Their children height water fountain is totally broken and has been flashing that the filter needs to be changed for months. The water from the sink in the bathroom is scalding hot and has no cold option. The facility seem to be in slow decline. Someone needs to do some serious maintenance here. They also closed the men's room for the night and wouldn't let children use the women's room even when nobody was in it. Nobody could use the bathroom or wash their hands. I think the people to who work here need to be reminded that their primary customer is children. Unclean, unsafe, uncaring. The 17 year olds that run the place need adult supervision. read more

I love taking the kids that I nanny for. For the most part it's well maintained however --- a few of the safety mats along the hard edges are in DESPERATE need of repair. I was using the trapeze with the kids I work with - I didn't have a good grip and unintentionally did a "back swing." My shins smashed along the "padded" edge. The edge is rock hard and all of the padding has shifted below the edge. Truth be told I did not see the "no back swing" sign, so it was my fault however in the case of ACCIDENTS - where a person may slip off the edge (its challenging to reach for the trapeze to begin with) or if there was an accidental slip of the hands off the trapeze someone could be SERIOUSLY injured. I mentioned the need for repair to the manager and the immediate and continued response was "that's why it says no backswing." Again I understand I am at fault here but if there is padding there then there is obviously an assumption that accidents can happen there and the padding NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED. read more

*****BEWARE OF DECEIVING BIRTHDAY PARTY RESERVATIONS & REFUNDS**** They are NOT refunding anyone who has fewer people show up for a party than stated. I had my daughter's party here over the weekend and had this issue. During the initial party check-in, I let the girl know we might have a few extra people showing up and she advise me that we could add them now, and if they don't we can refund at the closeout. We ended up having close to half the party not show up and instead of a refund for those kids, they offered us passes. We have memberships already with them so those passes are essentially useless to us. I understand you guys need to make money but don't try to upsell a guest list with a promised refund if that is not something you can provide. Let alone this is our THIRD birthday party with them and you think they would be accomodating to a repeat client..... read more

We were customer here for years, and as many people here are noting, this place has completely gone down the hill, and it is turned into a steaming pile of shit. They are rude, unfriendly, and any other adjective you can think of in terms of poor customer service. The manager, Kyle gonzalez is so scared and petrified into doing his job that he just stands there like a bozo and will not help people. I had to waste 30 minutes of me and my children's time arguing with them about a policy that they don't have in writing they don't have them print and it's blatantly discriminatory. They refuse to help us and connect us with corporate when asked over a matter of socks that we already had. My guess like everybody else is this place will not be in business within a year's time. Congratulations, Kyle.! read more

Our kids were invited to a birthday party hosted at this facility. We only had a positive experience. We've been to several of these indoor playground businesses from classmate birthday parties through the years. Defy may have been the best one we've visited. Despite the huge size, the building felt very clean. Trampolines didn't show any wear and tear; there were no dirty elements. Bathrooms were also clean. During Covid, they continually came on the loudspeaker to remind people to wear masks. Our birthday party was upstairs and it was a big, easy spot to host a lot of kids and parents in one place. Staff were really friendly and helpful. One woman hosted a dodgeball competition twice with the young kids and somehow, amazingly pulled it off successfully, which I didn't think was possible. I cannot mention prices because it was free for us as party guests. My son wants to return and based on all the great activities, I want to take him for a few hours. I highly recommend Defy. read more

Just came for a birthday , we had so much fun. Kids 6 years & 8 , we also brought 2 year old. The 2 year old - hard as hell to follow around , my husband had to take her outside and push her around, til she fell asleep. 6 & 8 Year old had fun without me having to monitor them the whole time Everything seem clean we enjoyed it! read more

They did not wanna give us a gatorade affter we insisted in letting them keep the change

It's a fun place for kids... but it's disgustingly dirty!! It's ran by teens, that do a good job, at running the register and keeping kids safe, but when they aren't doing that they need to clean, vacuum etc... or hire a cleaning crew. Once a month to come in and do a deep clean. Everywhere you look there's DIRT AND TRASH!! It's really bad. The trampolines are in need of repair. Even the weather stripping on the front door is hanging off. Also, it reeks of frebreeze... talk about liver overload... it's so bad to be inhaling those fumes. Other than that. The kids love it. It just needs to be cleaned. read more

If you're looking to feel like you're 12 years old again (while being surround by a gaggle of those around that age) this is your place!! I had reservations going into this place knowing how many kids would be in there, but holy cow we had the best time! I was SO sore the next day, it's a great 90 minute workout! Definitely check this out for a fun & unique group workout! Be warned you will have to buy special socks - but they're like $3 ;-) read more

