I come here out of convenience and only use their car wash. I don't need the works so I usually stick with the full service - for $11 plus tax it includes a basic exterior wash plus they vacuum your interior. The place is always clean and the staff is friendly, but avoid coming here on the weekends or right after a snow storm because it's always packed. They're open 24 hours, and if you come during the evening you get a discounted rate and can stay in your car while it's washed. The "shop" has a large selection of auto stuffs, and a nice sitting area with refreshments to wait if you're getting an oil change. Their work is a mixed bag - sometimes they're super thorough and my car turns out great, other times they cut corners. For example, they won't put my floor mats back the right way or they'll forget to wipe down the sill of my trunk. That being said, I would still go back to them because the positives outweigh the negatives. read more

I visited this car wash for an exterior wash and discovered that someone had taken something from my car that was placed in my car seat pocket seconds before the wash happened. They acted as if nothing had happened. I strongly advise against taking your car here. they are thieves! read more

Came here for an exterior wash and they sprayed some white cleaning solution on the car while the doors were open that got all over the interior. When I asked the manager Feliz if they'd fix it he said if I wanted that done I could now pay for an interior detail. Nice. read more

Horrible car wash! for a $40 dollar wash my car should've been super clean but instead I got the inside damn near the same way I brought it dirty smh let's not talk about the windows! never going back to this carwash read more

I got an oil change and they didnt change the filter nor did they clean up the messy oil residue left. i took a video and went back 2 days later just to argue with the guy claiming the filter was changed and theres no black residue all over the place. I literally have a video of the old oil filter NOT changed. he goes and wipes it with a rag and takes another video underneath the car to show me the filter was "changed" after i got the oil change. telling me theres cameras and we can check the cameras when i literally took the video of the dirty filter before going in lol. there's absolutely no reason the oil filter should be filthy 2 days after an oil change. If you plan on getting an oil change, go underneath your car and check for a shiny clean and new filter BEFORE leaving because they'll just wipe it clean and show you a bull crap video claiming your incorrect If you wait a few days before checking it read more

Overpriced they don't do a good job. According to the people that clean your car, they're not allowed to wipe the inside of your car but yet you pay $17 plus taxes for the wash. Other place will at least wipe the inside a lot better and they are cheaper read more

Been coming here for almost 17 years but after the response I got today, it was enough for me to come on here for 10 min and vent!! Went for an oil change as I have been doing for YEARS!!! Noticed a little saturation and puddle in MY DRIVEWAY (Pic shown). So I say, ok a few drops is normal I understand, but this was more than a few, so let me swing by and just have them check it. The Response: 1.Checks the dip stick - "oh it's fine" *A little puddle is not gonna affect the dipstick genius* 2.Eye assessment - "no, no leak" *All he looked at was the drain plug* 3.Finally after I got down there too, he checks the filter etc and says it's ok. *I'm ok with that* The icing that get me going "It was probably another car that was parked there" ***MF this is my driveway! Now you calling me stupid?*** Proper way to handle it is, Sir, sometimes excess oil does get on the frame, you may have gotten more than normal, but we'll check it all out so you can have a piece of mind!!!!!! That's all!! Don't tell the customer "it was probably another car" then I tell you it's my Driveway ***hole, now you look real stupid. 17 years!! And this is something that can turn someone away! read more

Very convenient and speedy option for car washes and oil changes. I recently purchased a used vehicle and needed an oil change; I figured this would be a great, inexpensive option. I came in and immediately got serviced. The technician working on the car asked me which type I wanted and also made a suggestion about changing another type of oil which I can't remember. Total cost $41 and included a free car wash and service check. Pretty good overall with no issues. I'll be returning and will definitely refer to others. read more

I've been washing my car since they opened at this location. So I have been a customer for over 10 years. The last year and half to two years they've slipped. Although my last wash was bad this morning I decided to give it another chance. Instead of getting the interior was I got the complete armorall $45. What a waste! Can I tell how flithy my front window looks! I don't what kind of rags they use. I guess I should of known. And the inside lacking....It was too quick. All together from paying and getting car 15 minutes if. There are new workers and I don't blame the workers . But something I noticed lately is that there is no one supervising. Definately will not be returning! read more

