Came here on a Friday evening with friends for a quick hour workout before dinner. Waited over 10 mins in a short line just to be told that they are ONLY selling 4hour packages. But we only want to jump for one hour. Asked for a manager who wouldn't sell us individual hours either. He gave us an insulting offer of either buying the full 4 hours and not using it up (no) OR he's give us 1 person and 35$ and the other two at 25$ea. Their prices are $18 per person for 1 hr. No way in hell Even though the package event was not advertised with any mention that they would NOT be selling any other options besides their 4hour package. It's a great deal if I wanted to spend the extra time and money. I sat down and went online to see if I could purchase 1hr deals from their site - lo and behold, their OWN website didn't advertise nor mention that the 1 hour deal would not be honored. The manager still wouldn't honor and online voucher and even admitted that this was last minute, not advertised, and poorly planned. I usually love to come to dojo boom, but today I have had enough with the service here. I brought some sky high socks and didn't have money to spend on new socks for dojo boom I was bugged about my socks. The woman was extremely rude and when I spoke with the manager she couldn't help me and told me to write them a review for free socks. This is that review. I am extremely disappointed in the staff for saying "go talk to the manager I enforce the rules here" and when she said the rules she spoke so fast not one thing was clear. We had our son's birthday party at dojoboom. It was OK. Kids like to jump and trampoline. They get an hr, and they really enjoy it. They rushed the party part and walked us out in about 35-40 mins. Hostess was nice and very cooperative but she had to rush it. Also, there is only one cart, so bringing stuff from car is painful. Overall it is OK place. read more

Dropped my son and friend off as I had signed waiver last year and didn't think I would have to do again. My son called me to come back as the waiver was not valid anymore. Besides having to do that the employees at the desk were rude to my son and friend. This place is over priced as well. $36 for 2 hours is ridiculous. read more

Dojoboom is a great place to wear out your kids! There are so many different types of activities like a climbing wall, dodgeball, obstacle course, and zip line. It is not just trampolines. If you have little ones, I recommend taking them to the earlier 6 and under play times so they're not getting bounced around by the big kids. read more

Pricey but This is the perfect place to bring kids ages 12 and under to get all of their energy out! Parents can get a viewing bracelet and walk around to keep an eye on their kids who are in different areas too instead of just standing on the side lines with binoculars lol. Also, The best part is they release a good smelling fresh mist into the air quite often so that it doesn't smell like feet! I honestly thought it smelled so good when I first walked in! We just had a birthday party here today and wanted to write a review while it was fresh on my mind. I had read previous complaints about the long check in process and that the 1 hour jump time and 45 minutes party room time seemed rushed, so when booking the party I took those complaints into consideration. I had my guests arrive 30 minutes prior to the party and paid the extra hour for each jumper after. Luckily, my son's party seemed to be at a good time, on a good day, because it was not crowded at all and check in was super easy. It actually was such a short process that the kids had to wait to jump. Another positive was that the jump area was very well organized and the staff were very involved in making it fun for the kids, while still refereeing and making sure the kids were safe. The party room we reserved was on the second level and that's definitely the one you want to get. Nice and open and you can see the kids jumping. Now a couple of suggestions. There should be more leeway in between parties. The party before us apparently didn't leave on time so when we came to the party room it was just starting to get cleaned up. We also were not informed that our party room was ready. I just watched the clock and asked the check-in employee if we could go up, because it was our party time, and she said yes. The 2 liter bottles of soda were not refrigerated nor were we given ice. I asked ahead of time how many slices were in each pizza (to know if I should order extra) and was told 16. There were 8 big slices and not 16. I asked if they could double cut the slices and was told they don't make the pizzas, but they could get a knife. The poor party hostess tried to cut, but there was no way to do it without making a massacre of the pizza so I just said forget it. So you should definitely invest in a pizza cutter or have the pizza place double cut because little kid can't always handle very large slices. When I went to pay for the extra hour of jumping time I was told it was more expensive than the price previously given to me over the phone. They did honored the original price so I appreciated that. All in all a good experience, but a few kinks need to be worked out. read more