My kids love the basketball/soccer court (and that is mostly why we come) but today we came here and the worker (Luke J.) was on a major power trip. He closed the court for most of the time we were here cause kids were "misbehaving". Why not just kick those kids out rather than punish the rest of them? It's been closed for over an hour! Other than that the place is fine. Just questionable judgement by staff. read more

Smells like feet. Dirty. They make you buy their grip socks that easily fall apart. You are unable to bring your own better quality grip socks. Canceled my membership. read more

Very cool place! My daughter has been bugging me so much about coming here as we have Sky Zone and Sky High. But since she is a You Tube kid she has seen this place many times. Lots and lots to talk about here that's really cool. Swinging things, jumping things everywhere. No shortage of things to do. Watch when they check you in as we got a red wrist band which was supposed to be for the 1 1/2 hours I paid for but they gave us an hour. Good thing I was watching as they gave us the 30 minutes owed to me no problem. read more

$8.50 for a 16oz. bottle of Aquafina. EIGHT. That, of course, is on top the $30.00 per person for 90 minutes of jump time. They kept hard-selling the monthly membership, which is actually cheaper than getting a 90-minute pass, which is bonkers, but we made the mistake of the membership before and showed up too many times where the wait was so long that we had to leave. The whole place is also a bit dirty--the foam pits kinda smell and the foam itself is kinda gross, too--mostly picked apart. Did I mention that a single, small bottle of Aquafina is $8.50? read more

This is the best Sky Zone location I've ever been to. First and foremost, it's clean and new, and there's absolutely no stank anywhere, not even in the foam pits! Secondly, the kids on staff are responsible and actually seem to care about the work they do. And thirdly, it's a nice crowd. Kids are running around rambunctiously as you'd expect; but parents are involved overseeing their kids, and there wasn't a single injury or negative incident of any kind. It's a great spot for parties, for kids and adults alike. I'm looking forward to returning at opening time and running though a half-hour workout of my own. read more

I ended my membership in April, canceled it and they continue to fraudulently bill my credit card. Both locations!!!! read more

What an add on to the Janss Marketplace! We took my from out of town visiting nieces here for a day of fun. They loved it! It's a fantastic place for kids to jump around and enjoy themselves. We went in the middle of the day last Tuesday and it was almost empty. We had the place to ourselves. The staff were friendly and even showed the girls a few tricks. I highly recommend taking your kids or borrowed kids, as we have, for a special treat here. It's a safe place for them to run around, jump up and down and just be kids. I did the flight tickets online for $24 per child for 1.5 hours. It was so easy to buy online and pick our time. It's not inexpensive but the girls loved every minute of it. We felt that was a better bargain that a $10 movie plus snacks that they don't enjoy as much. You can see pictures and videos on their website. I do not photograph spaces were children are. read more

Highly recommend this place for kids of all age. Highly recommend Jeff. Thank you for making our kids day special. Happy Customer. read more

Super fun place! I came to Dojo Boom for the first time last night for a birthday party and I had so much fun there! This dojo is located in Janss mall and parking is ample in both indoor and outdoor lot. The dojo place is huge, with various obstacle courses, trampolines, balance beams, rock climber and diving platform. They also offer traction socks for jumpers using the facility. I really love the trampoline area as it allows you to jump from section to section. The diving platform is fun and you get to dive into a pool of foam from almost 1.5 story high. My favorite is obstacle course that you use a trampoline to climb through multiple 5 feet walls. The place charges by the hour and it cost $17 per hour for an adult. They have adult time Friday and Saturday evenings from 9 pm to midnight and I believe this is a fantastic place to hang out with friends on weekends. Highly recommend! read more

It is really messy I soccer the older kids were running of my 4 year old son and didn't say sorry but a kid did stand up up to him

The facilities are alright. I guess. Nothing to do for smaller children and you have to helicopter over them. We were sitting on the couch right next to the open jump area, supervising our child (this is really the only part of the facility that younger children can use). Well, one of the workers came up to our 4 yr old, while we were sitting a foot away, and asked where her parents were. We were literally watching/hearing the interaction and alerted her to our presence. She acted as if we'd walked out of the facility and had lunch or something. She stated that we were expected to hover over our child and follow her around the facility while she jumped. We could see her perfectly from where we sat. The seating is scarce as it is and we found the best seat with the most accessible viewpoint near the door to monitor her. If you don't have the facilities to accommodate younger children, don't invite them to jump. Period. I've never been to a trampoline park that expected me to follow my child. read more

Super fun place to have a party or to just go on an occasion. I was surprised how adults are also welcome to go on the trampolines or the pits. If I could give this facility zero stars, I would. Do you not get a membership from sky zone! They claim that you only have to give them three days advance notice in order to cancel, and that is simply untrue. I gave them over two weeks and I still got charged for the monthly fee and now they are forcing me to jump through hoops to get my money back. And now I'm finding out this is a common problem, this has happened to many people in the area. It's a scam, don't do it! read more

