This place is HORRIBLE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. A simple deer collision came with 4 weeks, 2 days of being without our vehicle. When they say they will provide updates, they dont. And when they do call you to update its lies. example 1 Oh we ordered the wrong grille so we have to send that one back and wait to order the other one when we get the refund. Wait yall hurting for money that bad? 2 Ok. we got the right grille now you will have your car tomorrow - tomorrow comes and goes. 3 oh well we got the wrong grille. we have to send that one back 4 oh well i didnt know there was a camera on the front. WHAT? Do you not have the estimate log of the parts of what is needed to be replaced? 5 oh well i didnt know the grille didnt come with the bracket so we have to find it. My questions are who do they have running this place? Are they only ordering 1 piece at a time? So at this point we are working on over 3 weeks. i go down and here comes the excuses because I am in front of them. Excuses: 1 I just got this car 2 oh the person that was doing this before was let go 3 the camera was unhooked so I didnt see it 3 hyundai is known to have parts on backorder 4 well the grill didnt say it didnt come with the bracket How do you not know it does not come with the bracket? I googled it and this is what i found "If you purchase a brand new OEM Hyundai grille assembly (Part #86350-K5000-SPA or similar), it is sold without the emblem, camera, or the camera wiring harness. You must transfer your existing camera and bracket over to the new grille or buy them separately" In my opinion Cory I believe his name is..is NOT qualified to be doing the position he is in. Where is the management team to follow up on their people to see why is this car still here? Why is there no follow up process? I call over to the other location request to speak with the owner. Mandy tells me they do not have the grille and a few other parts. But we were told they had the grille and the camera was on back order per the insurance claims rep and sky collision. Who is telling the truth. My husband gets a call from the manager at the location and that is his first time EVER speaking with that man. Where has he been this whole time? No call from the owner yet. So if you dont need your vehicle for a long period of time go there. but my advise is DO NOT BRING IT THERE. Do not use this body shop maybe if you have a POS car go for it you may not have nothing to lose. I have a 2018 Q7. Audi and I regret ever ever being scammed into here. I thought I was taking my car to have the insurance adjuster look at the damage and give me an estimate. They scam me and told me since they took the car part they had to do the repairs. That was red flag number one I should've never allowed the repairs to be done. They tried to repair my car with a piece that was dented. Charge my insurance, but didn't replace the actual piece. My undercarriage was replaced with zip ties instead of the screws on my Audi in the clips that the undercarriage cover gets installed in. I repeat do not use this sky collision. read more

Just a horrible business, they take absolutely forever on their repairs and don't fulfill promises. If you have the option to go elsewhere I highly recommend you do that. Only good thing I can say is that the ladies at the front desk are communicative and patient but who cares about that when in regards to your vehicle they can't even do their job! read more

A deer caused a bunch of damage on my car so I dropped my car off here. They did a great job with the exterior but they were sloppy with the aftermarket parts inside. This caused them to have to order new fog lights for me that were never damaged in the first place. The lady at the front desk was nice but I can't say the same about other people I interacted with. If your car doesn't have aftermarket parts and just exterior damage, then this place is fine. read more

Honestly I enjoyed there professionalism and communication up until Penny got sick and had to stay home. Plus my insurance adjuster quit at some point, and the communication all around suffered. The back and forth between the insurance company, myself, and the shop was subpar and I wish I just had an attorney deal with it from the beginning. After that everything fell apart, and my car ended up being in the body shop for 2 months. I didn't even get a call from the shop to let me know the car was ready. Outside of the supervisor/manager, everyone kept a positive attitude and was pleasant when I did call, but I would never want to go through the who ordeal again. read more

I received my car back from them 6/1/22. Upon my initial inspection (always look your car over before you leave) I noticed the area they "fixed" that needed paint was slightly bumpy and not smooth like the rest of my paint. Also my door pillars magically ended up scratched both front and rear both issues I discussed with Amanda before I left who was helpful even though this was going to cause a further inconvenience not on my dime but still! But here's the kicker! I parked my car all day after I picked it up and decided to go out for a ride 6/2/22. I get to a stop light after about 5-10 miles of driving and when I try to apply the brakes my foot touches the floor as if there's no pressure! I pump the brakes and feel pressure again and go about my business and park my car. A few moments later I come back out from the establishment hop in my car come to a stop sign and hear the most ungodly grinding noise from the rear of my car! I automatically know what the issue is because unfortunately I've had this happen before! MY BRAKE PAD IS MISSING! Fortunately I wasn't far from my destination however my rotor, toast! My caliper, toast! I can't wait to give them a piece of my mind first thing in the morning! Never bring your car here if you don't have to! read more

We were quoted 2,881.91 by Jorge Lozano when it was time to pay the bill it was 3,213.21 and I called on Wednesday 4/24/19 left a message for Jorge to call me about when the car would be ready because he was out to lunch,turns out Jorge call my girlfriend who dropped off the vehicle for me and signed for it being in the owner of the Jeep so when she goes to pick it up she pays then comes home and ask me why the bill went up so much and I called today Thursday 4/25/19 and Jorge says the labor took longer than He expected and I asked why didn't he call me back from the day before and he said because my girlfriend signed for well seems to me he knew what he was doing all along so with this all being said he over promised and under delivered and I won't ever do business with this company again. read more

