Never host a party here. Getting them on the phone was impossible and the day of the event nothing went right.

For minimum expectations that it is a facility that has trampolines, yes. Other than that keep your expectations extremely low regarding timeliness, customer service, safety, cleanliness, etc. 1). I've had my daughter's birthday party here, wasn't impressed by the support staff's help with party set-up, in that got NO help in set-up. This seems hit or miss with the staff that is present, as been to other birthday parties where staff was what you would think of as helpful on an average perspective, i.e. help carry items (food, presents, etc.) have water, utensils, etc. but still not overly wowed by service (cutting cake, help clean up, etc.). You literally pay the fee to use their facility and have the jump time for the attendees, don't have an expectation of service (period). 2). Jumping at any trampoline park for kids has its risk, just google pediatric ER visit spikes due to trampoline parks. However, there are ways the business can mitigate this risk. There are "flight staff" present on the floor, but despite the dozen times visited, I've never seen the flight staff call out unsafe practices such as teenagers jumping on to a trampoline with small children, large kids playing dodge ball with smaller kids in a very aggressive manner, pushing and shoving by strangers, etc. At most, I've seen them call out children for being on a structure they were not supposed to be on. That's it. And its not a fact of the staff not seeing. I've seen little children fly off the trampoline because a teenager ran and jumped on the same spot, or small children run in front of bigger ones, and the staff look right at it, and not be bothered to say anything. So overall, an unsafe facility, and one of the main reasons we stopped going. 3). This is the reason why I'm writing this review and to me what crystallizes the issues mentioned above. We signed up during the summer of 2019 for the summer membership for our children. After 3 months, my wife went in-person to cancel the membership. She handed over our membership cards (we were told we were enrolled in the incorrect membership (flight club NOT the summer membership), and was told by staff the membership would be cancelled. Since then, we've continually received recurring monthly charges for an additional 3 months. My wife has gone in, with a print out of the credit card bill showing them they are charging us, and they just said, they can't find our membership. I called recently, was put on hold for 15mns, hung up, called again spoke with staff and explained story as above, they said could do online (note you CAN NOT cancel on the dojoboom site, they've changed their name to Defy and you have to go to the Defy website). Explained I would like to confirm whether we HAVE a membership, gave name and information stated could not find. Got put on hold again, someone else answered with just "hello" explained story AGAIN and gave info AGAIN, was told didn't have membership AGAIN, and was told maybe manager could help. Got put on hold AGAIN, someone answered giving their name, had to ask them if they are the manager they replied yes. Explained AGAIN, gave info AGAIN, was told AGAIN don't have membership in the system. Asked if they could look up by card number, they said they could not. They recommended I call my bank and sort it out. And that was it. That pretty much sums up their customer service, if there is an issue or mistake due to their service, they don't care. Its for you to shoulder the burden. And yes, I was aware that I could cancel my card before the call, but its a burden to me as I have to re-enter all authorized recurring charges. As well, their was no apology or even hint of remorse from any of the staff members my wife and I spoke to throughout the 3 separate times we contacted this about this matter. This point, I'm not exaggerating. There were NO apologies by ANY staff member at ANY point. All in all, its readily apparent the staff doesn't care about patron service or safety. Is it a trampoline park. Yes. Can you jump on the trampolines. Yes. I would say that is the highest expectation you can have of this place. Would I bring my kids there, NO. Would I recommend anyone else bring their kids there, due to safety concerns and lack of staff engagement, NO. read more

Birthday party disaster!!!! Do not have your birthday party here! The minute we walked into our party room their staff was on top of us about leaving within n the two hour mark. Constantly telling us I hurry up. 25 minutes before our party time ended they started taking away our guests plates that tear were not finished with. Our guests were appalled. We dealt with many issues within our 2 hour party. Huge disappointment! And it wouldn't have taken much to make us happy after the crazy covid year we're had. read more

Great spot to get out, stay cool, and do something physical everyone will enjoy! If you'd rather relax, and hang out while the kids are bouncing around-there's an area upstairs and downstairs with couches. If you're going there for the 1st time- I highly recommend you fill out the waiver on their website to save time- so you don't have to get out of line and get back in. You'll also have to buy their socks that have strong grips, but they're only $3 and can wear them for future visits. All kinds of fun unisex designs and parent can match their kids! We visited there today, 12/30, after paying for tickets and completing waivers online and bringing hard copies of everything. Had to wait in line behind people that did not. As a result we had to wait even longer for the next session. The manager Mike did not care. Why does this establishment not have an express lane for people that come prepared and how can the manager pose such a cavalier and apathetic response? We will not return to this place ever. Yessss!!!! Finally a fun environment for all the family, we just had my sons Birthday party all my family had a blast, the staff was awesome, all the kids had a great workout, the pizza was not all that good could be better maybe consider other vendors in that department but other than that my son had a blast he loves coming here, he was given an MVP card for his BdAY he's now able to come free for 1 hr any day throughout 2018 that's awesome we will definitely be coming back and have fun as much as we can. read more

