I took my kids here who are 8 & 7 years old. They had a great time. I will definitely go back! It does get very crowded and it's very high energy! I'm ok with bringing my kids here because they're able to handle the energy level. However, I would NOT recommend this place for little ones! In my opinion 6 & under should not be in there with the older kids. Maybe on a day when it's not busy it would be ok, but not on a crowded day. I saw some of the other reviews about little ones getting ran over. Yes, it's true because I've seen it happen. I'm not sure if there's an age minimum, but there should be! If my kids were younger I would NOT bring them here. At the same time though, you can't really get upset with older kids there having fun and doing what there suppose to be doing in a "trampoline" park. read more

We purchased a Groupon and they didn't want to honor our Groupon due to a glow night. The Groupon specifically said "Any day" yet the only thing they would offer is what we paid for our Groupon. Terrible bait and switch. read more

Attention owner of Sky Zone, you get 1 star for the shady excuse you have your employees give customers for not allowing them to use the identical if not better socks with different trampoline businesses label, stating that "it's a liability to not us Sky Zone brand socks" with is a bunch of BS. You should be ashamed of yourself breaking a little 6 year olds heart not allowing her to use her own lucky trampoline socks. The only good excuse would be to not allow standard everyday socks. But like I said we came with identical if not better trampoline socks that had another label of Sky High Sports. I'll be sure to spread the word of my experience at Sky Zone Covina on Facebook and Twitter. read more

2 of 4 Waiver computers broken. Lockers are "not working". Asked staff if they were responsible for lost/stolen shoes since lockers were not in service, 2 of them said we were out of luck. I could not even jump with my kids due to having to babysit shoes. Not very happy. read more

We had a birthday party here on Sunday afternoon. The party for 21 cost $550. We got 60 minutes of jumping for the kids, jumping with the public which was horrible. We did not have a private jump area, and the place was packed, lines in every area, waiting to play dodgeball, waiting to shoot 1 ball into basketball court, etc... It was so hot that it felt like a sauna when you walk in, because there are so many people, and kids jumping that the air conditioner cannot handle it. The place had over 300 people, with only 4 areas to play (if you have been there, its not a big place). When we asked why we could not use the private party dodgeball area, they said, you will have to pay $700 (so pay difference from the 550) to use that area for 60 minutes. Oh wait, the $550 also included 45 minutes of a private room where you eat pizza, cake and drink soda. One employee helps out, and does not have enough time to serve anyone, so you have to help, so be able to get it all done within 45 minutes. I have been here many times (during the week), and other times on the weekends. This was the worst. No one really monitors the kids time of jumping, thus, overage of kids in every area. When I called headquarters, they said the max of people to just is 165, wow, there was way more kids than that jumping. read more

My child had been playing in the foam pit for about 20 minutes. When some of the workers came down and asked all the kids to get out because they needed to sanitize it because a child had previously hurt themselves on the Rockwall and bled on the foam squares. So instead of cleaning up right away, or closing down the attraction. They chose not to let anyone know and let a bunch of kids play in there not knowing what had happened. I have been thinking about this ever since it occurred and I am beyond upset I will never go back. read more

Today I took my two nieces and my kids to Skyzone Trampoline Park in Covina. Its a really fun place for kids to get some exercise while the adults relax and enjoy watching the kids jump! Its a little bit pricey, but considering all the activities they have for the kids, I guess it evens out. I like that there are adult supervisors watching out for bratty kids that don't care about the safety of others, you know the ones who push and shove other kids because they are bigger. Anyway, its a pretty good place but be prepared to spend some money on slushees and stuff too. Recommended. read more

Our kids had a blast here, and so did we. Unfortunately our car battery died while we were here, however the manager was extremely helpful and helped us jump start our car. We really appreciate his help and great customer service and will be coming back for sure ! read more

Had an amazing time with my family ! The facility overall was clean and the staff were very friendly

