We began speaking to KP in May and the project was completed mid September 2023. Im writing this review because per the email the company will not honor your warranty unless you add a review. Also, in the email the company states they will pay previous customers for referrals. The good and bad: *Overall the project is complete and we now have a large space to relax and enjoy our backyard. *We picked this company because they stated that some of the funds are given back to charity or used for missions. *The people actually doing the work, work so very hard! Concerns/issues: *They dont treat the workers well. Workers are left onsite all day with no transportation and have no bathrooms, food, or shade. I cant even imagine after 10+ hours where they used the bathroom in our yard. *They constantly left garbage around for us to pick up. They even left a bunch of garbage in my laundry basket. I provided black lawn bags for use every day but garbage was not disposed of properly. * The workers do not speak English so there was no way for us to communicate with them and plans were not explained accurately from the main office to the crew as they began working. They used a map that I drew and made mistakes they had to fix. *The people who completed the steps to the pool were from a different company and again they did not know the plans. I had to explain the plan to them and show them pictures. The railing for the steps was built so high we had to raise our arms all the way up just to reach. Also the railing wasnt properly screwed in all the way creating a safety hazard. They did eventually come back and fix this. *The company used a medium duty landscape fabric from Home Depot under the rocks and we are already battling a ton of weeds in the rock areas. We asked that they use something better but we were told no and they instead overlapped the medium strength landscape material. They stated that we can just call and they will come back and pull the weeds but its only two weeks later and we already have a bunch of weeds coming through. I can't imagine having to call every two weeks for weed removal. *Play sand was used to fill the spaces in between the pavers instead of paver sand. *A pile of rock was left in the driveway for my husband and I to take of. This easily could've been added to the rock area in the backyard where the landscape fabric is showing. *Many adjustments had to continuously be made due to the language barrier we had with the crew. *Dangerous objects were consistently left lying around. They know we have a dog. We were told that its a construction site and our dog couldnt use the backyard. Blades, knives, and other dangerous objects were left around the yard and not put away. *We had a hurricane expected to come through the area and no one contacted us to make sure their tools and supplies were picked up as not to be a hazard to our property or our neighbors property. We had to clean up all of their tools and store them in our shed. Overall, I cannot say I would recommend them to someone. We feel it was a stressful process and we feel awful for the conditions the crew has to work in. read more

Kingdom Pavers replaced my crumbling driveway slab with pavers and created a ramp up to the front porch and door to accommodate my son's wheelchair. The end result was beautiful. There was an issue with the diagram that they provided to adhere to the city's requirements but once we were able to communicate what was needed, Marta facilitated the correction and the crew came back immediately to fix it. Recently my wife and I decided to redo our backyard area. It was a huge unused space so we wanted to have a fire pit with a small seating area! Now, mind you there are quite a few companies and also independent contractors who claim to do these great looking ornate creations, and I'm sure they may be skilled in what they do, but I noticed a pattern with many of those companies,.. most of them never responded to my inquiries except for one responded. Largo, Florida I recently reached out to Kingdom Pavers and talked with Marta requested a quote to supply and install pavers in my back yard between the pool and the fence as well a up both sides of the house to my gates. We scheduled an appointment for the following day and Marta arrived and we walked the property and talked about what I wanted done and went over a couple of options. We decided not to bring pavers all the way to the back or side fences to leave a space for drainage that we filled with colored stones. We also left space between new pavers and house as well as existing pool slab and filled with the same-colored stones. It looks assume! She showed me several samples and after I decided on a color and manufacture, she took a few notes. The next day I received and email with a proposal attached that was very well detailed scope of work spelling out everything we talked about during her survey. We meet again to sign contract and give her a deposit to move forward with ordering pavers. A couple of weeks later two guys showed up and started removing grass, leveling and compacting ground and adding crushed concrete. After two days the pavers arrived and the guys started to install. The same two guys were here everyday and install project per our original scope. A couple of weeks after they completed the project, I wanted to make a few changes so I contacted Marta and she came out the next day. I went over with her on what I wanted to change. She told me she would put me on the schedule to take care of it. I thank her and with in a few days a couple of guys came out and took care of the changes I requested and told me Marta asked them to tell me that there would be no charge for the changes. My back and side yards look amazing, so clean looking and easy to maintain with a leaf blower I am a project manager for a large commercial & industrial HVAC contractor and I have to say I was very impressed with the professionalism and pride these guys displayed and showed in their work. I would highly recommend Kingdom Pavers to anyone thinking about have pavers installed on their property. read more
