They kept me informed throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. Before calling Alpha Foundation, I received estimates of over $10,000 from other contractors who planned to tear up a large portion of my pool deck. Alpha Foundation fixed the problem for about one-third of the cost, with no demolition, no mess, and the entire job was completed in just two hours. My pool deck looks beautiful! The five-year warranty and annual inspections provide added peace of mind and show their commitment to standing behind their work. After…read morelocating the leak and having a plumber fix the leak, I was left with an open gash in the exterior block of my home. I called five local masonry companies. Three of them actually got back to me but they all said "we only do pavers and stucco". REALLY?!?! So I came across "Brick Angel" with one review, but based on that glowing review and the pictures, I decided "what the heck". Michael got back to me same day. I texted him photos of the damage, he quoted me an extremely reasonable price, and the repair was done within two days. He was actually only at my home for about one hour. I highly recommend you give him a call if you need any kind of job like this done. The pictures show the initial damage, just after the job was completed, and then after everything had set and dried. I just need to paint and I'm good to go! Highly recommend!

Update after job completion: (added two stars for last minute effort)…read moreThe company finished the job & let us walk thru to inspect & successfully sent back a crew to do some touch up & areas that weren't completed to our satisfaction. Their striping team was phenomenal & they added a dumpster pad at no additional cost when they came back to do the touch ups rather then have a dispute if it was included in the original request by the owner. All in all I would say rough start but they came through when it was time to have a satisfied customer. A little rough around the edges but the crew was also very polite & professional. One star: I will update this again, once the job is complete. We are having an entire mobile home park repaved, or overlaid, or whatever putting new asphalt down is called. But so far I am disappointed in the take off & customer courtesy. When the manager or 'sales rep' came to meet the owner to bid a price he of course wrote a lot of notes. Then we received e-mails once or twice updating us on the delayed status of our job. A month & a half after the most recent communication of job status the workers showed up at the office asking what they needed to do. No call, no e-mail to notify us that we were on schedule so we could notify our residents, nothing. Apparently all those notes fell into a black hole & no one provided them to the guys actually about to start the job. The owner wasn't on site so we had to call him since their guy didn't bother to come out the first morning to go over the job with his own people. Day 1: Broke a water line within an hour of 'clearing' & 'preparation' (whole park without water for 2 hours) Called their office, they didn't seem concerned. When I mentioned the no call/no e-mail thing , she defended herself that we were provided a tentative schedule & then she said she called the week prior but doesn't know who she spoke with (although any other communication up to that point was all on e-mail.) Maybe, it is possible, but very unlikely in my opinion & I don't believe her. Anyway we are on Day 3 of still 'clearing' & 'preparation' When I pulled in I asked the gentleman to please let us know in the office when we need to move our cars, as today was supposed to be the start of 'new asphalt day'.... 2 hours later, backhoe within inches of one of our cars because they couldn't bother to climb off the thing to come in the office or even call. Really? If one of the girls in the office didn't notice them in the surveillance camera we wouldn't have known to go move our car. I can't wait to see what happens when they start working with hot asphalt. I am hoping this review gets better. But they are not off to an impressive start.

All Phase recently resealed, paved and re-striped and numbered the parking spaces at the 26-unit…read morecondo building where I live. What a joke. The day they were here they were using a sprayer which looked like they were doing nothing more than spraying the lot with black paint. And to see the finished product it certainly seems that's all they did because every tiny crack and every large crack is still very visible as if no asphalt at all was used. And then instead of putting the regulated 3 foot wide walkway to the mailboxes on both sides of the parking lot they did 2 feet and then took a foot off of each of the parking spaces on either side of both walkways. That means that four of the 26 spaces are much narrower than all the rest of them which has really irritated the owners. How hard is it to measure the length of a parking lot subtract 3 feet for the walkway space and then divide the rest by the number of spaces needed? Years ago, we had the parking lot sealed by a different company and they used real asphalt that covered up and sealed in all the cracks. The entire driveway was smooth as a brand new road when they were finished. This parking lot is a total disaster. Worst asphalt job I have ever seen. I saw what All Phase was doing the day they were here and they were actually spraying it on with a very fine sprayer, which did indeed look like black paint. Although obviously because of the smell, it was something related to asphalt, but very watered down it seems. Our parking lot looks as bad as it did before they started.
