When you think you have ruined your LV bag and there is nothing left to be done.... Sky Cleaners comes to the rescue. I dumped an entire coffee mug into my Artsy. Now how does one accomplish that... well, I had a tumbler mug with coffee, I made sure the lid was screwed on tightly , I just forgot to check the drinking spout. Well the spout was open and that is how I got coffee all over my purse. After visiting he LV store I was told that I could replace the inside lining, I liked the idea just not the price. The sales associate suggested that I look into getting the inside cleaned, he told me to make sure I went to a reputable cleaners. I went to Sky Cleaners based on the Yelp reviews. I am happy I did. When I arrived I explained what had happened to the purse. The manager said he wasn't sure that the stains would come out but that he would go steam it and see if that would work. He told me to wait a few minutes while he checked. He tested a part of the lining and sure enough it came out. I took it in on a Wednesday and was told to return Saturday. I was getting ready to pick up the purse and the manager called me and asked for an extra day, he wanted to go over the lining once more to make sure he got everything out. It's unfortunate that Sky Cleaners has some lower reviews that are taking down its average. I was driving to another cleaners with higher reviews when I passed Sky Cleaners and decided to stop. I told them I'd need the clothes by Thursday (2 days). They told me they'd have it ready in 1 day. I showed up the next day at 5:59. They closed at 6 but still helped me. The most terrible experience for the dry clean clothes in my life! I needed to clean a stains from 3 silk blouses and one trench coat. All clothes is very expensive brand, Valentino, Vince, Ted Baker. Today was a day for picking up my stuff. When I receive my closes, noticed that the coat still have stain, start check other clothes - stain! stain Stain!!!! Every pice of clothes has 3-4 stain on it!!!!! No a single stain was removed from all of 4 my items! I asked cashier - did you guys forgot to remove stains? She said -No! We cleaned it! We do not guarantee that stains will come out after cleaning! This place is peace of trash! They just will take your money and ironing your dirty closes. read more

This dry cleaners was my main weekly go to place for shirts, etc for 7 years. Then all of a sudden the owner sold the business. New staff. Different people and policies - like a minimum in order to use your credit card. The quality is no longer there and I am embarrassed that I recommended them to neighbors and friends. This place ROCKED (note past tense), very personal service and friendly owners (suggested my now favorite Burmese place). Last time I picked up my shirts, I got charged nearly $90. The person said that was because everything had been dry cleaned... MEN'S COTTON SHIRTS! They said that I needed to make sure I asked for laundry. I asked when the owners were in, and they said there was new management (surprised...not) and that he dropped in randomly. I no longer recommend Sky Cleaners and won't go there again. I had gone there for years with great results. I recently took 5 ladies blazers in for dry cleaning. They came back nicely pressed but all smelling of strong, rancid mildew or mold. When I brought the jackets home and took them out of the bags, I was nearly knocked over by the stench. I took the blazers right back and asked that they be redone. When I picked them up again, the smell was still there. I don't know if they perhaps reuse their cleaning solution or combine customers' orders into one load or if their steamers/pressers use unclean water, but I won't risk going to Sky Cleaners again. read more

I've been coming to this dry cleaners for the past 12 years, they always do an amazing job and in my opinion it's the best dry cleaners in all of San Jose. I brought two of my favorite shirts with stains on them. On one of the shirts the stain came out perfectly. On the other one the stain didn't come out but I understand that they tried their best. I spoke with the manager and he explained to me that because the shirts were of a delicate material(Silk) if he were to try to remove the stain any further then it could damage the material so I'm very happy with the result. This was my third visit to this cleaners, I felt they were a bit disorganized, as they leave piles of clothes on their counters to tagging prior to the cleaning process. I dropped off 14 men's shirts last week, in which I had them count them in front of me; my pick up receipt shows 14; however, today as I picked them up they only gave me 12. The gal at the counter said they only had 12. Not once did they call me to advise me of the discrepancy. I also found one shirt not cleaned thoroughly! Additionally, last week while dropping off my 14 shirts; the customer ahead of me was not happy that the suit she was picking up did not appear to be clean, and had them reclean it! When Sky Cleaners took over Swan Cleaners, I was sad to see the nice Swan owners go, but James and family are just as friendly and very professional. They've opened up, and brightened up the space, and it looks great. My clothes are always done on time, and done well. They've also done some small alterations for me too. If you need to stay in the car w/ kids and such, you can use their drive-through window. I never thought I'd look forward to taking things to the dry cleaner, but here, I do! read more

I love Sky Cleaners!! I've been here twice & left very happy on both occasions. The first time I brought in my king size hotel collection sheet from Macy's to be cleaned. Somehow my husband managed to get gum on the sheet and it dried. The gum also happened to be black. I don't know who chews black gum but I guess my husband does. I spent a lot of money on this sheet and the gum incident occurred not long after I bought it. Needless to say I was very disappointed and thought the sheet was ruined. I had been going to a different dry cleaners for awhile and hadn't been too thrilled with them. The cleaners I had been using actually sent their work out somewhere else. Ok so fast forward to me picking up my sheet, they did a wonderful job! There was no gum to be found & my sheet looked brand new. My second visit I took in a pair of leggings that were dry clean only & I had gotten a hole in them. They were able to patch the hole & I'd never know anything was ever wrong, my leggings looked brand new. I love the work they do, but I also love that they appear to be a small family owned business that really care about what they do & it shows. They provide quality service and are kind & professional. Recently this cleaners has changed ownership. The last two times we have taken things in, they didn't do what we asked them to. My husband had a button missing off his shirt and brought it in to be sewed on as well as cleaning the shirt. They said they would do it and didn't. The next time we brought in a sweater with two small holes that needed to be darned and I even put small safety pins over the holes so that they could find them easily. The pins were gone, but the holes were still there. They are also way over-priced. Time to find a new dry cleaners! read more

When my last Dry Cleaners seemed overwhelming in having clothes hanging everywhere and so close to the counter this location is very bright and airy/open. I am a US Marine Veteran and I had a vet's ball cap that was very dirty. I have had it for 6 or 7 years and lately have used it while working in the yard or the garage. I was ready to throw it away but after getting a similar cap cleaned at Sky Cleaners, I decided to give it a try. To my amazement, the cap came back looking like it was brand new!
