I had a a difficult time to come pick up the loaner due to kid's schedules. He informed everything could be completed via phone, so I was able to get after hours. Thank you, Jake, for making this process less stressful! Ashley M

I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with this shop. To put it bluntly,…read morethey operate like con artists. I have a car warranty that is supposed to cover everything, yet somehow, I still ended up with a bill exceeding $800--above and beyond my deductible. Why? Because they overcharge for repairs, and when my warranty company refused to cover their inflated costs, I was left footing the bill. But that's not even the worst part. My truck's power steering went out, which wasn't covered by the warranty so I asked them for a quote. They told me the repair would cost over $2,000. That number seemed ridiculously high, so I decided to get a second opinion. I took my truck to a far more reputable repair shop in Canton, and guess what? The actual cost to fix the problem was only $238. That's right--what they claimed was a $2,000 repair was done elsewhere for less than 10% of their quote. This place is nothing short of a scam. They prey on unsuspecting customers, inflating prices and hoping people won't question their estimates. If you value honesty, fair pricing, and reputable service, stay far away from this dealership. I wouldn't trust them to fix a bicycle, let alone a vehicle.

I am very upset with this company. I brought my car in for new tires that I had already ordered. It…read moretook me a couple of weeks to get them installed due to a family emergency. When I finally came in, the tech told me I needed new lug studs, and then told me they would cost $380. Here's the problem: lug studs for my car cost about $3-5 each. I could have walked down the street and bought them myself, but the tech claimed I needed "special studs" because of my wheels. That's simply not true, a quick search shows my wheels use standard studs. To make it worse, they ordered the studs without asking me first. If they had asked, I would never have agreed to pay $30+ per stud. When I got home and reviewed the invoice, it was even more concerning. Instead of listing "lug studs," they billed me for a "brake adjuster kit" something completely different from what was actually replaced. My brakes weren't touched, so why does my invoice say that? This feels like a clear case of misrepresentation. I was effectively charged 10× the fair market price for parts, plus given an inaccurate invoice. When I questioned it, I was not allowed to provide my own studs at a fair price. I will not be returning to this shop and I am seriously considering disputing this charge with my bank. If you don't want to be upcharged for basic services or billed incorrectly, I recommend avoiding this place.

DO NOT GO HERE--AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. At a 60K mile check-up, they replaced my car's manual…read moretransmission oil without asking me (I had a specific list of things that I gave them to be done, which did not include replacing the transmission oil, and they had assured me that they would call me if they wanted to do anything else, but they didn't do this). So, I had not asked them to replace the transmission oil (and, according to the manufacture's schedule, it did not have to be done), furthermore, they knowingly replaced the transmission oil with the wrong weight oil (and a type with additives that would actually cause corrosive damage to the transmission, too), because "they thought it wouldn't matter," but the car shifted horribly after that. I asked them to replace the transmission oil with the right kind and they got a kind that was closer to the right weight, but still not the weight the manufacture called for and then they insufficiently drained the oil from the car--the car still shifted horribly after it. So, I asked them to replace the transmission oil again (for the THIRD time) with exactly what the manufacture called for, and they did that (though I had to go and pick up the transmission oil for them myself). My car shifts easier now, but not as well as it did before they serviced it--when shifting, it grinds a little when going into some gears and it still feels a lot rougher shifting, which makes me sad. I wish I had never taken my car to them and I will never go back to them.
