Worst job printing ever! I should have noticed the faded, discolored, torn, and falling apart signage outside before going in and taken the hint. I had them print 6 photographs for me and when I came to get them they were no only dull and washout but also yellow and distorted. Seriously my home printer would have done a better job. To top that off they were printed on regular printer paper. Really? A print shop that can't print? When I refused to pay the rediculous 50 dollar fee they were totally clueless as to why. read more

If I could zero stars, this is this place that would receive it. Zebra Print and Copy shop is expensive and does substandard work that I will not let my business be represented by. When the horrible work was brought up to the manager, I was belittled, insulted, interrupted, and disrespected like I have never been by any other establishment.....ever! I finally did get my money back, but it took calling another Zebra shop and asking for the big man's number, which I was told I would have to call back for the next morning. It was only then that I received an apology phone call from the manager and my money back. I will never ever do business with them again and I would highly suggest that others avoid them at all costs. read more

I am so glad I went in here today for a simple personal print request before directing any of my bulk business printing needs here. I always prefer to go local but with the retirement/closure of prior printers in the area we previously used there isn't much to chose from anymore. There was issues with their computers so I left and gave them a couple of hours to print 5 color copies, upon returning my order was simply forgotten about and never completed. read more

I have had nothing but excellent service from the folks at Zebra, West Seattle! Every job I've brought to them has been completed perfectly and efficiently. They make every effort to offer solutions, and the staff is incredible. Best print shop in town. read more

I went in for a simple print job and the person who helped me was helpful and courteous. The price was right and I was in and out!

I own a small local business, and it's true that there are better quality print houses out there, but they are also WAY more expensive. If you're looking for fast, reasonably priced work, and excellent service people, this will be a place you will use over and over again. Also, if you're ever unhappy with a project they do for you, they will fix it at no cost. You just have to tell them. If you're expecting high end printing services for dirt cheap prices, get a clue. read more

Rohan and Matt was super helpful. We came in from out of town and had to print some things immediately. Even though they were closing, they helped us get what we need. Coming from NYC, its refreshing to see the Pacific NW hospitality :) read more

I've been here once and experienced very good service. The man who helped me was very knowledgeable and did some very quick work to improve the end product without my asking. The only cons are that there was no way to do my own simple printing and they were very pricey. I was really surprised by the price at the end, too, because he didn't tell me how much it was costing as we went. But if you don't mind paying more for great quality, you'll love it. read more

Each project is given special attention and they help me until everything is correct. Prices are really reasonable. Gauhar has been so kind and helpful over and over - even staying really late one night to help me before a flight the next day. Thank you! read more

First time, came in at 5 minutes until 2:00 PM on Saturday (They were about to close) yet they stayed 30 minutes to help me cut some pressboard for a project I was working on. I was so impressed with their customer service, I cam back a second time and asked them to do some printing work for me. Meta, suggested several options that lowered my cost by 2/3 and they we able to get it done before the requested deadline. If you live in West Seattle and have printing needs, they are a small operation, but they are great to work with and I am confident they will exceed your expectations. read more

I'm an artist and I've recently started selling my work as digital prints. I've never gone to a print shop and done it before but the employees at Zebra were wonderful and so helpful. They were also just nice and funny people to talk to. They guided me through the whole and process and not once were impatient with me. A+! Now I'm definitely a regular customer! read more

If you are looking for quality, kindness and good service this is the place to go in West Seattle. They can print from your email, thumb drive, or online order and I have done print jobs with them ranging from 3-4 pages to posters and orders of hundreds of pages. They also really care about their community-they post the posters of the events/causes here in our neighborhood when they print them-keeping true to their MLK quote on the back wall. A gem in the community with a heart for the city-give them your business! read more

I've had three major printing jobs done there and they've always done right by me. Great price, too. Obviously I did not have the experience some of the more scathing reviews describe. But, you know, some people get all hurt and like to scathe sometimes. I do too, but not right now. OK now I've gone on too long. read more

Obviously this company has made attempts to improve based on the prior reviews. I have only had good experiences here. I send files via email for prints and if there is any question on the file quality or the job etc..they always contact me to discuss before printing and I appreciate that! Their prices seem reasonable. read more

Our business has been using Zebra for two years now. They have always been courteous, prompt and professional. We have had a couple of rush jobs and accommodated our needs without any up charges! I went back to Sky Printing today to let them know I was uncomfortable with how I was treated last Saturday (see review from 5/25) and the gentleman I talked with was very gracious and explained that English is his second language and that he was hoping to be able to get me to come back in the shop, which was why he had come out to my car. He said that he checks the reviews every day and had seen my review. We talked through my printing project and he gave me some estimates on the cost and we developed a plan. I'm glad I went back, and I look forward to a beautifully printed project when it is done. read more

I was fortunate to see the way the owner and staff handle their processes and meticulous attention to detail during my 3 hour visit. They are expert at understanding the needs of their clients and turning the information they gather into a beautiful product. I even saw some gorgeous reproductions of old world artwork, preserved for display with lamination. Their equipment is state of the art, and they casually demonstrate expertise at the controls, performing complex tasks to accomplish a quick turnaround. read more