Got a Groupon for $24 for adult admission for 2 for 90 min. Pretty good deal considering it's $18 for one admission for 60 min. Note that you have to buy socks for $3 if first time. You can save time by signing the online waiver on their website. Went on a Friday afternoon right after New Years so all the kids were out and it was pretty crowded. Couldn't work it in with our schedule but they do have 18+ nights. With any trampoline park, gotta be careful for getting your foot caught or landing weird but I don't think that's their fault read more

Recently had our kid's birthday party here. We scheduled everything with Kitrick. He was amazing to work with. Was very responsible, accommodating, and professional. If you are planning a birthday party I would highly recommend asking to coordinate through him. There was a slight hiccup in our upstairs area at the beginning of the party but Kitrick and staff resolved everything right away. In general Dojo Boom is a great place to come with the kids, but if they are younger (2nd grade and younger) would highly recommend coming as early in the morning as possible. The bathroom had urine all over the floor and the kids are walking in the puddles with their socks and then going back out to jump. It is so crowded it's dangerous. Don't pay for a party here!! The check in is a mess and understaffed. Either have your party get here like 45 minutes early just to deal with the front desk Then once you get checked in they hold people back and there can be a line before they let them I. To jump. This is all happening during the 1.5 hours you paid for your party to jump. Then there vending machine didn't work for me (I used a card). Told staff member and he came up pushed some buttons and then said well did it charge you. I said my card went through like 1 minute ago I can try to look on my bank app. I got my phone to do so and he walked away and never looked back. Staff was mediocre at best. read more

Came here on a Friday evening with friends for a quick hour workout before dinner. Waited over 10 mins in a short line just to be told that they are ONLY selling 4hour packages. But we only want to jump for one hour. Asked for a manager who wouldn't sell us individual hours either. He gave us an insulting offer of either buying the full 4 hours and not using it up (no) OR he's give us 1 person and 35$ and the other two at 25$ea. Their prices are $18 per person for 1 hr. No way in hell Even though the package event was not advertised with any mention that they would NOT be selling any other options besides their 4hour package. It's a great deal if I wanted to spend the extra time and money. I sat down and went online to see if I could purchase 1hr deals from their site - lo and behold, their OWN website didn't advertise nor mention that the 1 hour deal would not be honored. The manager still wouldn't honor and online voucher and even admitted that this was last minute, not advertised, and poorly planned. I brought some sky high socks and didn't have money to spend on new socks for dojo boom I was bugged about my socks. The woman was extremely rude and when I spoke with the manager she couldn't help me and told me to write them a review for free socks. This is that review. We had our son's birthday party at dojoboom. It was OK. Kids like to jump and trampoline. They get an hr, and they really enjoy it. They rushed the party part and walked us out in about 35-40 mins. Hostess was nice and very cooperative but she had to rush it. Also, there is only one cart, so bringing stuff from car is painful. Overall it is OK place. read more

Dojoboom is a great place to wear out your kids! There are so many different types of activities like a climbing wall, dodgeball, obstacle course, and zip line. It is not just trampolines. If you have little ones, I recommend taking them to the earlier 6 and under play times so they're not getting bounced around by the big kids. read more

Dropped my son and friend off as I had signed waiver last year and didn't think I would have to do again. My son called me to come back as the waiver was not valid anymore. Pricey but This is the perfect place to bring kids ages 12 and under to get all of their energy out! Parents can get a viewing bracelet and walk around to keep an eye on their kids who are in different areas too instead of just standing on the side lines with binoculars lol. Also, The best part is they release a good smelling fresh mist into the air quite often so that it doesn't smell like feet! I honestly thought it smelled so good when I first walked in! We just had a birthday party here today and wanted to write a review while it was fresh on my mind. I had read previous complaints about the long check in process and that the 1 hour jump time and 45 minutes party room time seemed rushed, so when booking the party I took those complaints into consideration. I had my guests arrive 30 minutes prior to the party and paid the extra hour for each jumper after. Luckily, my son's party seemed to be at a good time, on a good day, because it was not crowded at all and check in was super easy. It actually was such a short process that the kids had to wait to jump. Another positive was that the jump area was very well organized and the staff were very involved in making it fun for the kids, while still refereeing and making sure the kids were safe. The party room we reserved was on the second level and that's definitely the one you want to get. Nice and open and you can see the kids jumping. Now a couple of suggestions. There should be more leeway in between parties. The party before us apparently didn't leave on time so when we came to the party room it was just starting to get cleaned up. We also were not informed that our party room was ready. I just watched the clock and asked the check-in employee if we could go up, because it was our party time, and she said yes. The 2 liter bottles of soda were not refrigerated nor were we given ice. I asked ahead of time how many slices were in each pizza (to know if I should order extra) and was told 16. There were 8 big slices and not 16. I asked if they could double cut the slices and was told they don't make the pizzas, but they could get a knife. The poor party hostess tried to cut, but there was no way to do it without making a massacre of the pizza so I just said forget it. So you should definitely invest in a pizza cutter or have the pizza place double cut because little kid can't always handle very large slices. When I went to pay for the extra hour of jumping time I was told it was more expensive than the price previously given to me over the phone. They did honored the original price so I appreciated that. All in all a good experience, but a few kinks need to be worked out. read more

