I am recovering from cystic acne which caused scarring and textured skin. What the HALO treatment did was remove a layer and heal skin from the inside out. It took 7 days for my skin to fully recover, but well worth it. We did go a bit aggressive than usual to treat the deeper layers of the scars. My skin is MUCH more smooth now, pore size less, and scarring is more than half gone. I do plan to come back and do another one. I use ZO Skin products and ELTA MD, which I highly recommend. Daily skincare is a game changer. You will love Dr. Ladie, her staff and team. They are all so kind and helpful. I leave feeling like a million bucks.

The day pass includes access to 5 hot tubs with different temperatures and one that is a cold plunge at 60°. A hot dry sauna and steam sauna. 3 infrared rooms that are at different temperatures. A cabin room that is 60°. A lounge area with couches and oversized chairs to relax and read or take a nap. A large room that is dark and has a lit up wall of Himalayan sea salt. The floors are granite and heated. There are showers that include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. One of my favorite things are a trough of mugwort tea that you can ladle all over yourself. Smells so good! You can pay $11 extra to have unlimited tea. The Tea Room has 2 hot and 1 cold. When you purchased the Tea Room, you also get a biscotti. The locker room has several amenities that you would need to get ready after a day at the spa. Hair dryers, combs, toothpaste, three different types of lotion and Q-tips. There are also water stations to refill your water bottle during your stay. They are a full service spa so you can pay for extra services like massage, facial body, scrubs, and body wraps. If you've never had a Korean body scrub, you haven't had a body scrub. They also have a Korean restaurant on site that has about six or seven tables that seat four. So on a busy day, you may have to wait a little bit, but the food is pretty good. Is it worth a drive?...yes!

They do apply a numbing cream as well. They gave me a cleansing foam, a cream and clear instructions on how to care for my new brows... It was a Very long process, as I was informed ahead of time it would be (up to 4 hours) this was a teaching session so it was expected. My only constructive feedback would be to encourage the client to take a break... even if they say they're fine... (go tinkle, drink some water and reposition their body a bit) I am "trusting the process" ...butttttt.... The shape is thicker than I'm used to, but is definitely growing on me and the color is way lighter than I like...but super natural looking... once healed I will go for a touch up... and update then... as they may change and evolve with time... Had a poor experience when trying to get my navel re-pierced after it had closed in recent months…read more(had an established piercing for years, done elsewhere). Had booked an appointment several weeks prior. At the time of re-piercing, it did not align with where the marked "dots" had been drawn prior to the needle stick. If it wasn't going to be pierced in the same exact spot as discussed prior to the piercing, then I'd rather just be told so and not get it. Also the length of the ring used for the attempted piercing was short (like a regular replacement ring you'd use after it's all healed); it wasn't long enough for a new piercing. It seemed she was trying to make the new piercing length on my navel fit the available ring she had (also the ring had a jagged-edged jewel on it, not a nice round, plain ball top. It would have gotten caught on everything and been a nightmare during healing). I didn't want an entirely different scar. That's exactly what I was trying to avoid, and had communicated this prior to piercing. The new piercing was so unsightly, it was upsetting to me. Bottom line, I asked for it to be removed and I left. Then I had to let my navel heal up for awhile. It's like going through healing but no piercing to show for it. I'll be extremely cautious about letting anyone touch my navel again.