Went to skyzone on sunday for my daughters 12th bday party, staff was kind/helpful at first. about 15 min into our 1 hour jump time one of the kids hit his head on the "padded" trampoline supports. he had a small cut on his head from it. and got a very bad headache. then one of the girls in our party jumped into the foam pit and landed head down, she could not get out, the two lifegaurds are instructed not to touch the children at all, so they stood and watched while she screamed for help untill she could not scream anymore and started to black out. my daughter saw she was in distress and called for help while i was running up there (staff discourages parents from standing on trampoline deck) my daughter tried to jump in to help the little girl, the staff actually tried to hold her back from helping. she pulled away and jumped in, she helped the girl out of the foam pit. the girl was in very bad condition, almost sufforcated, her face was turning blue. i am a cc nurse, i rushed her to the bathroom where we cooled her down and revived her it took about 30 min. no ambulance was called luckly she came around on her own. i understand that skyzone has a no touch rule but i feel the staff could of called the parents, or called there manager, anything other then stand there and watch a little girl suffocate, what if she died? would they of had any remorse? didnt look like it. they came over and said sorry to the family but it looked like something the manager made them do. I asked how often "accidents" like this happen and one of the staff told me daily kids sprang there ankles, get concussions, and have trouble with the foam pit. I feel they are lucky not to have any deaths yet. i will never go back. and hope other parents out there read this. and think twice about going to skyzone, its just to dangerous. red read more

My daughter found this place and was very excited to have her birthday party here. But it turned out to be a nightmare. When I went in to investigate what this place was the manager showed me around and it seemed like something the an 11 year old was completely dig. When I was made aware of the price of a birthday party $20 per kid and all it includes is 1 hour of jumping and then a small room for pizza and out. I still was willing to pay because my girl was so excited, bad idea. First, no outside food which is okay if they offer a variety that caters to the dietary needs of many people that will walk through their doors. Second, they rip you off by selling an $8 Domino's Pizza (yeah Domino's) for $15 I was still fine. Third and final straw...I couldn't order the toppings that best suited my guests from Domino's. As a vegetarian you are limited to Cheese and the Vegetarian Pizza. So I order my vegetarian pizzas 3 without olives and mushrooms and they still got all that wrong. When I told the manager she said it was Domino's error when it was Skyzone staff that put in the order. She did give me a refund of $50 on the $90 I spent on DOMINO'S pizza. The most under-trained, immature and clueless staff EVER!!! read more

EH I'm sure this place COULD be great.....let's start.....5pm on a Friday, front desk guy acted like such a diva and acted as if he was too good and too troubled to be bothered with my questions.....the place is packed with very aggressive teenagers....there were so many F-bombs dropped.....so much profanity!!! If this place got a rating for language like movies do....it would get an F. Not only profanity but also very vulgar conversations. My poor kids would be standing in line and someone would stand right in front of them cutting in front of them.....If (that's a BIG IF) I take my kids ever again to this place I will be sure to be there early when they open at 3pm. There is no control from the staff.....oh but of course not half of them are teenagers themselves and I don't expect these poor kids to be able to keep all the other kids in line. Parties are also very expensive, not worth it IMO....my kids loved it though so I'm sure I'll get suckered into one someday. That's the thing, the kids DO LOVE IT. I'd compare it to Chuck E. Cheese, paradise for kids, hell for adults. Maybe I just got in on a bad night, I'll let you all know if my opinion changes in the future. I think Sky Zone did their best to make a great family friendly fun place but some people don't have any respect when children are present. Oh yeah, do yourself a favor fill out the waiver before you get there or at least before you're in line! read more

