Fun place to take the kids to burn some energy. We went for toddler time which is Tuesday's and Thursday's 10a-12p for $8. Each paid child gets parents in FREE. I'll be going back again soon! read more

Great place to take the kids. Have them jump around, and get tired, fun and a good work out instead of being in front of their smart tablet! Highly recommend it. read more

The park is clean and nice; however, it's kind of ridiculous that they make you buy sky zone branded gripper socks to jump and don't allow you to use other gripper socks. My son had gripper socks that one staff member said was fine, but then halfway through his session another staff member told him he would need to leave if he didn't buy a pair of sky zone gripper socks. The rule about gripper socks is there for safety, so why you have to pay extra for sky zone branded gripper socks doesn't make sense. I also don't appreciate that my son was asked to leave with only 15 minutes left in his session if he didn't spend the $5 on new socks to continue. read more

great service!! will definitely come back!! amazing!! had so much fun!!! i enjoyed every second of it

VERY DISAPPOINTING. I booked it on line thinking it has fun activities like the one in Corona but it's a lot smaller and my girls were bored after 35 mins. Also, they do NOT ck whether you're vaccinated or not like the web site states as their safety protocol and they don't enforce wearing masks either. One last thing, there GLOW activity requires that you have to buy their glow shirts for another twenty something dollars. Not worth the time or money read more

Went to Sky zone with my kids was fun but kinda small location wasnt what i expected for the first time going to sky zone , over all had a good experience but maybe would try different location next time read more

Very disappointed in this memo. After almost buying a groupon we entered the store only to be told that we cannot use the groupon on the same day. It's absolutely absurd, and doesn't make any sense. Makes me feel as though they don't care about customer service and just want our money. read more

For everyone saying they don't enforce masks, as per CNN with Dr. Leana Wen: cloth masks don't are more than just facial decoration. They don't do anything for your child. They would have to wear an N95 the only ones effective. Imagine having your child jumping for 2 hours with a mask!? It's more damaging than not wearing it. As per CDC : children have a 99.99% survival rate. As per Dr. Fauci: the majority of hospitalized children end up in a hospital with Covid, not because of Covid. They can be there for a broken leg, or appendicitis but are automatically tested for C-19 & if they are positive it's counted as a Covid case, so numbers are inflated. Just my 2 cents. read more

I have been in line for 40 minutes !! I see people on their phone in the back and they claim everyone is busy I doubt it it's now past 10 that means I am going to pay $100.00 and they won't even jump the full 90 minutes in acceptable it will be the last time I come here!!!! would not recommend at all . 1 the block pit absolutely reeks of feet 2 . not all obstacles are available there are no signs showing that they are closed off one that was closed off had a chain which showed you were not allowed to go in 3. the workers are really young but are also very rude read more

First time experiencing this type of indoor playground so I didn't know what to expect exactly, but I must say that it felt like a fraud: we are a family of 3 and paid $70 for an hour + socks, but as soon as we entered the structure we noticed it was half closed for remodeling - the front desk guy didn't even mentioned it - so there weren't really many options and I feel like they should at least offer a discounted price. Also, one of the jousting sticks was missing so only one of the 2 stations was working. We then tried the drop zone but it was dirty so as soon as I jumped in something went into my eye and was pretty painful. Won't be back anytime soon.. read more

Open long hours, safe, and a great play to have fun for the whole family. Sadly, some of the staff are young, inexperienced, and less-than-professional. Overpriced snack bar (total joke). SkySocks are 4 dollars and are mandatory- BUY A SET AND SAVE THEM TO REUSE!! read more

Its not a bad place, its just all of their restrictions and rules that make it hard to enjoy. My sister had her sons bday party there she paid an arm and a leg and they kept bugging about we cant do this and we cant do that. That only 1 or 2 people "decorating" the room could be there which is dumb because if your paying for the room you should be able to be there with guests if you need help. The worst part of all is that they do not allow you to put anything on the walls no matter what it is. So if your having your bday or a special occasion there you cant make it your own for that littlw bit of time because they dont let you decorate. For food they ordered us pizza from dominos and charged us as if if was gourmet smh. They served us these trays with stale chips and a cheap tomato sauce. If we ever went back it would just be for a little bit for the kids to play for a little bit, but honestly what my sister paid for what she got its not worth it. Dont waste your money. read more

david helped us out, bgive him a raise ! he was super nice and taught us how to do many of the obstacle courses

i lobe skyszone it's the best place in the world and jayson is the best worker here i love him and his nice lanyard with pins