Although the name of this business has inspired me to direct imaginary, soft core porn films, I have not engaged in any sordid activity here. Simply I come here for my car's oil change; with synthetic Mobil One oil, the cost is about $40 and a complimentary car wash is included. If it's raining or snowing or you don't feel like being in the Bronx for more than 15 minutes, then you can opt out and redeem the free car wash at a future date. One thing to know: always refuse the "power flush"; not only is it $150, I've read in Consumer Reports that it's unnecessary. Just say no. From 7 AM to 7 PM, the normal car wash is about $7, plus any add ons, ie armour tires, hot wax, etc. When you pull into the rear, you tell the attendant what type of car wash you desire. You exit your vehicle and the boys get to work. They vacuum your car and clean your floor mats. Next they put the car through the wash. You walk inside and have the choice of using the restroom, searching for car accessories, refreshments, staring at your car getting washed (it's mesmerizing) or just paying and going to the end of the lot. The night special, which is 7 PM to 7 AM, is $4 but you are confined to your car. When the car wash is finished, there are two to three guys who dry your car and wipe the windows. These guys are ok, but you can ask for a towel to finish the job yourself. I have gotten my car detailed here once a few years ago for a hefty $120. They did an impeccable job. Super Car Wash & Quick Lube - Dec 2007 - Car Wash Near Me - Bronx, New York

Damaged car and won't return phone calls. Through negligence on their part. Poor management

Perhaps i create too high of expectations for businesses. Sometimes I just want them to do what ever their name is... Sometimes that's too much to ask for. You may be thinking this guy probably got the basic wash and expected it to be dried or something silly like that. Truth is I got a super wash, but it wasn't that "super," actually it was quite bad. In order to make sure that things I wanted done were completed I pointed them out. Wash the outside clean and vacuum the inside and do the wheels and tires. The gent in the back, who was nice enough chose super wash for me and added some extra stuff. I gladly paid the $18 for the car wash and anxiously waited for my sparkling ride... Instead what I got was a wave as some guy walked away. It took 8 minutes from drop off to ready to go. I walked up and no one was even by my car to hand it off to me- just idling by the driveway waiting for any random person to go for a little joyride. The wheel package apparently meant spray armorall, but not to clean the rims; these aren't even complex rims and it wasn't slightly overlooked. Vacuuming... Not only did lifting the mats escape them, but they didn't even vacuum on the sides of the mats. Didn't wipe down the center console...in order to avoid turning this review into a sad review of broken promises I'll just include a few photos of the AFTER wash views. Overall; if you were going to go- id stick with the cheapest wash DON'T ACCEPT ANY ADD-ONS, and plan on spending about 30 minutes of your own time to finish up. read more

My experience that I fear is indicative of a much larger problem plaguing these bad reviews about this place. They did not put any oil in my car causing my engine to almost seized, and when I called the place they said come in to review the video cameras, This causing me to be late to see my client. And when I arrived the owner told me "I'm not showing you the video" instead of making things right.. I'm going to take him to court. The practical problem that needs to be addressed in addition to educating your team is providing them with the appropriate equipment. As a car owner it's my mistake to see google and yelp negative reviews, I can say without reservation that a huge percentage of your past customers are very unhappy, trying to force people and tell lies on what their car needs, We own our cars and drive them every day and we know how it rides/feels and every car comes with a manual what factory requirements. So I strongly suggest to not say nor recommend they are not licenses mechanics, they are just oil changers and they should not be servicing any car without a licenses and proper education. Once again, the purpose of this review is to bring a problem to your attention with the hope that it will be looked into and solutions implemented. I believe that addressing this issue not only goes a long way to ensuring the safety of customers car engines, but also of providing a much better service, and indeed, preserving the dignity of the passengers served by Super Car Wash & Quick Lube. I am hopeful that this letter will provide the spark to make important, positive changes, but I must evaluate the other avenues available to address this issue if no action is taken. I will you everyone updated on this :) THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED. Paid for nothing! As a hospital employee they gave a $1 discount! The passenger seat had crumbs all over it, the backseat same. The rugs in the back weren't touched, the cup holders either. The floors were still full of dried salt/snow. We had to pull over and wipe the car down ourselves. I am so mad we had to waste money! I've been coming here for over 10 years now and it has gradually declined into a place I no longer wish to visit. $73 for a synthetic oil change? And that's with "house synthetic oil" which apparently is about 6 bucks cheaper. Every time I have come recently for oil changes, they're telling me I have multiple other issues that need attention. I need new "special filters" ... No, my current filter can last up to 30,000 miles and I'm not even at 25,000 miles on the vehicle itself! I cut them off there from further trying to up sell me. I feel really bad for the people who don't know anything about cars, this place must rip them off all the time! Not only that, but the mechanic took 30 minutes to just LOOK at my car and mine was the only car in the shop! Not one other car was there when I arrived or left!!! Then when the mechanic attempted to up sell me, he told me he didn't even start the work yet! 30 minutes in and you haven't even started To work on the vehicle! He also appeared to not care about my vehicle after I told him I did not require any service besides the oil change. I WILL NO LONGER COME HERE FOR SERVICE OR EVEN CAR WASHES BECAUSE OF THIS EXPERIENCE. You are taking advantage of people AND ITS WRONG! read more