Oh man, this place has the potential to be a place to be at but there are a few reasons why it's hindered at being a 5 star. First off, the air conditioner. It wasn't at full capacity but man I felt like I was at a sauna. I asked the workers if it's on and she said it was which was clearly false as there were fans blowing nothing but hot air! I didn't jump as much as I'd loved to. Second the equipment looked dirty as if it hasn't been cleaned since the place first opened. The foams were tinted in dirt and I felt dirty coming out of there. The staff weren't friendly as they were leaving some trampolines unattended at times where a little girl sprained her ankle. At the times that I was jumping it took some getting used to and it was fun but please fix the air conditioner! If I wanted a sauna I'd go to a gym. read more

Man this place has gone downhill from when it first opened. Half of the entire arena was closed on 6/11/14 between 5 and 730pm. What the heck?!?! Half of the schools are already out on summer break in the area!! The pizza was like a brick and tasted like cardboard...the hand sanitizers didnt work...The employees all have the customer service pleasantries of beef jerky... yes... dry humorless no personality beef jerky. Im definitely telling all of my friends and family to never come back here. Very dirty and a waste of time and money. I paid 40.00 for my kids to stay in one designated area. I could have bought my own trampoline and they would have had more fun at home!!! I would give 0 stars if it would let me. read more

Sky Zone Trampoline Park - This is what the staff of this place does instead of making sure that their guests have a good time.... 0 stars - Trampoline Parks Near Me - Covina, California

This place is Terrible and their corporation hides behind a call center that has no answers and does not want to work with customers unless you are buying a "party package". If I could give a ZERO star I would do that but I cannot..... My son went there in December. He locked up his phone in one of their lockers. Upon returning, when he opened up the locker there was no IPhone and the locker was not tampered with at all. While looking around another customer opened her locker and her iPhone was missing. There is a sign stating that if the key is lost the manger can sell you another key for 5 dollars. Hum...the Locker was not tampered with .....So who could have a key to open the locker while my son was using their trampolines???? The manager was not there .......This is very suspicious... When they went to the front desk there was no manager on duty and the front desk person said the manager would call back the next day. This never happened. I called corporate and got the run around as to who to call and when a call back would be given. No call back after a week. I called again and asked to file a claim with their insurance. The carrier called back after several weeks of bugging them and said their was no coverage and they had another mysterious policy but needed to call corporate back again. Fed up I asked for the owners name as this Sky Zone said this was not a corporate store so I can file a small claims law suit and they will not give me the owners name or number.... This is definitely not the sky zone shown on Under Cover Boss.... Hey Jeff Platt CEO.... What kind of organization are you running.... I will never be back and will tell everyone I know what has happed. read more

Came here on a friday night for my little cousins birthday and had the worst time! I enjoy going to skyzone in Anaheim so we decided to try Covina because it is closer but it was a huge mistake. One of the trampolines was broken and there was a huge crowd so the group I was with kept getting kicked out of each station. We hadn't finished our whole hour so we asked for a full money refund and one employee said no that he could give us back half the money. It was a huge run around because we were there for another whole hour waiting to speak to someone. The store manager who was there never even came out to speak to us. The employees did not know what they were doing and two of the males were actually very nice and I could tell they were very stressed. I will never go here again! read more

