Okay so I used to go to their old location when it was super small but welcoming and very friendly, oh my god how they've upgraded. I moved to California for a couple years and had to switch to a different company for a while and that posh place in Beverly Hills has nothing on Skinsations. The new location is amazing! It's massive and now they offer botox and fillers as well as lashes and waxing. It's super clean and upscale. The best part (besides the results) about Skinsations is probably the customer service. Everyone is so nice! Very diverse staff, very lgbtq+ friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for laser hair removal. read more

Laser hair removal here is amazing. Kelli and Dana are great technicians. Definitely recommend coming here

Just got a peel at Skinsations today. The Perfect Peel. It didn't burn at all, and I can't wait to see how I do. Great Experience. Thank you! read more

I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal about a year ago. I have had my full lower half body and underarms done. All 3 of the ladies who have given me treatments are great. Jeronia has done most of them, and she is wonderful - always making sure I'm as comfortable as possible, friendly, chatty - helpfully distracting me from the laser zaps - and professional, as well. The new facility is very nice. Everything is always clean. I have had great results with the laser - after 8 sessions my underarms are totally devoid of dark hair; my bikini area is nearly finished, and my legs are as good as they're going to get (I have a good bit of very light colored hair that the laser won't affect). I couldn't be happier with Skinsations' service! read more

This place is horrible. They never call to let me know they cannot honor my groupon. I came all the way here and they asked me for more money to have the service I paid for. The owner didn't care that we paid and blamed me for buying a groupon !!! What kind of service is this. They want $100 for a 10 mn session. I rather pay my doctor the $100 for an hour relaxing session. read more

I purchased a laser hair removal Groupon for Skinsations and I'm so glad that I did. The new location is very stylish and chic. I visit Malayka for my appointments and she is always very kind and gentle (as gentle as you can be with a laser). I would recommend Skinsations for all of your skincare needs. read more

I have only ever had one facial in my life and did not really enjoy it. I was gifted medical facials at Skinsations and was wonderfully surprised! The staff is fantastic and knowledgeable. I would have one every week if I could. I have scheduled future treatments and referred both my daughter and daughter in law for both facials and hair removal. I am not one to typically give a review, but feel compelled to do so here. Treat yourself! read more

Amazing medical spa! I receive laser hair removal treatments and the staff is always punctual and takes great care of you. I feel like the experience is personable and comfortable. Each specialist uses care and precision and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. I moved away for a couple years and the credits I still had applied to me whenever I could come back and visit. No other laser hair removal treatment center compares to this one, and I've visited quite a few! read more

So far I've only had one chemical peel and the results are so amazing off of one session , front desk people were great and friendly upon check in , Katiana (sp?)...was amazing at explaining the procedure and what to do post peel , I have 2 more sessions can't wait read more

I purchased a Groupon for a small area and have been treated for a few months now. The hair is definitely finer now and slowly disappearing. I can't believe I waited this long to do this! Everyone here is professional and great. read more

They are good if you can actually make an appointment. They also keep you waiting forever for your appointment. Definitely won't be renewing my membership. They weren't like this when I started, but the last few times have been very frustrating. Not sure if there's new management or something. read more

Love this place! Bought a small area on Groupon and have loved my results! Clean and very professional place

I always see Suzanna and am so happy with the results! She's amazing. She recommended I try laser hair removal which at first I was very nervous to try. But Suzanna is just absolutely amazing and made me super comfortable and the service was painless! My skin is super smooth and hairless 10/10. Also they take all covid precautions and masks are mandatory and they're super clean! Highly recommend!!! read more

This place is awesome. This is the only place I go to for laser hair removal. They are perfectly professional, but also super friendly and knowledgeable. I get a medium area done and the pricing was very reasonable. If your looking to get laser hair or even a chemical peel done definitely come check out this wonderful staff! read more

Excellent service as always! Thank you for taking great care of me. I've only just recently begun my treatments but I appreciate helping me through process of choosing the best options. read more