Absolute garbage. They advertise every 7th oil change is free. I have receipts that show 7-8 previous oil changes and they still say I haven't earned my free one yet. They try to say it's a new promotion and some of my oil changes happened before the promotion began, meanwhile this place has been here for years and the promotion always existed. Nasty people and they all suck. Avoid these scammers. read more

This place is absolutely trash. Can't even begin to explain how we paid and tipped for exterior and interior cleaning. The exterior was washed by the machine but the inside of my car was left absolutely dirty and was NOT even vacuumed. They said we had to pay extra for them to vacuum the floor, which made absolutely NO SENSE. Then, after complaining about the half ass job that they did their excuse was that the floor matt wouldn't go out, to which we proceeded to show that it did. The costumer service was absolutely horrendous. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. Definitely disgusting place. read more

Update 02/26/25 - Went there for an oil change again today and everything appeared to be correct...the guy changing my oil recommended an oil/engine flush as usual, but I'm not surprised...oil change shops do not make any money off their customers therefore they have to sell something... Had my oil change done here, the 1st thing the mechanic says is "you need an engine flush because the oil is very very dirty"...I can not stand mechanic that lies to make additional money...NOTE: I have a technician degree in automotive technology...during the oil change my windshield washer fluid was filled; its approximately 18 degrees outside today and my windshield washer fluid is frozen...obviously this place is DILUTING the fluid with WATER!!..after the oil change I received my vehicle back with a tpms (tire pressure monitoring system) light on..how difficult is it to assure all tires are at 35psi?...I guess they are just acting as if they are servicing your vehicle...I'm sure they are doing the oil change and obviously the car wash, but everything else is clearly false...I'm actually scared of what they may have placed in my car as brake fluid... Complaint: Watered down Windshield Washer Fluid That Freezes, Inaccurate Tire Inflation, Lies Regarding Vehicle Maintenance. Update: 5/9/16 - I'm here again for an oil change and simply the worker claims my Engine Oil is dirty..I use motor 1 synthetic oil and came 3500 miles early..Then shows me oil that shows no indication of being worked overtime...So he uses a scare tactic and says "your engine may have issues if you don't do an engine flush"...my car is babied and oil changes are always early...secondly it's an infiniti VQ engine, who does this guy thinks he's fooling?...Guess attempts to make additional money must be made...smh read more

I have been coming here for 6 years but after my experience yesterday, NEVER AGAIN. I paid $17 bucks for a still dirty and wet car. I had to go myself and ask for a towel and dry off my car. THEY SUCK !!! DON'T DO IT !!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! They don't clean the inside properly. The last two times I've been there something has gone wrong. Last time one of the guys dirtied my car seat with his dirty jeans. Today I went there and they knocked an attached mirror on my side view mirror off. I didn't notice until I was blocks always. Quick easy and great service. Price was great but the free car cleaning just makes it a fantastic deal. I loved that the oil change included a car wash and also appreciated how the mechanic let me stay in the car because he saw my kid was napping in her car seat in the back. Oil changes used to take forever, but this place had virtually no wait and I drove right in without an appointment. My kid woke up whole we were waiting to get our car washed-but there was do much for her to see inside-especially all those cars going through the car wash-it kept her pretty occupied until we were able to get back into our car.