Just came here for a birthday party. Whoever the owner is, they've added the most toxic air fresheners in every room. They automatically spray every 15 minutes. We had to be there for a three hour birthday and I'm pregnant. It was honestly awful and kind of scary that they're constantly pumping chemicals around kids. Avoid this location. From the Washington Post "Air fresheners emit over 100 chemicals, including volatile organic compounds (VOCs) such as formaldehyde, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylenes" read more

Management said my 4year old daughter was going against the rules by "swinging" on a feature in the ninja section. There is a picture on the website showing exactly what my daughter and I were reprimanded for. She was jumping on the swingable cargo net and then dismounting and practicing getting on and off the feature with only hands and feet (not sitting). The feature is designed to be jumped on and literally swings from one pivot point. Suddenly after ten minutes of practicing this feature that my daughter has enjoyed learning (and we've used it the same way for weeks) they have to stop and shame us for doing exactly what the feature is designed for? . read more

I went in there today to purchase two elite memberships as a gift for my nephew & a school buddy (so he wouldn't have to go alone). I was hoping to purchase them as a gift certificate or at least without activation dates, since it was a surprise. Well, no gift certificates are available. Can't get the memberships without an activation date, names, signed waivers, etc. No options or suggestions were given, no assistance & no manager available. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere. Will we ever go to Sky Zone again? Never. Thanks for a very frustrating experience. **Before you respond, read what I wrote. My friend and her two young children (5y/o & 2y/o), myself and my two young girls (5y/o & 2y/o) came today to check this place out. Overall a poor experience here. The rates are decent per hour and my two year old was free which is nice. However my major issue was that we brought our "grip socks" that we purchased at another indoor trampoline place and they said we had to use "their socks" because that's what they "tested on their equipment." Are you frickin kidding me? They are literally the EXACT SAME MATERIAL!! So we had NO choice but to purchase THEIR socks. (See picture for comparison- left is "dojo" exclusives, right are mine). They are $3 a pair and they fit horribly for my 5 year old. WAY too big and were coming off the entire time! She was very irritated with them. The lady who helped us had a serious attitude problem. They have free lockers which is a bonus and added a star for me. You wait in line to pay for hand-stamps, silicone wristbands in a color designating your time allowance, and then another line to hear the rules. If you have to go to the bathroom or grab a drink of water, you have to wait in line again to get back in. Not a good system. There are tons of different areas and activities all over the place. This was a lot for my girls to take in, so we started at the trampolines and then moved on to try each section. A high jump, lots of foam pits, silks to swing on, rock climbing wall, a variety of "ninja warrior" type courses and more. There was a lot of staff around which was nice, however not one of them smiled or said hi when we passed one another or when I smiled (so odd at a kids place). At one point my two year old ended up on this one section of a course where she was stuck and couldn't get out. The staff just kept looking around and never said anything or offered her help. How did she even get down there?!? Like I said above, overall not a good experience. I'm not sure if we would return again. read more

Great place for parents to relax while kids jump. We prefer the TO location and getting their early as it gets more crowded and older kids start rolling in as the day goes on -although I have to give the teens credit, they are polite & considerate of the littles The only suggestion I have would be to have hand sanitizer available. The fumes are so toxic and thick you can taste the air freshener, see it thick as smog, and it burns your nostrils within minutes of walking in the doors. The poison level is a trip. Our son has been going to DoJo Boom, aka Defy, now Skyzone since he was 2ish. He loves it and has a TON of fun. Our family of 3 has a membership (totally worth it if you go more than 1x a month). A few things to note, some a bit irritating: there are no signs (or mention from the staff at check in) that state you MUST wear socks purchased from there, on site. We walked up the ramp to go in and had to turn back around to change out our socks. Luckily, I had other socks in the car, but what a pain in the arse on a 85 degree day with a 2 year old! There seems to be little policing of large parties of kids that run or jump on trampolines with small babies / toddlers. I had to politely say: please be careful around my son. They continued to run and knock over or bump into other children. On the same note, you often have to police other people's kids, behaving badly. Most parents are right alongside their kids, while others (might be) drinking wine in their Yeti's, not even paying attention to their kids. There was a kid pulling on the zip line rope, stopping kids mid way down the zip line causing them to fall off. I watched him do this to 5-6 kids, then walked up as he was about to mount the rope. Gave him a taste of his own medicine (yanked the rope, hard) then walked away and asked one of the employees to call him out. It's fun being a Scorpio / Mama Bear. read more
