The car actually looks better than it did when I drove it off the showroom floor. Kenny's work is exceptional. His attention to detail, professionalism, and pride in his craft are evident in every aspect of the job. The finish is flawless, and the shine is incredible. I also appreciate that Gentle Touch specializes in hand washing. If you truly want to keep your vehicle looking new, avoid automatic car washes and have it professionally hand washed instead. I trust Kenny and his team completely and won't be taking my vehicles anywhere else. Highly recommended for anyone who takes pride in their car and wants the very best care for it.

I swiped a credit card and was surprised when the brush started spraying hard. You can turn a knob for high pressure or low pressure water spray, with soap options. The wax option didn't seem to work. There's a separate vacuum area for extra. The instructions were non existent. I pushed the green button to stop at 6 minutes. I guess it's $6? Clear detailed instructions with what each part of the cleaning and drying does would have been great. I have a tiny sub compact and it took a while to clean. And I'm not thrilled with the end result tbh. My car doesn't look carwash clean. I'll stick to drivethrough carwashes next time. I'd give it two stars but bumped it to three due to possible user error.

I explained that I didn't have cash but could pay with my card, and instead of helping me, the employee told me he would not start my oil change. It makes no sense to refuse service over $5 when the customer is ready and willing to pay. If there are cash-only fees, that should be made clear before people come in and waste their time. The customer service was unprofessional, the attitude was rude, and the entire experience was frustrating. I came here expecting a simple oil change and ended up arguing over a payment method. I will never come here again and would not recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other businesses that actually value their customers.
