I was completing this course, including the open water portion, all in December; I was eager to get certified in a New England winter, and Dave matched that energy. From the moment you meet Dave, his enthusiasm for SCUBA is palpable. Throughout long class days, Dave is cracking jokes, telling anecdotes and getting you excited about the skill you're about to have, all while answering a barrage of questions. In the water, he is professional, vigilant, and in his element. He exudes an air of calm and control, allowing you to confidently perform skills that would otherwise be terrifying or disorienting- like removing your goggles or respirator in 45 degree water. Beyond that, the staff is equally as knowledgeable and the community they foster is incredibly warm and welcoming. Even on my open water dives where I thought it was just going to be myself and Dave, I ended up meeting more people who tagged along just because they wanted to dive. I'd be hard pressed to find a more inviting community that is excited to pass the knowledge along to others. What an awesome experience and an awesome group of people that I can happily say I'm a part of now. Thank you Dave! 5/5 stars

I brought it home and put it in my garage as I was going to be traveling. I went to use it yesterday and the rear tire was completely flat. I tried to pump it up but the air was seeping out. I brought it back up to Buchika's today and the service guy put a new inner tube in and gave me the package from it with $10 marked on it. I went to the register and told the person there what had happened and they proceeded to ring up the register for a $17 charge. I asked him why I would have to pay for something that was obviously defective as I hadn't even put my ass on the bike seat yet. He proceeded to tell me that if you leave a bike sitting too long the tires will get flat. I reiterated that is was less that a month since I bought it. He was not interested in discussing it at all. Needless to say I am very dissapointed in the customer service and will not be recommending anyone buy from Buchika's.

I was scuba certified long time ago and logged hundreds of dives until life changed and I took a break from diving for 14 years. Recently i came to the conclusion that diving was my passion and I was literally miserable been out of the water. My road back to diving took me to Discover Diving where I worked and still work with Jeff and Deb to map my way back to diving. What amazes me and made it special was that both Jeff and Deb are notorious, in a good way, to make sure you feel and experience that you are the only person that matter to them from the time you come into the store to the time you leave. When I tried rebooking in February 2026 for this summer, the ranch was fully booked. Wouldn't a smart business try to work with someone's money they have already taken for a year. The big red flag was when his wife Jessica posted they were selling Martin's Ranch. It all smells funny, and if you look up their business ID in New Hampshire, the company is not in good standing. My husband payed our mortgage first. So the payment for camp would of been a few days late. At around 9 on saturday evening the guy (i will not say his name) came to my husband around 9 and said trailer needs to be pulled off the site. My husband tried sunday to reason with them and for our family to go home till it could be paid on friday. We where told it is unacceptable. We owed for the month there where campers there that owed way more than we did but its not the point is how can you tell a family at 9pm you have to pull your trailer and pack up and leave. So we pulled the trailer. There was not much for children to do anyways. There pond you can swim in has leaches. Our older son came out with one on his ankle. Your not allowed to have four wheelers unless you work there or are apart of there circle. We have since removed our trailer and it is at a new campground that is fantastic. So much more for our family. We swam in the lake last weekend and the best part came out with no leaches. Good luck to anyone who goes to 3 ponds cause if you have not been there for many years the staff and the campers (who have been there many years) put your nose up at you and treat you as they are better. Good luck to 3 ponds and thank you for kicking us out. Because we have found a fantastic campground.
