This place is chaotic and disorganized. When you walk up there is a long line to order. Once we got through the line with our food and coffee we found an open table. A staff member came up to us and told us we couldn't sit at the table's because we ordered from the line and the tables were table service only. This was not clear. We then ordered two drinks from the worker to be able to sit at the table. The staff member took our order and never returned. After 15 minutes we had to flag down another server who took the order. When we needed our bill this was also a pain to flag down the server who told us they needed to get the bill person. The bill person seemed confused and had no idea what we ordered so that took longer. Overall, chaotic, disorganized and poor service. Food and coffee was good. read more

"Sky Lounge" would tend to imply that it's part of the SkyTeam network but it absolutely is not. It takes the name "Sky" from the satellite broadcast company and they have several televisions tuned in to sports. The folks who were here ahead of us for the Ryanair departure seemed to like that very much. Order at the bar and they bring your food to the table. They also have the portable credit card machine that's customary in Europe. Awesome. I had some sort of cheese and tomato on bread thing with an excellent latte. I attended this place because our flight was delayed 8 or so hours and they gave us a voucher for a snack. From what I saw on the menu, there was a good amount of options to choose from. We only had the option to have one item, which was a flatbread with cheese inside (that is what it seemed like it was). I thought it was of good size, but just a little plain. Our food was decent for the price, which was cheap. The staff made the whole experience unpleasant. Our server took our order, dropped off food and then promptly went on her lunch break. We had to ask another server for the check, which still did not come until we interrupted our server's lunch, who laughed at the situation. She then passed us off to rude server #3 who took me to the front to pay and started eyeing a woman in line who was looking at the snacks hanging by the register. Then he accused her of trying to take them and stared at her with open hostility until she gave up her purchase and left. Honestly, it was a weird experience that could have made us miss our flight if we hadn't been early, our time there took over an hour for two plates of food and two drinks (one each). read more

Please avoid this bar, eat something before security. Staff was incredibly rude when it was near closing time. They didn't communicate table service would end, so we sat down and ordered at the bar. While my boyfriend was waiting for our already paid for drinks, I was told to leave our table because the bar was closing up. This while the ordering process took an incredible 30 minutes. But this would leave us with no place to eat our food or drink our wine. We refused, and a discussion ensued. read more