This place is ridiculous! Bought a Groupon pass before going (my fault for the fine print) but you can't use same day passes, second if you happened to go on the night they have a "special event" the price you pay will be double!!! 30 a person plus another $5 or $6.50 for a "mandatory shirt they have to wear" Although I seen a handful of kids not wearing. If you plan on bringing a toddler, the same price applies. Well since I was already here and we brought my nephew for his bday we paid, the employee in the front we're very rude except for one male, I didn't get his name. The restroom were dirty, I've been here before and this time around I have to say I'm very disappointed. The kids can't even have fun because different group of kids got in a fight and the cops showed up. read more

I had a great time here! It was my second time going to skyzone, and this time was the best. I went with my best friend, her boyfriend, and her younger brother. We all had a lot of here on a Sunday night. It wasn't crowded when we started jumping and climbing at 7pm, and by 8pm there were even less people. We purchased a groupon (remember you can't use it on thr same day as you purchased it, and you can't use on glow night which is Friday and Saturday). Parking is easy to find. I'm not entirely sure if I would enjoy this play if it was packed, but it wouldn't be the facility's fault. All of the kids there had really good manners with waiting in line for their turn, but having fun at the same time. Big shout out to the great parents there! read more

The kids had fun. The young lady at the front desk introduced me to a great deal which I appreciated because I had 5 kids to pay for. The snack bar is where we had bad service. There was nobody to take our order, even after me and 2 other people went to the front desk to ask for help. I think they were under staffed. read more

Bad customer service they are rude and cashiers are extremely slow and take forever. This place was a disappointment

Fun place even for me! It's a work out, suggest wearing comfortable clothing. Definitely bring some water with you cause you'll need it. Obviously their water will be over priced due to its demand after all that jumping Staff is friendly. If your a bit older just be careful with the younger audience. read more

Kids parties are no joke and when you get invited to one you never know what's going to happen. My son got invited to a party at Sky Zone in Covina and we were pleasantly surprised. HE HAD THE TIME OF HIS LIFE!! Honestly, I didn't even know this place existed. Call me a bad parent but it's the truth. We know about Disneyland,Knott's, the Aquarium and other stuff like that but I had no idea that there was a place that had wall to wall trampolines. And to be honest, I wouldn't have been up for it. I would have said it was an accident waiting to happen. Well, I was wrong. My son had the most amazing time today! He walked in a totally normal child and walked out a soaking wet sweaty happy kid! The party part was pretty organized and the team member that helped was nice and kept the party together and on schedule. Now knowing that my child can come to this place and jump like a crazy fool for 2 hours with his friends for his birthday instead of going to Disneyland for $20658484747 I'm good. Details: Check in - 30 minutes Jump time 1.5 hours Eat and cake time 1 hour Total people there - Friends = 8/10 family = 8/10 Cost - ??? I will have to look into this. Overall - time there better than spending an entire day, and the kids LOVED IT!! read more

Will never come back here. I take my niece and nephew almost every other week and all of a sudden they don't accept Groupons the same day bought. Which was never an issue. Will be canceling their birthday parties booked here. Noeli and Michelle are extremely unprofessional. They need better staff. read more

I've been to this Sky Zone before with no problem. Although the last time I came in on the same day I purchased the Groupon 2 for $20 deal. Apparently Groupon same day transactions are no longer valid due to a "processing time" according to the cashier. I asked if she could honor the Groupon price and she straight out said NO! Not a "well let me see what I can do", or let me ask someone else of higher authority. This really bothered me but since it was my sons birthday I paid the $72 anyway. While I was walking around I noticed almost everything was out of order. What an inconvenience. I will not be returning to this location again! Bad customer service and bad way of operating a business. read more

great place to jump and the kids love it also great to get their energy out. been coming here for years

Very cool place to jump but for a birthday party, not so much. They told me to have my guests fill out the waiver online before arriving but forget to mention every single person attending whether they were jumping or not would need one. They wouldn't let our party in until everyone signed a waiver and there were older people in my party that needed help with filling out the waiver on a computer. My party started late because of it and a lot of guests were frustrated to be waiting around. They monitor the time very tight and the 1 hour time for jump and for the room is just way too fast!! The whole time the party host was reminding of the time before he told me I had 1 minute left to move my party out of the room. A much better plan would be to have all my kid's friends meet us to jump, pay for all the jumpers for an hour and a half and have everyone meet us at Shakey's which is in the same parking lot after for a pizza party and no rush. I think it was pricier to have Domino's which is the pizza place Skyzone uses and the teeny tiny party room at Skyzone then to have at Shakey's. My guests were not too fond of Domino's. read more

