At my peak of sickness involving cough and phlegm production I went to Sky Vape two nights ago. The girl was very nice but the older man convinced me to buy a cheap girlie looking vape claiming that they are very good. I've talked to this man a few times before and he was nice and I told him his shop has the best vapes Posh XL that are REAL. I'm insulted that he knowingly lied to me about the quality of this vape. It was obviously an old brand that didn't sell or never became popular. Very disappointed in this store because I thought I had found a decent one. Also I opened it to see what's up and there's juice in it but it's so obviously been sitting there for ages. There needs to be expiration dates or more regulation on disposables. read more

These people are never open when they are supposed to. Online it says 9am and they never open at 9 if they do they are always late. On their door sign it says 10am but they don't open at that time either. Who knows what actual time they open. read more

Now, I mostly use more traditional smoking methods (no vaping), but I was in awe of the beautiful glasswear they have on hand. Couldn't take my eyes off the display case. Love the intelligence and knowledge of items new and old. Has had everything I've needed every time I've been there. Has vapes and coils not carried in any of the other shops in Chicago. I went to 32 different places looking for coils and nobody carried them. They have a huge selection of cbd products as well as all the different types of kratom with low prices. Extensive glassware from hukas to straight pipes. They even carry the coal packs that aren't found in most huka shops. Large selection of salt and non salt vape juices. 10/10 - This is a great location that is very conveniently placed around the Des Plain / Niles area. I have come back several times now and they have a pretty great selection of Vape and glass and disposables with every single variety! Finally a LEGIT shop.. I'm tired of these stores around here selling knockoffs in the store. It took me a while to find a place that sold legit coils.. other places had better prices but that's one way you can tell they're knockoffs.. and those only tend to last a couple days.. coils here aren't cheap but they ARE LEGIT.. you won't have to worry about replacing a coil every day. Prices on juices are real good for store prices.. obviously you'll find cheaper prices online but I like to know what I'm getting instead of a surprise and compromise read more

First time buyer/customer& I absolutely loved the store, the products and the owner. I've bought a Subvob from Smoke and Vape and I got lied to about the product. I thought it was a good product. I got over charged. When I inhaled for the first few times, it burnt my tongue. When I went back to Smoke and Vape the teenage worker didn't help me or didn't even give me advise on how to fix the problem. He basically said "get the eff out of "his store" ". In other words Smoke and Vape isn't a store you'd want to go to. The main owner that works Monday thru Sunday really helped me to understand the product I was going to buy and he didn't let me leave until I understood how to use it, which I LOVED! Walked in here to buy a new vape and got ripped the F*** off! Overpriced and also fake products! Ran the authentication code on the vape battery they sold me through the battery makers website and it said "beware of imitations!" I have to say though, great selection of vape juice and tobacco products if you're into that. Just don't buy equipment from here as it is fake and they charge more than the authentic devices as well. The business bureau has been contacted. --shop workers comment is false, as I went on the battery makers website and ran the authentication code and it said "beware of imitations" I contacted the maker and they will have this store on their radar. Let's be honest man. Not all, but some of your merchandise is not authentic. The vape I bought is indeed authentic but the battery I bought with it is not, clearly supported by the maker if you want me to post a picture! read more

This is the first Vape shop that I've been to that actually has good prices and no knock offs. Alex was very friendly and knowledgeable, I got a refillable pods system with a good flavored juice. I also got a few refills for my other pod system. The prices here are really really great, you can compare them to online prices.
