I've had my eye on this brow technician for a while, but she's always booked (which now I totally understand why!). I finally got an appointment, and I'm so happy with the service. A few months later I tried another salon closer to home but had a terrible experience so now I'm back and will never go anywhere else. I decided to do nano blading as a gift to myself for my 40th birthday, and also because I was tired of filling in my eyebrows multiple times a day. I decided on brow expressions because after reviewing a couple other places, Cynthia was the most responsive and engaging. This was my first time doing semi permanent makeup and I was definitely worried I was making a huge mistake. However Cynthia was very patient when shaping my brows the way I wanted them, informative, and very pleasant during the while procedure. When I came in for my touch up a few weeks later we addressed the areas I wanted adjusted and that also went smoothly. There are a couple spots that could use a 3rd touch up but I think I'm happy with them just the same, hence 4/5. Thank you for a great first experience!

This can be hard to do, especially since I have ethnic hair and about a decade of vivids, henna color, and other experiments in my hair. I came in with blue and purple fun hair. This is my hair after two sessions and she's done a great job delivering on Grey blending. She found an ashy beige that would work with blending in with my silvers. She really understands color. Rizza also has very chill energy and listens to your requests. I also needed to handle personal medical stuff during my appointment and she was very helpful about it.

She was so thorough and conscientious about making sure I liked the shape and color of my brows. :) I don't usually wear any makeup and I wanted my eyebrows to look makeup-less as well. I also don't look like I have a tattoo. I told my friends I'd had my brows done and they were all surprised; when I had them look very closely at my eyebrows to see the detailed hair strokes, my gf said "this is such a flex". For me what truly matters is the customer service and actual wax job itself. For Becca, she really is a nice person. I met her through a wax studio she used to work at. Even at that location, I had a liking towards her specifically because she was genuine. When you're being waxed it's very easy to feel shy, insecure and like you're being judged. Becca was great about what she was doing, preparing me if it would hurt, or educating me on upkeep. Never did I feel like she was judging, she kept good communication that was cool, sweet and nice. As for the hair removal service she was awesome. She uses a good quality wax, I've never been burned. No tracks of dried residue. She goes back and tweezes!! Some places do this and others don't, and she's absolutely comfortable to making you super duper hairless if you choose. The best part about Becca: CONVENIENCE. She comes to your home. She's on time and works with your schedule.
