They have since upgraded all of their setup so the chairs are so comfortable and the manicure desks are bright and clean! My nails were done by Miss Nancy. I loved the look of my nails and the design done! I asked for something and she free handed it. I am in love!!! I recommend her for sure!! When I have had a nail chip, she was the one I went to and got it fixed. I love the customer service here! I know nail salons typically carry a heavy smell of acetone upon entrance but that is not the case here. It is very clean!! Go go go! I attached a picture of what I asked for and what she actually did! Love Nancy and her skill!

BROW HEAVEN - I…read morehighly recommend this place to anyone picky about their brows. I started coming here just a few months ago and I wish I would have discovered them sooner. I have always done threading instead of waxing because it is much cheaper and my skin seems to react better to it, so I had put off coming here for a long time. However, after a few questionable threading sessions at the mall, I decided to start taking better care of my brows and give this place a try. I'm so happy I did because the results have been incredible. To start your journey to perfect brows - The first thing you need is a brow mapping. The aesthetician here will measure out your face and draw on lines to make sure the spacing and angles are perfect and symmetrical. This is a bit more expensive than the normal eyebrow waxing, but you definitely need it. After this initial appointment, the brow maintenance waxes are a bit cheaper. They are really great about not over waxing and they will leave places alone that need to fill in a bit before your next appointment. I recommend scheduling maintenance brow waxes about every five weeks to keep your brows on track for success. They have online scheduling through their website and it's very easy to use. You will need to pay a deposit of half the price when you make the appointment online. So for normal brow maintenance waxes, you pay $12.50 at the time you schedule the appointment and another $12.50 once the appointment is complete. Make sure you are able to make your appointments because they are very strict about refunds. This stresses me out, but I understand why it's a necessary policy. I have heard good things about most of their aestheticians. I have always used Jenn for my brows just because she had availability back when I initially made my first appointment. She's wonderful, but I think you can't go wrong with anyone here. They are also taking really great COVID precautions. They have opened up to masked appointments only, with clients waiting in their cars and texting when they arrive. Only one client is in the salon at once. They are being super safe and sanitary so you don't need to worry about putting off making an appointment any longer! Please please please for your own sake just start coming here for your brow needs.

While the staff is friendly I would not recommend getting your nails done there, I paid almost $60 for my current set, very basic, just black in color and here it is two days later and the paint is coming up on 4 of them already. This is not the first time this has happened and at first I thought it was just an accident as these things do happen but it's everytime or the nails come up within a week... very poor quality

I had an appointment with Tina several months ago after purchasing a Groupon for her brazilian…read moreservices. While she seemed very professional - a brazillian with her took more than an hour and 10 minutes. That's insanely long for a wax job. After it was over, she proceeded to pluck hairs that she missed - which were a lot. (I've had several waxes so I know how long hair needs to be to do a good job - There was plenty.) And even after plucking for 10 minutes, I had to go home a shave. I was bruised all over my *ahem* lips and was so swollen I couldn't even take advantage of what smoothness I did have.... I had to put an ice pack on my nether regions for an hour. Awful. She seemed inexperienced to say the least and I certainly won't be returning.