For a while I was going to staples for my printing needs for my small restaurant. My thoughts were that I'd save $ going to the big guys. I'm SO HAPPY in a time pinch I happened upon these people. As in they are PEOPLE who help with all the details I need and treat me like a customer, not a number. I enjoy going to their office, saying hello, and getting the best service I've gotten in quite some time from a business solution center. They seem to be able to do it all and I've gone there literally dozens of times since I've discovered them. Prints, editorial, copies, clothing with screen printing. No joke, they do it all. With super quality and the sweetest staff. Thanks y'all at Zebra!! read more

I've had several small jobs run at Zebra, and they've always done a fine job. I've emailed them files in the morning and they're printed by early afternoon--no problem. As far as customer service, I've never had a problem. Always found everyone there to be polite and knowledgeable. Their prices are good, too--MUCH cheaper than Kinko's. read more

Zebra has printed for me at least 2 times before--and I have been very happy with the results. My most recent experience included printing a large numbers of cards. Zebra was very busy, but still managed to complete my print job in less than 24 hours from proof to finish. I was given excellent advice, including design recommendations (paper and color choices). I feel that Zebra staff brings much appreciated expertise to printing decisions. The final product exceeded my expectations. The Zebra team was a dream to work with, and the price I was charged was very reasonable. I will most definitely return when I have other printing needs. Incidentally, Zebra has a brand new large format printer for posters/photographs. While I was there, another customer was having a photo printed--and I thought that the quality of the print was pretty amazing. read more

I take all my printing to Zebra Print and Copy in West Seattle. These guys are incredible. They give fair prices, great quality, and are incredibly dedicated and knowledgable. They are always willing to answer my questions about how to keep costs down while getting the best possible quality for my work. They bring all the benefits of being local, and consistently deliver great work. Honestly, if you're debating these guys over a place like Kinkos, don't bother. I used to do all my printing at Kinkos, and since discovering this gem, I've never gone back. Gauhar, the president, is very friendly, and just a good guy with a ton of experience, who is dedicated to making sure you get the results you want. Paul is a master printer with years of experience and if you ask him for tips and tricks to make your prints even better, he is more than happy to offer his expertise. read more

This place is quick and reliable. Had many projects done from here when I managed a restaurant from menus to karaoke items. Good stuff.

I am a local business owner and I just went to the West Seattle Zebra Print & Copy. I received excellent customer service and the quality of the prints were great. I will definitely be going back and recommending them to my friends. read more

This was not a good experience for me. Had some business cards and stationery printed there which seemed to take forever. And when I first approached them, I ordered small stationery - which when I went to pick up everything which took almost a month because of I don't know what - they didn't print the small stationery and I think there charges were really high. When I expressed my frustration, the owner kept talking to me after I said I just wanted to pay for the items and didn't want to hear anymore from him that I just wanted to pay and leave - he just wouldn't stop and I left really angry. I will never go back. read more

I could not be happier with my experience at Zebra Print West. I had new menus made and they turned out fantastic! Thank you to Andy! I couldn't have done it without you. I had used Zebra Print West in the past and was very pleased. The staff was incredibly helpful then as well and I got a great deal. Then after this last time I would never consider going any where else. They have a quality product at very fair prices. Good quality paper and the printing turned out beautiful. And talk about fast!!Thank you so much Zebra Print for such a solid experience, sincerely read more

Terrible customer service at this location. The employees are very rude and unhelpful. If you know precisely what you want, they might be okay, but if you're looking for any help at all with a project, have any questions, expect to be treated very badly. I paid money for products from them twice but will never go back again. There are a multitude of printing options in Seattle. Choose any but these people. read more

I didn't realize the shop closed at 2:00 pm on Saturdays. I showed up at 3 and was still let in. The service was above going above and beyond. This is the second time I have needed printing from Zebra. I was even more impressed than I was the first time and I left very happy then. I highly recommend that you get all your printing done at Zebra Print. read more

OK, well, I'm seeing a lot of lousy reviews and I do find that these places vary WILDLY based on the helpfulness and knowledge of the staff so... I have to send out HUGE KUDOS to Paul at the West Seattle Zebra Printing! My niece had a project for her high school photography class that she needed printed and I was helping out. I called this place because she knew it was in the neighborhood and got Paul on the line. He was so helpful, asking about the job and willing to walk through it over the phone to speed up the process. We weren't ready yet and so finished up and headed out to the store-front. Once there, we were helped quickly and efficiently. I hope that Zebra recognizes what a gem they have in Paul. read more

I'll admit I usually go to Staples or Office Max for 'all-in-one' shopping w/ my copy needs, but the times I've gone to Zebra Print they go above & beyond to be helpful. I believe the owner has waited on me himself, sweet guy who went to great lengths to blow up an image to the size that I needed (which involved scanning, & blueprint sized xerox), trying several alternatives, all for less $ than the bigger stores. They make i a one on one pleasurable experience, as compared to the larger stores that are frequently understaffed (& by youngsters), long waits, etc. read more

We are manufacturers of flutes and musical instruments ... every couple of years we get into terrible binds for trade shows ...
