Whenever they grow out and something starts bugging me, she takes the time to understand exactly what I'm seeing and what I want adjusted. I also love that she's honest. She'll tell me when I'm being unrealistic and explain why, like "one of your brows naturally does this" or "this side grows differently," instead of just agreeing to anything. That's how I know she really cares about the end result and the health of my brows. Before seeing her, I stopped doing my brows because of some bad experiences and didn't trust anyone with them anymore. I naturally have more pointed corners and she reshaped them to be rounder in a way that actually compliments my face.