I came here with my kids and we played the wheel game at Sky Zone and I won the extra time price and cashier Katrina said she would watch me spin and as I went to spin the wheel she looked away and since I won the major price she declined for me to win it and my kids and niece saw me spin and even told her and her and Alex the acting manager denied my price. I advise all parents and people to never play the Spin game because it's a fraud game, if you win they may turn around and look the other way and decline your price... please know the place is great for kids and all I am saying is do not play a stupid game that is not worth your money. Save that money people and by the way I also spoke to a 2nd manager and his name is Jason... he said he would help so I will email him. Let's see how far this goes up the chain until they give me the price I won. Yelp works always ... read more

Overall had a great time here with my son! Lots to do, competitive pricing, plenty of parking. My main complaint is that there were A LOT of kids. There were groups from a summer camp, and many were very young. Other trampoline parks have a separate area for toddlers and young kids, this park does not. Very few parents ran around with their kids so we often had tiny (in diapers maybe 3 yrs old to maybe 1st grade age) kids step onto a trampoline with an adult or high school aged kid. Not safe! Also, the staff isn't super involved or proactive, so if you have a child on a rock wall and a toddler crawls underneath them - the staff does nothing, even with persistently asking for help. I was the mom of the rock wall climber and my son was doing his best to hold on and not fall on a kid still in diapers who who crawled directly underneath my son. Meanwhile, the toddler's mom laughed and did nothing said it was a play pen and her son was having fun. The staff said WE should move even though we were there first and my son is hanging on halfway up a wall with no safe place to jump off for fear of hurting a young child. This situation kinda ruined it for me and my son because we are used to more active staff, plus parks with toddler zones. If not for the tiny kids I would definitely come back. There are other trampoline parks, and this isn't usually an issue there. 3 stars because of these issues. read more

Brought my kids here yesterday..... they love sky zone, we have visited different locations. I bought a Groupon that same morning and i wasnt awear that this location doesnt honor same day groupon. I spoke with the manager and told him that other locations never gave me any problem and i had a bunch of kids with me excited to jump so thankfully he honored the groupon..... thank you soooo much! I liked everything about our time spent there the only thing i wish they had Was a seperate jump area for little ones..... the van nuys sky zone has that. But other then that we all had a fun time. read more

Such a fun time! Some tips to ensure you have the best time: Discount: Always check Groupon to see if there are deals. I got two six minute passes for $20. Weekends: are pretty crowded but not unbearable. Probably better to go on a weeknight Socks: they give you special grip socks that you have to buy from them for $4. Keep your socks for the next time you go! Purses: if you're gonna jump around, leave your purse in the car so it doesn't flail around with you while you're trampolining. They do have lockers, but it costs $3 for every 2 hrs. Time: 60 minutes is PLENTY of time. 15 minutes in and we were already counting down to when our hour was up and we could go get some pizza. All in all, it's a fun experience for kids and adults, and a great workout too! read more

Came to this sky zone a few weeks ago and was so amazed at the aesthetic and work that was put into this place. The line took a bit of time but the worker in the front was very quick and on point and treated every customer with respect and kindness. He wore a couple of Pokemon on his clothing and made kids laugh and smile with such ease I have never seen a worker put so much energy and a big smile in just checking in. When it was my turn he introduced my family and me to the Membership told us about the benefits and immediately hooked us. We sat down and allowed our kids to go play and the kids said the workers were very kind. I looked over these reviews and noticed that the workers at the front never receive anything of credit yet they are the first faces we all see and get a big welcome. As our time was running out the worker from the front came up to us and asked us if we wanted to try out the new product and was very kind about it. in conclusion, this place is fun and has great energy and the workers are all great but if you do go the workers with Pokemon and characters will make it so much better. read more

Of course kids will have a great time at this place. Came to this location for a b-day party and it was so disorganized and the Check in process took forever. The pizza was nasty, cold, tasteless, just horrible. The cake they provided was also bad. It was dry, probably old. It is a smaller location that the other skyzones so it was very crowded and had to wait in lines to jump. I will never come to this location again unless I have to go to another party. But next time I will make sure we eat before we go. read more

I really like this place it's really fun with a group but I had a really bad experience with Jesse he worked the cashier this night I came I was getting the glow club and I had my own socks from before but my cousin wanted the crew socks but had already paid so I was going to get them and I asked him for crew socks then he brought them and she wanted to see if they were small enough for her feet so she took them out of the wrapper to see and right after he tells us that we can't return them my cousin said can I have a smaller size he said no and I wouldn't have minded this situation but the fact that he was so rude from the start like I get it people have bad days but you don't have to be so rude and annoyed. I work in customer service I know how it is to deal with so many customers but I'd never leave out information and be rude to customers for no reason. read more
