We arrived a few minutes early and were greeted and checked in immediately. After filling out our forms and a short wait, we were individually led back to each of our rooms. After driving over an hour to get there, we were told to wait another hour and a half for the next available massage time. At that point, we simply walked out. No one followed up afterward, and the manager never returned our calls despite leaving messages with the front desk.