This place could have easily been a 5 stars facility but management is just not up to par for a facility like this. I took my 7 yrs old with her 12 yrs old cousin for the first time and bought the 1 hr time slot. The facility is very clean with some tables and a waiting area with TVs. It also has snack bar along with some vending machine for drinks. Lockers for shoes for $.50 or you could just put them on the shelves for free. There were a lot of children and adults having fun jumping and bouncing and my 2 girls went on there way. You can see in their faces that they were having a blast. Learning how to flip, hop, bouncing off walls, jumping into a pit full of soft squared sponges, they were in Neverland. An hour passed and now they are hungry and thirsty which of course to be expected. They wanted another hour but they wanted some icees and nachos. They went to ask how much the small icee was and was told $3.75 each. They wanted to go buy themselves so I gave them a twenty for 2 icees and an order of nacho while I waited at a table near by. They came back after waiting in line with the twenty that I gave them and told me that they couldn't buy because they didn't have enough change. I thought I heard wrong since there were a lot of people in line at the snack bar getting their snacks. I asked the cashier and she told me that they didn't have change for a twenty. Ok, so two drinks for $3.75 each with an order of nacho (don't know how much the nacho is but assuming about $4-5) and the total should be around $12-$13 and no change for a twenty? This is not a small corner business but a large facility accommodating over a hundred people and did not have $7 dollars in change? I went to the front counter and asked to speak to the manager and he told me that they only have changes in coins and no small bills and didn't want to give customers hand full of changes. I looked at people coming in purchasing admissions with cash they get their changes back. I don't know how this business this being run but denying customers because of no change sounds ridiculous to me. I did not see the cashier denying other people at the snack bar from buying foods. The manager said if I don't mind a handful of change then I'm welcome to buy. I just didn't feel like it then so I told him that I'll just take my business some where else. My kid told me that we could just to to 7-eleven and get some icees and chips. We did and they had change for my hard earned twenty. Will I return to this place? Probably yes because the girls had a lot of fun but I'll make sure that I bring enough smaller bills and some changes to support this business. read more

My son loves this place! Its very good exercise jumping constantly, but be careful it may make you queezy! That's what happened to me from all that jumping, I had my sons bday party here, he loved it! For about 20 people it was $500, came with pizza, drinks, private room, and private dodge ball court for a few hours, socks for everyone, free SZ tee-shirt for the bday boy & SZ passes for the future. They had a blast. The staff were a bunch of friendly young adults, that were very helpful. Who knew jumping on trampolines would be such a good workout, but it is. I was sweating like crazy! Bring a hand towel to keep dry, a extra shirt, deodorant, and water. I kept my stuff on the party cart that was provided to us with our party reservation, but if we didn't have a party cart we'd have to have rented a locker for our shoes, phones, etc. I believe a locker rental is a few $1's. They have a small snack stand where they sell pizza, ice cream, hot dogs, & drinks if you get hungry. There isn't much seating here from what I noticed. Probably, because the whole idea is to get everyone jumping! I'd recommend calling ahead a time to see if they have room for jumpers because the last time I went, we had to leave because they were full to capacity with bday party's. Also when you are here, it is ALWAYSSS BUSY AND JAM PACKED WITH PEOPLE. Have fun! read more

The kids had so Much fun here. I purchased the 30 mins but should have gotten the hour. Bring your own socks if you want to save money. Also you can bring your own water bottles and snacks . They sell everything marked up here . I would recommend leaving ur valuables in the car under the seat or something. Also if you want to keep an eye on your kids purchase a ticket for yourself and jump with them. If you go online fill and print out the waiver that's required that will save you time while your checking in. read more

I attended a birthday party at this location. The staff was not very interactive with the kids. You would think that they would be a little more interactive instead of just standing around considering kids are celebrating their birthdays here and parents are paying a pretty penny for it. My daughter wanted to have her party here, but based on my experience at the party we attended, I decided not to have it here. Instead, we are going to have it at he indoor trampoline place that opened in San Dimas. The reviews for this place read that the staff was very attentive and interactive. I recommend the employees at this location are trained to be more personable rather that looking like they don't want to be there. However, if you just want to have some fun and jump around that required no employee assistance, then this place would be good. read more