had a terrible experience. We took my 4 YEAR OLD who was repeatedly harassed by your staff over his socks that we received with a Dojoboom giftcard in a sealed Dojoboom gift box. Instead of harassing him about it they could have asked him for his parents. I asked my son why they were talking to him and he told me about his socks. So I tracked down the employee and thought that was that but much too my surprise another employee confronted him and yet another. Ok, mixed emotions about this place... The first time we came here it was quiet and we had an awesome time. I liked it because it was very clean and not chaotic like some of the other trampoline places we've been to. The kids had a great time. The second time we came here, I went online to buy our flight tickets ahead of time. What is the point of that if they're just going to make you wait in line with everyone else who hasn't paid? So I reserved a 2:30 time slot for our "flight" tickets we showed up around 1:50 PM and at 2:35 we were still waiting in line. I was instructed by the team that it was all one line whether you had paid or not. I just think that is bad business to have people go online and pay ahead of time to reserve a time slot then they show up to be completely disregarded and to wait in line with people who just showed up with no reservation. Basically it doesn't matter if you make a reservation or not. How hard it would it be to just have two separate lines, one for people with reservations and one for people without? After we got to the front of the line to check in we were then told we could start at 3:00 because it was already past the 2:30 time slot. I made reservations for 2:30 because we had plans after. No where on the website or anywhere did it say that your reservation at 2:30 could easily be changed to 3:00. Also did I mention we showed up at 1:50? How do you think the children feel waiting over an hour? Other than the completely disorganized check-in and reservation process the kids had a great time. It did however, make me not want to go back and have to deal with all of the stress of the check-in. read more

Yikes not sure how to really comment on this place. First of all when you walk in, it STINKS. like terrible feet/socks. I'm pregnant so I'm sure it was extra bad to me bc of that but goodness it just smelled dirty in there. Looked dirty too. The paperwork you have to sign in order to go into the place is pretty intense. Basically it says 'your kid could totally die here and if they do, you can't do anything about it legally and they may actually sue you' lol. Okkkkkk. Moving on. I appreciate that it's an active place for kids to move but the vibe was odd. There were tiny kids there, like my own, but then there were a few adults and hellah grown looking kids/teens that looked to be OUT of high school and they were tearing through the place like maniacs. It made it more of a headache for me and I'm sure the parents of younger kids,bc you have to really REALLY stay super close to your child just to ensure they do f get trampled. Maybe the minimum age should actually be 7. Lots of the activities seemed dangerous, and everywhere you turn is a sign reminding ppl 'don't try to do things you can't do' ummm...lol. Kids see a swing hanging from 20 feet up, they're going to ASSUME they can do it, even if they can't. But again, that ultimately falls to the parents to watch their kids. Fine. We paid for an hour and I swear they ran us off the mats not even 45 min after we stepped foot on them. It was closer to 35 min. But I didn't want to stay any longer anyway, so it was a great excuse to leave Gets 2 stars bc my daughter and niece (5, 9) did have a blast. Workers seemed like they had bad attitudes BUT, once I hit them with a friendly smile and a bit of convo, each one I encountered seemed decent. Boom! My 11 year old had a blast. It was crazy busy. We waited about 10 minutes to get in, once we were in the lines for the attractions were short if any at all. He really enjoyed all the different areas, trapeze, jump wall thing, launch ramp, wall etc. After 90 minutes I could barely get him out of there. I can see how people could get injured if they go beyond there physical limitations, however it was fantastic for a kid that loves to push boundaries a bit and this is safer than a lot of other things he tries to jump off. We will for sure be back! One suggestion I have is to have a slide shaped trampoline somewhere not part of the obstacles, there were lots of little kids sliding as big kids tried to pass through. read more

I did a private party at Defy for a group of 13 year olds and was taken care of A to Z. We had an amazing time!!
