While he was doing that, I looked over my order and asked about the hole punching. He said he could help, but then started assisting the customer who had been waiting behind me. I asked if he could finish ringing me up first since I was already being helped. He told me I could go to the regular checkout line instead, which would have meant getting back in line behind several people. I was confused and frustrated because I had been waiting before the customer behind me, and Angel had already offered to ring me up. When I explained that, he said he didn't want the other customer to wait, but I was left waiting too. When I thanked him, his response was something like "yup," which came across as dismissive in the context of the interaction. Afterward, I saw him laughing and gossiping with the manager about it. The whole experience felt uncomfortable and unprofessional, and I left disappointed with the customer service. One time I was there and the driver window waiting for my prescription and a lady pulled up the lane next to me and I could hear her screaming at the associate that she tried to call them several times and couldn't get a hold of anybody to verify that her daughter could get her medication so she had to drive down there but now I'm looking back. I can see why the lady was so angry and yelling. It's very frustrating to not receive adequate customer service.