Really cute salon and friendly ladies. Wouldn't recommend going to get teeth whitened or going for an appointment after 4. You basically do the teeth whitening yourself they just have the tools. I feel like i should have just invested in a kit i can do at home and probably got better results. The girl dont know her name never told me ‍ was pretty unprofessional and im guessing it was because it was closing time. She gave me no instructions about after care or anything.. She was eating soup she couldn't even pay attention to my timer. I don't know seems like a pretty popular place for everything else but save your money on the teeth whitening read more

Everyone is always super friendly here! I have finished all 8 treatments on my neck and extremely happy with the results. Will definitely visit again for my back next, great prices you cant beat!!! read more

Jeronia had originally said I had only missed 2 appointments due to the other appointments were never sent out to me due to programming error. She offered to refund the $25 and a free massage or facial as compensation. I didn't take the refund or the complimentary service because I wasn't trying to get freebies. I just wanted an apology from the receptionist and for other clients not to be treated that way. All of the information in her response to my review is incorrect. Here is the facts: 1. was not yelling. I have social phobia and I do not like attention drawn to me at all. Was I mad about the way the receptionist was talking rudely and down to me? Yes I was. 2. She said I was angry and said she didn't care because I had to wait for 4 minutes for her to come and talk to me, well I never said anything about an amount of time that I had to wait on her. In fact, I never asked to speak to her. One of her employees told me that I needed to speak with her to let her know how the receptionist treated me. I said no, it is ok. That employee said no, that she need to know because that receptionist does that to people from time to time. That employee went to get her to talk to me. When that employee came back, I was told not to worry about talking to her because it wouldn't do any good. I was told by the employee to go online and do a review of the visit. 3. The reason I ended up talking to Jeronia was because I needed a weekend follow up appointment and Jeronia had to approve opening up the weekend for appointments. I was not mad about waiting for her to finish with a client nor did I ever complain about that. When I did speak with her, I did tell her about the conversation between the receptionist and I, how I was treated and about the $25 fee I was charged. I did miss the last appointment because I made it while I was driving so I couldn't write it down. I relied on the confirmation email to be able to add it in my calendar. However, I never received the conformation email. I also missed another appointment due to a stomach virus that I did call and cancel as soon as I got sick. I may have missed an appointment due when my father died l. I don't think I called about that one. At that time, cancelling appointments wasn't on my mind. I was just trying to get there before he died so I could say good bye. When I called to make that last appointment, I was not told I would be charged that fee. I thought that the person who made my last appointment must not have actually booked it which would have explained why I didn't get the confirmation email. So I was not expecting to be charged the $25. No $25 is not very much. Normally, I would have been ok to pay it. But I didn't feel that I owed it due to the appointment I never received a confirmation email on. If I would have been informed that I was going to be charged the $25 when I came in, I would have waited to come in another month. That particular month I had some unexpected expenses that made that month financially hard for me. I had a student pass away and I helped pay for the funeral and the family spray since his family didn't have the money to bury him. I also rescued a shih-tzu puppy that I was asked to take in. She was not being fed or taken care of by who ever had her. I had to get her medical treatment and other expenses to get her healthy. Originally before Jeronia read this review, She texted me that she wanted to chat and I specifically asked her if she didn't want me to come to Skinsations anymore. She replied back and said no that we had always been pleasant with each other. Which is true. I always have had a pleasant experience prior at Skinsations. Now that she saw this review she dismissed me as a client and is trying to portray me as a difficult client who acts inappropriate. The funny thing is that she still sends me emails trying to sell me products and services even though I was dismissed as a client. Skinsations doesn't care about the customers, Jeronia is only interested in making money. read more

