My boyfriend bought a few things from here including a cheap vape pen ($15) & glass water bong. The vape pen would not work after using for almost two months; it seemed to charge based on the red lights that blink when it needs to be charged & stay lit up after being charged, but it no longer vaporized the oil. I tried it with several tips, but it still did not work. The glass bong had a cute turtle inside, but did not have good air flow & it was difficult to inhale easily, even when first purchased. As some residue built up (barely any,) it was even more difficult to inhale. I learned that their policy is no returns nor exchanges, so I assumed we were most definitely out of luck. I thought I was going to have to throw out both objects, but instead brought them in anyway & figured worth a chance. I was greatly surprised that Valerie helped me out & made things totally right! She seemed to really understand the problems & made suggestions on other items. She was also very honest with me. I figure you get what you pay for & told her I was willing to pay more for a nicer vape pen. The more expensive one they had was too big & chunky; I'm looking for a slim, small one. Valerie mentioned they would be getting some nicer, smaller ones in a few days, so I plan on returning to see what came in. Unfortunately, paying less can often result in less quality, but that should almost be expected. I recommend paying more for a better piece and I know these things can tend to be very expensive, but like I said, "you get what you pay for." Today I was helped by a guy named Rob and he was very knowledgeable about all the products in the store. He was able to show me different options for what I needed, and knew all the info associated with everything. He even put up with my indecisiveness without pressuring me at all. For $30, that's not even possible - the real product runs a cool $80. The kid is also most likely incredibly high...all the time. $15 for a VR25 battery is a pretty large tag as well. Went there only to check their e-liquid selection and units they have. When checking juice selection, they didn't have all the samples for their liquids and didn't know majority of all their juice. And while sampling he failed to tell us that some of the samplers have nicotine, I was ok with it but my gf was just about to cough up a lung. While looking at their units he wasn't sure if a few of his mods were real or not or what manufacture their clones are from. I spent $75 on a juul and pods to go with and she refused to give me a receipt, not sure I would go back. I live very close, and stopped because of the positive reviews. Seriously I want to say some nice things about this shop because I liked it but now since they hired new people that sell absolute crap I'm really done with them! First I asked for a recommendation of Cali Pods because they were out of my favorite ones and a guy recommended me pods that he had a lot of and said those are the best pods ever, they tasted like straight up bleach... second time I asked for my favorite Cali pods witch they were out of but I can't blame them for running out of them... but after today I seriously have enough.... I came in and asked for Cali Pods, after noticing new pods I asked the guy if he had tried those new pods and he said he did, and that he loved them, I asked him what flavor he recommended and he said "watermelon" then I asked if he had tried mango and he assured me those are the best selling pods and that he loves them and that he had tried mango as well... Then he kept on telling me that they sell very quickly... I was in that shop 3 days before and they didn't have those so seeing all new boxes with untouched packages I should have known that he hasn't tried them but I trusted him and I purchased the most disgusting pods I think I ever had tried... they leave the aftertaste of raw potatoes in your mouth and I'm so mad right now.... don't buy SEA pods! And don't trust people who are trying to sell you whatever and lie about trying them.... seriously never coming there again. read more

Been going to this shop regularly since they've opened but overall I'm very disappointed. The vape mods they sell here are cheap clones that are priced the same as authentics. Along with that, the glass they sell is all fake, there are no real roor products and it is all insanely over priced for single blown glass. The staff is not knowledgeable aside from I believe Ron, neither of the owners can coil nor can the one assistant, and they pin everything on the customer. I bought 2 samsung batteries for $15 each and one will no longer charge nor fire (bought yesterday) and the other will not charge beyond 50%. When I called to ask for a swap out the owner told me that because he will not get a refund for it neither will I. I was under the impression the customer is always right but apparently not, he tried to pin the blame on me but did not understand my vape hasnt changed and my other batteries still work perfectly fine. I will never be shopping here again for more than eliquid because honestly its not worth it. If youre in the market for a vape check Amazon or Vape Haus, they are much better quality amd better priced than this rip off of am establishment. EDIT: Just called back to speak to one of the other owners about swapping the batteries out, and their assistant Dylan told me he had a customer and couldn't talk. Very unprofessional way to conduct buisiness and I will be informing the board of Niles of their loosley regulated store. read more

Really really impressed with this place. My mom and I came here to see if they carried ecigarettes (they don't) but we ended up buying two vapes. The younger guy was super informative and helpful, I asked a million questions which he answered happily. I will definitely be coming back here!