had a terrible experience. We took my 4 YEAR OLD who was repeatedly harassed by your staff over his socks that we received with a Dojoboom giftcard in a sealed Dojoboom gift box. Instead of harassing him about it they could have asked him for his parents. I asked my son why they were talking to him and he told me about his socks. So I tracked down the employee and thought that was that but much too my surprise another employee confronted him and yet another. I confronted those employees and explained that those were the socks I received from the company website. Your staff ruined our night. We will not be going back. Feel free to contact me. Ok, mixed emotions about this place... The first time we came here it was quiet and we had an awesome time. I liked it because it was very clean and not chaotic like some of the other trampoline places we've been to. The kids had a great time. The second time we came here, I went online to buy our flight tickets ahead of time. What is the point of that if they're just going to make you wait in line with everyone else who hasn't paid? So I reserved a 2:30 time slot for our "flight" tickets we showed up around 1:50 PM and at 2:35 we were still waiting in line. I was instructed by the team that it was all one line whether you had paid or not. I just think that is bad business to have people go online and pay ahead of time to reserve a time slot then they show up to be completely disregarded and to wait in line with people who just showed up with no reservation. Basically it doesn't matter if you make a reservation or not. How hard it would it be to just have two separate lines, one for people with reservations and one for people without? After we got to the front of the line to check in we were then told we could start at 3:00 because it was already past the 2:30 time slot. I made reservations for 2:30 because we had plans after. No where on the website or anywhere did it say that your reservation at 2:30 could easily be changed to 3:00. Also did I mention we showed up at 1:50? How do you think the children feel waiting over an hour? Other than the completely disorganized check-in and reservation process the kids had a great time. It did however, make me not want to go back and have to deal with all of the stress of the check-in. read more

Yikes not sure how to really comment on this place. First of all when you walk in, it STINKS. like terrible feet/socks. I'm pregnant so I'm sure it was extra bad to me bc of that but goodness it just smelled dirty in there. Looked dirty too. The paperwork you have to sign in order to go into the place is pretty intense. Basically it says 'your kid could totally die here and if they do, you can't do anything about it legally and they may actually sue you' lol. Okkkkkk. Moving on. I appreciate that it's an active place for kids to move but the vibe was odd. There were tiny kids there, like my own, but then there were a few adults and hellah grown looking kids/teens that looked to be OUT of high school and they were tearing through the place like maniacs. It made it more of a headache for me and I'm sure the parents of younger kids,bc you have to really REALLY stay super close to your child just to ensure they do f get trampled. Maybe the minimum age should actually be 7. Lots of the activities seemed dangerous, and everywhere you turn is a sign reminding ppl 'don't try to do things you can't do' ummm...lol. Kids see a swing hanging from 20 feet up, they're going to ASSUME they can do it, even if they can't. But again, that ultimately falls to the parents to watch their kids. Fine. We paid for an hour and I swear they ran us off the mats not even 45 min after we stepped foot on them. It was closer to 35 min. But I didn't want to stay any longer anyway, so it was a great excuse to leave Gets 2 stars bc my daughter and niece (5, 9) did have a blast. Workers seemed like they had bad attitudes BUT, once I hit them with a friendly smile and a bit of convo, each one I encountered seemed decent. Boom! My 11 year old had a blast. It was crazy busy. We waited about 10 minutes to get in, once we were in the lines for the attractions were short if any at all. He really enjoyed all the different areas, trapeze, jump wall thing, launch ramp, wall etc. After 90 minutes I could barely get him out of there. I can see how people could get injured if they go beyond there physical limitations, however it was fantastic for a kid that loves to push boundaries a bit and this is safer than a lot of other things he tries to jump off. We will for sure be back! One suggestion I have is to have a slide shaped trampoline somewhere not part of the obstacles, there were lots of little kids sliding as big kids tried to pass through. read more

