Good place to have a birthday party, easy, fast and having a host really helps. I had my daughters birthday here today 1/6/2024, overall experience was okay. The host Sarah tried really hard, I did have some concerns at first it was because whoever took my reservation didn't explain to me about times, then to my surprise my daughter and another kid had the same name and same first initial of last name, which made things very confusing when calling parties over, and kids and parents not knowing which room to go to. I let my host know, she took my concerns seriously. When these concerns were brought to the manager on duty, the manager did not match her energy which made the experience bother some. Anything bought up to her you can tell by her face expressions, she was annoyed. Also, when taking a survey at the end of the party, same attitude by the manger. Did what she had to do, said thank very unpleasant then left. I've had birthday party at Sky zone Rancho location, will say when any concern was brought up experience was top tier. I'd have a birthday party again at sky zone again, just would go the Rancho location instead, even if that means a little more of a drive. read more

Great place for kids and adults, but honestly it should be for kids 8 and above. Its kinda dangerous for little toddlers to jump. Theres always teenagers and some adults running around and jumping into little kids squares which sends them flying. I almost had to cuss out a older man in his 30s for not watching out where he was going and almost ran into my daughter smh. I would NOT bring your disabled children here. I brought my kids and my disabled son and was told my disabled son COULD NOT play no natter what because he was disabled and can't walk. This place has horrible service ro start with. They falsely advertise prices and sont honor posted prices but this really shocked me. No other location has told me my son cant play. They asked him for physical gestures to communicate and also included him in helping out with the obstacles for the other children. I bought the groupon a little past midnight and they wouldn't let me use the Groupon upon arrival. I also had an expired Groupon and two active Groupon. So I asked the girls at the front desk what is my other options. She goes u can purchase a jump for 18 dollars excluding socks, why would I pay double?! I just purchased two sixty minute jump with socks for a party of four on Groupon for 44$ . And you want me to pay an additional 72$ to jump right now? No thanks... however she said she can apply my expired one to whatever the value was. And I'm like so. U can do the expired voucher but can't do the one I just purchase just it was past midnight? I took my daughter and her friends for her bday last night for the glow event. They all had an awesome time and said it was the best experience they'd had at a sky zone. Being that it was my daughters first time, she didn't really have much to compare it to but she had the best night with her friends. The manager on site and the cashier who helped me (sadly I didn't get their names) were so incredibly helpful and friendly (I had a lot of questions as a first timer). I'd give it five stars just for them BUT there was a minor annoyance the girls had to deal with from an Asian staff member that gave them a hard time for not wearing the glow-in-the dark T-shirts and tried telling them they couldn't be there. For me to hear that this person was being pushy to these young girls upset me. Fortunately, they asserted themselves and continued forward with having a great night! read more

Very Unfair, we have been inside for a whole year because of the Pandemic. Finally, Skyzone opens up, and this particular one in Covina, CA, is more disorganized than other Skyzones. They oversold tickets so they were over capacity, as per Sarah, and Manager Torres, J. My 6 yr old niece got hurt. She sprained her ankle when a bigger kid jumped on the same square she was using on the "Free Zone". The worker who was supposed to enforce the "One person per square" rule, was way too busy chatting and facing the opposite direction the entire 2 hours. Apparently, my niece was not the first one to get hurt on his watch, for I heard Sara tell someone that "yet another kid got hurt" in so and so's area. (I can't recall his name). Awful place, I would never come back and bring any of my 10 nieces & nephews. As a matter of fact, they gave us 2 free passes to cover for the employee's negligence and lack of pride on his job, and we threw them away. The Van Nuys Location is way better, they do enforce the "one person per square" rule, and now we know the reason. Yelp should give us an opportunity to give 0 Stars, this place totally deserves zero and 1/2 stars. read more

This place only got that 1 star because I have to put it. This place is unprofessional. I had a party package with 2 rooms for 80 guests reserved since September. They called me TWO days (today) to tell me that they booked one of my rooms (that was already reserved) and all they can do is provide more tables and chairs for my one room. Be advised that these rooms only hold 20-40 max people each room and we booked TWO for the reason that we are having 80 guests. The unprofessional employee, Cynthia Gonzalez (event planner) is completely worthless and no help at all. She supposedly did not have the number for corporate, I told her I would wait while she gets it for me and she immediately said that she's sorry she won't be able to get the number for corporate for me. They had absolutely no intention of even trying to help me with this situation even though this was ALL ON THEIR OWN MISTAKE. NEVER will I recommend this place or spend any amount of money there, neither will my family or friends. read more