REALLY? I can't jump with my baby? This place has the potential to be awesome but it's infrastructure needs some serious change. To begin with: I read on the website that they were opening "Toddler Play Time" one hour prior to the park opening. The website also stated that parents mays jump also as long as they were the sky zone socks. I liked the idea of jumping with my toddler in a safe environment while still getting exercise myself. When I paid for his socks and jumping I also purchased socks for myself. After a few minutes of jumping with my son, the manager came over and told me that parents were not permitted to jump. REALLY??? Not jump with my toddler??! That doesn't last long because toddlers only want to do stuff with their parents right there oohing and aaahing them along. What was more upsetting was the way the manager was so dismissive. He didn't even bother to pause while walking away when I told him what the website says. His response was an eloquent and well thought out "ok." He was rude and not one bit diplomatic about the delivery. After he walked away the other parents present confirmed that they, too, expected to jump with their toddler. Neither of us want to return if our babies have to jump alone. I had my 6 year old with us who also wanted to jump but was unable to do so as the toddler cutoff is 5. I told her that after he brother was done I would buy her a half hour. By the time I paid for our socks, the toddler jumping time and a half hour of regular jumping time I was out $36!!! That is A LOT of money for what we got. If I were the owner of this business, I do hope that someone would let me know how poorly my facility was being managed and how parents were walking away so unhappy. I intend to send an email to the facility in hopes that the owner receives the letter. I like the idea of exercise classes and toddler times but ridiculous policies (I signed a waiver!!), terrible prices and poor scheduling make this place a difficult place to frequent. read more

DO NOT USE GROUPON CERTS. First of all I think this place is fine if you want to let your little ones burn off some extra energy for an hour but I am giving it 1 star because of their terrible Groupon policy. Unlike a lot of the other reviews I've never had a long wait but I tend to get in early when they first open. I also remember to bring their required non-slip socks so I don't need to buy them each and every time. I purchased a Groupon pass and brought in my certificate to redeem with my children. They told me some new and obscure excuse about how Groupon doesn't let them use the certificates the same day and that I should have read the fine print. Groupon DOES have certificates that redeem same day. In fact every other certificate I've ever used from Groupon, I've printed that exact same day. This feels like I've been tricked to get me into their business and have me buy an extra set of passes! So now I'm put in the situation to either disappoint my kids and come back next day or buy passes at full price. This allows Sky zone to glean a bit more profit. This is a very poor policy and does nothing but destroy customer service confidence! Not a savvy business practice at all! Very unfortunate that I have tainted feelings towards this place and I've now begun looking elsewhere for my kids entertainment. read more

I come here frequently to sweat and have fun! Recently I was a guest at a party as well. It was great, but it wasn't so great witnessing parents be so rude to their party host as well as court monitors. People give so many negative comments about staff. But in reality I've seen many parents be so rude and inconsiderate to the staff, maybe that's why they don't want to accommodate you In a kindly manner since you give them attitude for no reason! Party's What people do not realize is that this place has at least 20 plus parties a day on the weekends and they need to stick to a schedule! You have to arrive half an hour before your jumping time for your party and this applies to ALL GUEST as well. It takes a while to look up each jumpers waivers. That's the party host job, so don't get frustrated at them for doing their job. I've seen so many parents get angry and give unnecessary attitude to the host for only doing their job. It's overwhelming cause kids are running around and it only adds stress to the host because the parents don't know how to control their kids. If you party jumps late it's your fault you either 1. Arrive late 2. Not prepared with waiver filled out online and 3. Having your kids act out. It only slows down the process so do yourself a favor a don't blame the host or give them a hard time with snobby comments and looks. For all you know they can spit in your food for your party for being such a pain and rude to them for no reason! Be respectful because your aren't the only people they need to help there! Party room 40 minutes is all you get! The time goes quick but eating & cake can be done in a timely manner if you stick to the time frames the host gives you! They have party's going in and out all day so be out on time! Again, don't blame the host for the time being so short (it's their job, they're only abiding to the rules). Make it easier on them by being out on time. Just because you pay for the party doesn't mean all their attention is going to be on you the whole time! Keep in mind they have to be attentive to multiple parties. It's a slap in the face to the party host to do all this work like check in guest, get your party water to drink while jumping, serving the food getting refills, clean up spills, keep composure to those rude parents and kids, to not get tipped. Yes it may be their job but just their job is similar to being a waitress. And you tip your waitress's right? It's sucks to do hard work and not be awarded! As for the people giving bad reviews on the court monitors, you people are ignorant! They aren't "harassing" your kids by simply asking to see their sticker for jump times. They're only doing their jobs!!!!! And you say all they do is "stand around" what else do you want them to do? They're court MONITORS meaning they JUST MONITOR. Simply just stand their and watch the customers jump. What do you want them to do? And for people saying there's no where to sit if you're a parent..well it is a trampoline park and you go there to jump NOT sit. If you don't want to sit then don't go to this place. Especially if you're a parent. Jump with your kids lazy people! Also, KIDS can't jump with ADULTS (parents) for obvious reasons. THEY WILL GET HURT. Parents obviously weigh more so one bad jump will cause the minor to break and arm or something more serious. So abide to the "stupid" rules as some parents say the people who work there. They're looking out for your own safety. Overall this place has friendly staff, they may be having a stressful day cause well hello the place is packed ALL THE TIME. People are too hard on the staff especially the Party Host's. It's a fun place for everyone to get some exercise and sweat your butt off!!! read more