I normally wait until I have completed work to leave a review but after a month of waiting for my car I'm not sure when that will happen. I was told it's a small repair but after promise upon promise that the car will be ready on such and such a day, every deadline comes and goes with no call or communication. I've been told 3x the car was "going into paint today or tomorrow " but when I finally went by after a month of waiting the car doors weren't even attached. Save yourself immense frustration from all the lies and find somewhere more reputable to do business with. read more

Sky Collision stold my money. They took my car and I was a cash payer. They had me pre pay for parts then doubled my esimate. After canceling the auto repair, they refused to give my money back I pre paid for parts. I negoriated with Josh and Rick in Loganville and agreed on what I owed. I have it on emails where they agreed to pay back the lion share of my money after they were able to return the parts. When I attempted to obtain the check they promised, they said no we changed out mind because you gave us a bad review on cargurus. They are criminals! read more

I've been waiting to post this since Friday but was told it would be handled...Here it is Monday and still no REAL answers. Here is a little back story.... Our family was in an accident on July 29th. The side of our vehicle was messed up. Sky Collision in Loganville is where we sent and trusted them to fix our car. This is our bumper sticker which was "Black Lives Matter" we have had it on our car for months now. Didn't think too much of it considering it's been there for awhile and didn't think we had to honestly. When we got our car back Friday I was driving home with my fiancé and kids following behind me and was told someone messed with our sticker... it now reads "Black LIES Matter". We are furious along with feeling hurt. Now I understand not everyone agrees with this and I will not make this post a debate BUT this is supposed to be a place of professionalism. Regardless of how any of the workers FELT they were there to fix our car not vandalize our sticker because of THEIR views. And to the ones who are reading this and feel some type of way what IF you are a Christian..you have a cross on your car. The person who is only supposed to be working on your car write 666 over it..Would you be furious? I was told to wait it out until they opened today. We tried our best to put our feelings aside over the weekend all to find out that there was nothing they could do because after having a meeting no one came forward to admit they did it...who would? Mind you the boss is supposedly very concerned with how his business is ran but not once called us to apologize or say anything. Again not professional! All we was told was it could have been someone walking by because it is close to the road. No! I will not take that as an answer because I highly doubt a random person is going to walk by, walk up to an unlocked car that is backed up to the front door and take a random black marker out their pocket and color a letter and walk off. Nothing is getting resolved and I can't believe this is how we picked it up after we trusted professional people to fix our car. We paid a lot of money to get it back just to see this. Had a great experience here. Dealt directly with Josh who was recommended by Nationwide. They performed the repairs in quick time and the finished product looks excellent. Our car was new, so they had to deal with delays in obtaining replacement parts from GM, however, that didn't phase them. Every part of the transaction was quick and efficient and the work is quality. They also stand behind their work with a lifetime warranty. Should I ever need body work again, i'll return to Sky Collision and deal with Josh. read more

If I could rate a 0 I would. Came and got an estimate and called back after insurance co approved repairs. I come to drop off and was told to make an appointment, that's 2 in person communicates so we set appointment to drop off and get repaired but something told me to call and ask if I needed to do anything before I drop off. I was told that it didn't make sense to drop cuz the part needed to be ordered and my vehicle would just sit there until the part arrived. Then I was told I needed to sign a release form on top of that. In my mind I don't understand why I wasn't told about the release form on the 1st or 2nd time I was there in person. Anyway I'm extremely satisfied with the company who performed the repaired. It was a blessing in disguise. read more

These guys don't care about customer service. I had my car painted by Sky Collision II about two years ago and noticed the clear coat peeling off. Naturally, I went there to inquire about the lifetime paint guarantee. The manager's first question was do i have my receipt. He did not look in any database or try to find any evidence that they performed the work. He immediately wanted to be able to not guarantee the work for reason of no receipt. He claims they trash all their files yearly. Do not do business with these guys. If the older guy (probably the managers dad)was there I am sure I would have gotten better treatment. Now I have to find a paper trail with Progressive from when I had the repairs done. Do not do business with these guys!! read more

If I could rate a zero I would. I had my car repaired for a simple cracked grill and radiator support. After several months had an issue with the car. I took it to my VW place and they immediately asked if someone had repaired the front. I asked why and they explained it had been installed wrong and was missing a bolt or two and caused my fan to rub against my coolant hoses causing puncture. I called and asked to speak to the owner. First off, they would not and refused to supply me with any name or corporate number, second they put Josh on the phone, who they said is the manager. From the beginning of speaking with him he was rude and indignant. He wouldn't let me finish and finally I asked him to speak to my VW specialist. I supplied him with the number. He refused to call so I had my specialist call him. He was also rude to him and basically called him a liar. I had the mechanics take pictures. I supplied SKY Collision with the repair costs. I have never heard from them and now have to file a lawsuit in court to recover my repair costs. They say the give a lifetime warranty. DONT BELIEVE THIS. I would never recommend them. I also have to call the insurance commissioner to see if there is something to file against them since this was an insurance claim repair. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. read more
