We went to Sky Zone in Chalfont for a birthday party. The facility was clean, the music was not blaringly loud, and the kids seemed to be well supervised. They had a dedicated toddler section that was well away from the other areas, which meant the big kids stayed out of it. I would give the jumping experience a 4.5/5 The birthday party part was a different story. Not bad, just unprepared. The party "rooms" are all in an elevated loft space above the bounce floor. They take all the kids up 2 flights of stairs to get them to the space, which is a hike depending on the age of your children. They provide pizza, but it's terrible. The drink choices are fruit punch, lemonade, and iced tea. No water to be found, oddly. They didn't provide enough cups, plates, or napkins, so we ended up having to go through their cabinets to get what we needed. Bottom line, I would come back to bounce but I wouldn't host a party here

We have been visiting this trampoline park every year for the last 4 years, the park is located inside of what's looks like an industrial park. The parking is limited, and we have to walk a little if you park around the sides. As you enter, you have options to play by paying for a pass, and you can purchase memberships/all dY playtime as well. If you are part of a party, there is a party check-in area with clearly marked bins to indicate which party you are attending. You can keep shoes in the bin. You can do online waiver forms to save time, or you can do at the counter. As you check in and join the party, kids will have the play time. The play areas are well maintained and neatly maintained. the crowd is normal , the variety of plays are good too. There is a place to purchase food and water/beverages and a few tables to sit. Once the paly time ends, kids are asked to join a party area to cut the cake, pizza, and drinks. Kids are having nice time and overall a good place to have a party for kids. There is a place to purchase food and water/beverages and a few tables to sit.

Came here for a birthday party and the way they have things set up is weird. We play first and then the room is ready. So all of our waters and etc for the kids we have to linger around with us.. the toddler area was full of all age group kids and no staff were supervising. All the foams in the pit were old and def need replaced. Barely any staff around to watch the place. The ac is off and it's hot and humid inside. Kinda smell like a dirty gym bag. This is how they got me and my group of friends to all get a cup of icee cause it was way too hot. The two star was given to them cause my kids had lots of fun and took a decent nap after since they burn all their energy

First time here!! My husband and I brought my cousins who are 7 and 4 years old here and it was a blast! Can't wait to come back! There was so much more to do here. There was a foam pit, obstacle course thing, dodge ball, rock climbing and just regular trampoline to just jump around and do flips. My favorite part was the obstacle there were so many different levels for different ages. Socks are $2 each Checking in was easy. Lockers are 75 cents. Can't wait to come back!! Thank you Sky Zone!!

They have the climb wall but no one was there so really didn't want to bother the only desk girl. The staff is good though. Only 4 people there but they all took care of their areas well, especially the harness check girls. They have pretty safety attentive positions and handle them well for being younger. It was good. Idk really what to expect. Its an interesting place. Worth a try. They have games too. They get a little expensive and all prizes were labubus. Lol. They have rooms for parties but im gonna warn that they are smaller then a bathroom. We saw in passing by. They look like hot closets so before u pay for one of them , id check it out. First of all, I think the price is a bit high for the little it includes. I think it was $12 per kid (adults free) but all that gets you is access to the climbing/slide area. You have to buy a card for all the games, rides and other activities. However, it was nice to let our kids run around for a bit, although of course they didn't want to spend time in the climbing area when there were games and other attractions all around. One other nice thing is you can leave and come back all day long. We choose to grab lunch elsewhere and come back for some more fun. Don't think I would be back but happy it was available when we needed somewhere to go!

There were other attractions but I didn't make note although I do recall that there was a basketball court and free standing gaming consoles. My favorite part of the experience was the customer service - every associate that I interacted with was friendly, professional and most importantly, helpful!

They offer finger foods like pizza, wings, and mozzarella sticks. You can have a party in their party rooms. The party rooms are time limited (about two hours or less), and while the staff isn't rude, they do come in frequently to remind you how much time is left. It makes the transition feel a little rushed. Once your time is up, you're kindly moved out. There is seating outside the party rooms, but there aren't enough tables to comfortably accommodate everyone. They do have lockers for your belongings, a small arcade area, and separate trampoline sections based on age, which is a big plus for safety. The food was average at best. The pizza wasn't great, and the mozzarella sticks were just okay like pre- frozen. Another downside is the parking lot. The plaza also has a Chuck E. Cheese, a nail spa, and an Olive Garden, so parking can be pretty chaotic especially on weekends when birthday parties are happening everywhere. Overall, it's fine if you just want to bring kids to jump and burn energy. Personally, I wouldn't choose it as a party venue because the time feels limited and rushed. Would I attend another party there? Probably. But once the two hours are up, I'm heading out.

I believe they have a no-nut policy, which is helpful, and they do sell food that has other allergens, but eating is only allowed in the gated space with the tables, which is a relief in my mind that there's minimal risk of exposure in the common play area. There's another space that's opened up recently in the Plymouth Meeting Mall that I also like, that doesn't really allow food at all, which I appreciate as well, but the openness to food in that one area also lends itself to a longer stay. Having coffee available is also a big plus, as is the snacks that come with the entry fee (for those w/o food allergies, at least). I also appreciate that the entry fee is good for in and out privileges throughout the time it's open. The play space is vast and amenable to all sorts of play across ages, which is really nice. There's opportunity for physical play and pretend play, for toddlers and for bigger kids too. The little ones really enjoyed all of the things available, and there was even some low-key exposure to soccer with a pretty good size goal net. Absolutely a space I would return to with them!