Someone I know set their phone down to jump and when they went back it was gone. They told the manager. The manager called the phone and it was found when it lit up in one of the employees pockets. Sounds like the people are dishonest and very poorly managed and most importantly DANGEROUS!!! read more

I came on a Sunday. It's my first time and last time. It's so crowded and it's smells soooo bad!!! They need some ventilation! I stayed payed 2 hrs for the 5 of us. What really made me give this place only 1 star was because they didn't have a toddler area. A giant kid knocked my 2 year old down while jumping. He was bleeding from his nose and his mouth. A worker asked what was wrong,l?? Took a glanced at my child and walk away... ? That's when I said "it's time to go". read more

Love this place. GREAT for kids parties. We just did a tri-5 year old bday bash here today and it was fabulous. They get their own bounce area, then move to a larger bounce area with basketball hoops and foam cube pools for jumping afterward. Lots of fun for the adults too. They have their own concession stand, sports on flat screens for the dads, and they provide pizza, nachos, dip and dots- the works! For the kids. Private party rooms too. Staff is attentive. read more

So a trampoline park pretty self-explanatory right? Wrong. There is a lot to say about these places and I am just going to list them off. * Must buy non slip socks which I am totally okay with. I think this is great because it is sanitary and boys didn't slip and they are ruining their other socks and if you keep them you can just bring them back with the same pair. * The staff is really nice and they keep all the crazy kids in line so 5 year olds stay safe and teenagers don't get all emotional. * Location is large and well-kept with plenty of parking outside and large party rooms available for special occasions. * The food is probably my only complaint because I got there white castle burger which was from the frozen section at a supermarket. That was not good and the pizza that was passed out in the large group area was just okay for frozen. So I am a fan but I have gone to other parks that have a better system to control people who buy more than one hour. Also the lay out of the location could be a bit better for parents to sit and watch their kids play. read more

We were in line for almost 45min. They don't have enough staff working the register. By the time we got to the clerk my girls lost interest in being there, and decided to leave instead. 5 of us purchased a Groupon recently for 10 SkyBurn classes. Employees were giving us the runaround on where the class actually took place and no one seemed to really know what was going on. Instructor was over 20 minutes late. We didn't stay long enough to see if he/she even showed. Requesting a refund from Groupon. The place looked neat and I would've liked to try out the trampolines. Employees and customer service was a bit frustrating though. Not worth my time or $. read more

Attended a birthday party; kids have fun but the staff is terrible. The computers to sign the mandatory waiver weren't working properly, leaving groups of frustrated parents with no help from the Skyzone workers sitting at their desks ten feet away. After 15 minutes with a balky computer I finally get a worker's attention, who completes the information and tells me it's all taken care of. Wrong, as an hour later I'm told the info didn't go through and I have to do another waiver again on the computer. Really? How about Skyzone invests in better computers and staff training, and I'll invest in taking my kids to a more customer friendly jump place (there are plenty out there). read more