I expected the crowds, but I didn't expect there to be no supervision. Having taken my kids to multiple sky zones and other trampoline parks I have a good feel for what good staff supervision looks like l. Sky Zone Covina had 2 active staff to supervise the main jump area, dodge ball, rock climbing, joust & rope latter, and foam pit. My kids did not get hurt but there was a real sense of danger like something could have happened at any time. There was no separation of teens/adults from the smaller kids. I saw the staff that was there check her cell phone as much as she was watching the jumping area. I won't be coming back to this location. read more

Arrive 10 min prior to your time to check in and do the waivers(if not signed ahead of time ) be advised everything is separate cost of tickets and socks are separate charges ( socks and $5 each) lockers to keep stuff in $5, beds to bring a hydro if you have one so you are not stuck buying bottles of water. Epic fail. Not only is this place over priced and run down, but it is also a death trap. 22 mins into our session my foot got caught in a so called "protective" pad which proceeded to dislocate and break my ankle in 3 different places. Im looking foward to surgery within the next week to pin and plate the bones back into place. The risk of this place is not worth the reward. That being said, if you have someone you hate, bring them here. It will be a great way to get rid of them while making it look like an accident. I had my son's birthday party here. I booked the Super Jump Package which included 1 hour of jumping in a private court. We got an additional 30 minutes of free jumping in the public area since I booked early. Our hostess was helpful in the beginning at check-in. Unfortunately once the kids started jumping, she had to leave and prepare one of the party rooms for another group. So she wasn't always around when a guest came late, I had to go to the front desk area. If we needed refills for our water pitcher, we had to get it ourselves. After our 1 1/2 hours of jumping, we had 40 minutes to eat the food and cake in the party room. I was hoping the balloons I brought would be used to decorate the room, but our hostess had to serve the food, so the balloons were just off to the side. The package included 5 Pizzas and 5 pitchers of "unlimited" drinks. I was not allowed to bring outside food except for the cake. I had to order from their catering menu. The food was nothing special and overpriced. Forty minutes is not enough time to eat. I felt rushed. It's not the hostess' fault. She's just doing her job. She's the one doing clean up and set up for the next party. The kids had fun, but I'm not sure if I got my money's worth. Sixty minutes in the party room, better food from the catering menu, and a more attentive hostess would have made the birthday party experience 5 stars. read more

If you want to let out your inner child, there's no better way then visiting Sky Zone indoor trampoline park! I've heard so much about Sky Zone from friends and was thrilled when I saw that a Sky Zone was opening a couple miles way. This past weekend a group of my friends decided to take advantage of the $20 Saturday night deal for unlimited access from 9pm-12am (socks included, they usually charge $2 during regular hours). The line was incredibly long when we arrived and to save time I highly suggest filling out the waiver beforehand. We waited about 20 minutes before we were able to pay admission and get our socks. Since we came during their Saturday night special, the place was extremely crowded and there were a bunch of kids everywhere. I definitely think I would have had a better experience if I came during off hours and were surrounded by people my own age. Apparently the Covina Sky Zone is also smaller than some of the other locations. They have a dodgeball court, basketball area, foam pit, a general jumping area, and another area they closed off for private parties. When it got crowded, there were lines for everything and it took away from precious jumping time. I heard from my friends that the Anaheim location has two dodgeball courts so it could accommodate more people. Overall I had an awesome time with my friends (shout outs to Jackson Y, Justin Y, and Jessica Y). Everyone should try Sky Zone at least once. I also never thought jumping on trampolines could be so tiring. I definitely ran out of breath a couple times and had to rest quite a bit. Tip* Leave valuables in your car. Lockers are available for 50 cents and there's a shoe rack for you to place your belongings. read more

And she told me I had 2 hours of my guest if jump time. When I get there it was something completely Different. And for the mistake she didn't even try to make it right. Nor offer any kinda extra jumó time or even discounts for anything. The only one I'll give credit too is Natally our host. She did a amazing job trying to help us and was very good help.