Though the equipment is nice and there's a vast selection of things to do, 90% of the lockers didn't work and they didn't tell me I needed to wear their specific brand of socks (though I was already wearing different trampoline socks from Sky High) so I had to walk all the way back to their counter and buy socks. My kids love this place. It's a little pricey but they have an absolute blast and are always tired afterwards. I also get to reminisce of the days when I had a trampoline in the early 90's and no adult supervision or safety pads for protection. MY KIDS LOVE DOJOBOOM! Always a fun experience for all of us. The staff is always friendly, helpful and polite. Most of them know my kids by name and are greeted with enthusiastic HELLOs and high fives. American Ninja Warrior Royalty Kevin Bull has fist bumped my son and made his day a few times! Our longest wait time was 15 min, but we try to go when it's NOT BUSY! (Ask the staff for tips!) Did you know that you can re-use dojo boom socks? They wash up nicely and you can bring them back the next time you jump! That's not bad for a $3 pair of socks! My kids are trying to collect them all and are always excited when a new design in stock. Added plus it's like some kind of status symbol if you wear them to school ! An hour or so at Dojoboom pretty much guarantees an early bedtime at my house- all that jumping wears the kiddos out! FIVE stars from us! We will be back again and again and we will tell our friends!! read more

My kids do like coming here, so much that I purchased a 30 day pass. So they'd probably rate it 4-5 stars. However I have to deduct for the following. You would think that if there is a line labeled "express" and you have a pass you could use it. I watched someone in front of me use it and then was told I could not use it. Instead I was sent to wait in line behind the other 30 people in line that needed to buy tickets, socks and sign waivers. Totally ridiculous and not stream lined at all. Definitely fun for kids, although it is usually crowded and the lockers never work. My biggest question is why a place that caters to little kids uses the soundtrack from a Tijuana nightclub? Not really a fun place for parents to be, but my little girl always has a good time and the owner is really friendly when kids talk to him. read more

I can see where lose toddlers could get injured by bigger kids. I blame it on parents not paying attention. But the kids looked out for each other. We have come here multiple, multiple times. We have had numerous birthday and sports parties. I receive emails from your facility all the time. This week is Spring Break for my children. They sent these emails for Spring Break specials. NO where on the email, even when it says see below for restrictions does it say an age restrictions. It just says 9-12 and the dates for the entire Spring Break. So, I arrive at 9 for my 5 & 7 year olds to jump. I am told that my 7 year old is too old to jump and has to wait until 10. Of course they are crushed. We have our whole day planned out. They LOVE DojoBoom and want to jump. So, we either have to cancel our next appointment to jump at 10 or miss DojoBoom. I feel I should not be in this predicament. The manager just tells me sorry that those emails are from corporate and it's not his problem and 7 year olds can't jump until 10. This is not something I read wrong, this is the email DojoBoom sent ME! I showed them the emails. This is not right. I am very disappointed. read more

My son had a fabulous time bouncing around with his friend while I was able to hang out inside as an observer, for free, to watch him having a blast while finding tons of different areas to sit close to where they were bouncing around to get a little work done at the same time. Unbelievable. I called at 730 pm on a Friday evening to bring my two girls in for an hour to bounce. The man on the phone told me what the pricing was and all the other info that I needed. I arrived at 830 with my kids only to find out that at 9 pm there would be an adult only bounce for people over 15. What? Not only did they Not own their mistake but they quite literally threw us out of the establishment without so much as an apology or any offer of apology or future discount. All would have been nice gestures to diffuse the situation. Instead the man just stood there and berated me and my children. Absolutely atrocious customer service. They should be ashamed of themselves. They have lost the next decade of my business at the very least. I spend a lot of money on my children and their activities and birthday parties and I will tell every single person in my community not to ever patronize this establishment. I cannot believe how upset my children were at the result of their treatment and how absolutely insulting they were to us. There is a good way to handle difficult situations like this and it was not handled with Grace or ease on their part. Avoid this place at all cost. I forgot to mention that as we were leaving he screamed out in the most distasteful, sarcastic way " have a nice holiday weekend". This whole staff needs lessons in customer service and thoroughness.
