Maria is incredibly careful, precise, and methodical. I also appreciated that she finished my fibroblast with a Plexar cold-plasma shower pass over the eyes. I'm so excited by her results. I researched practically everyone in the Los Angeles and OC area who performs fibroblast treatments and went through Yelp review after Yelp review. I made the right choice with Maria, and I've already referred her to others this week. She's honest on the first conversation and affordable. I'll be transparent, the procedure hurt, and with my low pain tolerance I probably could've used stronger numbing cream. But discomfort lasts 10 mins max and Maria gave me a vibrating tool to hold that helped distract me. Was every dot worth it? HECK YA! For this kind of non-surgical improvement, I would absolutely undergo a few minutes of discomfort again. After completely healed, go in and get one more cold plasma plexar shower on your face and eyes to seal tightened eyes up. Maria is an absolute gem of a find. I'm beyond grateful I found her. I made that mistake and didn't realize some makeup got stuck in the healing dots. - Plan on some downtime, or you can go out with sunglasses as well (trust me it's worth it). - Follow Maria's aftercare exactly. For me, keeping the lids dry for 3 days, then using saline and only a whisper-thin layer of Aquaphor worked best. Too much moisture softens the dots too early & can lead to scarring. - I personally slept elevated for 7 nights because I wanted to minimize swelling and maximize healing and not turning on dotted eyes. - If you have a low pain tolerance like I do, ask for strongest numbing cream available. - have a fan to blast your face while u sleep the first night.
