the gift card for the hot dogs and drinks. I am literally never gonna come here again. Bringing my kids to do something fun shouldn't be such a headache. read more

I called the day before asked how we can leave our children while walking around the mall. She responded yes as long as they payed the amount of hours. So today we went I payed for 2hours. I came back and notice my sons shoes and sweater aren't in the same place he placed them, so then I walked around and still couldn't find him, I had already spoked with 3 different coworkers no answer yet. So then I check the male restroom I asked another employee if he sees a boy in there he responded with nobody is here. So I spoke to the manager who after I told her the situation she didn't stood up her desk she simply said just go around the back his probably over there. I told the coworker I already did that and I still can't find him. She still showed no sign of worried in her face didn't stood up and talked to me in private to calm me down. She just simple said since his not in kids camp we can't held them in here. In which they didn't inform me this info when I asked the front desk. After speaking to the mall cops I found my son he told me they kicked him out due to wearing the wrong socks. And threading him how they will call the cops on him because of his socks. Not once did I receive a phone call /voicemail or text since we did the waiver my number is on there. No call or informing me that my child is kicked out. All the manager said was oh well he must of called out... that's it just sitting down on her desk! At least show a little bit of emotional to a mother who is worried of her child. read more

I've been to this location on two different occasions. The 1st occasion was perfect!! I was present my son was turning 3 @ the time. The staff was very cautious with the children jumping 1 @ a time. The facility was clean! Friendly environment no issues!!! One day school was out and daycares closed so they offered a one day camp @ an affordable price. My son was 4 years old then and I enrolled him. I work close to the location so on my lunch break I checked on him. He would be @ the location between 7:30a-5:30p. When I checked on him all was well. When I went to pick him up, I was greeted by the staff and asked who was I there to pick up. No ID was asked for nor my name just who I was there to pick up. That concerned me. While waiting for my son to be brought to me, he ran up to me and I didn't think anything of it, I thought he was told he was there to be picked up. Moments later the staff member came back to me looking confused and told me she did not know where my son was. I told her he is right here, he came over to me?? The supervision clearly wasn't there. Possibly because the staff is mainly young adults or teenagers. The next day when I brought my son to his regular daycare, the director told me she too was @ skyzone with her grandchildren and saw my son. When she was trying to leave the facility my son began to follow her outside of skyzone. No one noticed he was leaving or could of easily been taken and that is very unsettling. As a parent you never want to hear that your child was unsupervised nor unsure of their whereabouts. I was eager to sign him up for the camp but for sure will not after this one day experience which is disappointing. read more
