We arrived had to fill out tons of paperwork that could have been sent to me prior to visit. There are only 2 chairs in the lobby, one of the staff members felt her sitting in a chair playing on her phone was more important than a client having a seat. We completed consultation and the pricing wasn't anywhere close to what I was told and it completely felt like everything about them was a scam.

They also claim they contact you about appointments, but they never did. On top of that, they constantly try to push additional "specials" and deals, which honestly just felt like another way to get more money out of me rather than actually help.