I started here after a Groupon purchase. Great service. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Fast results. Nice equipment. I couldn't be happier! Everyone is so nice in the office. They are very patient and gentle. The office is very clean! Keep in mind that hair has a growth cycle so this affects how fast you see results and how often you go in for a treatment. Ask questions to the technicians and listen to their advice. Also note the address listed here is not the location I go to. I'm not sure if they moved or have another location... but this is the address where go 2470 Windy Hill Road Southeast suite 156 Marietta GA 30067. read more

I've had 2 IPL treatments done here and have been pleased with both. I will return for more as I know that multiple treatments are needed to see good results. Today I had Jeronia and she worked quickly and efficiently - a good thing when having IPL. I just purchased 2 PRP micro needling treatments and can't wait to get those started. The ladies are all helpful and pleasant and I always feel comfortable at Skinsations. read more

I cannot believe I have waited this long to get laser hair removal!! I am glad I did though or I may have gone to another facility and paid much more! The staff is professional and talented, and the facility and equipment is well maintained. My experience: After the first treatment, the hair was almost gone - only a few patches left. And the laser is not nearly as painful as waxing (bikini and legs) and no painful razor bumps or in-grown hairs!! I'm very happy I finally took the plunge and I'm even happier that I chose Skinsations. read more

The full body laser hair removal has been one of the best things I've ever purchased for myself! I'm middle eastern, and used to have dark and thick hair...it's all gone now with the help of Skinsation. If you have to constantly shave, and your body/facial hair is such a headache, you will seriously thank yourself later for switching to laser. In long term, it even turns out to be cheaper than waxing and threading (+ I've tried both of those methods for a long time, and none of them made my unwanted hair stop growing back, but laser did). I also got rid of my facial acne after lasering my face; the constant threading kept opening pores on my skin, and after the hair was gone, the acne went away too. read more

It was my first time getting laser done and the staff made the experience so much better than I thought it was gonna go. I think the tech's name was Dana but I forget. She was very gentle and kept talking to distract me from the little bit of pain laser causes if any lol I was more than comfortable during the whole process (full body) and after my first treatment I am seeing solid results (its been 4 weeks). I can't wait to go to my second appointment. I've been telling everyone how great they are. HIGHLY recommend them. read more

I HIGHLY recommend! I've gotten laser hair removal on bikini area by jeronia, who is absolutely beyond ahhhhhmazing and sweet! Super helpful and 100% professional. She makes you feel so comfortable and not nervous at all. She's extremely knowledgeable and will answer any questions you may have. I also have has a chemical peel by Malika who is an absolute doll! She goea over and beyond with giving you helpful hints, dos and donts, as well as; little tricks to help with skin care regimes. I've tried other places for laser hair removal (will not mention names, bc im not here to bash other companies), but by far, Skinsations surpassed my expectations for results and customer care. I'll definitely continue going here for my spa and skincare needs. Thx guys! read more

I love Skinsations!!! First, let me say that Jeronia is a great attentive and professional technician and business owner. I have been getting laser hair removal on my face for 20 years....so I have experienced almost every type of laser machine that there is . The laser machines at Skinsations actually work very effectively....after my sessions here, I am confident that my hair will be PERMANETLY removed. This is the best machine yet! I must mention that I am a woman of color, so I have used "skin tone sensitive" machines in the past at other facilities.....again, the machines at Skinsations work on all skin tones (you don't have to worry about burning). I love this place so much that I have referred both of my sisters, who are now clients. I have also continued to expand my hair removal needs by purchasing packages for additional areas. I have nothing but great things to say about Jeronia, her business, and her staff!!!! read more

Great service and quick, no wait appointments. Pleasant staff and very accommodating to your skin types. The results were amazing!

If you're looking for the right place to go for laser hair removal, look no further than Skinsations. I had gone to another place for my under arms before coming to Skinsations for full body treatment. I have only had two sessions with Skinsations. They got rid of more hair in two sessions than the other place did in six. They have a super friendly & knowledgeable staff, always willing to answer any questions you may have. I cannot say enough good things about them. You'll have to go see for yourself. read more
