I would NOT recommend this place to anyone…read more  My wife bought 10 Picosure laser treatments to share with me: skin blemish for her and blush  line for me. After 4 treatments each (total 8 treatments), we did not see any improvements.  My wife asked about the lack of improvement.   The laser operator recommended a different procedure called ND YAG laser and promised 2 additional treatments each (total of 12 treatments). She said the usual numbing prep we received for Picosure is not necessary and carried out the treatment for my wife then myself.  It was so painful that I felt as though I was being punished for my wife's questioning of the effectiveness of treatments.  After the treatment, my wife felt it was so painful for her as well.  My wife looked up ND YAG and learned that the numbing procedures are necessary.  Later on, my wife and I also developed redness and rash on our faces and around the neck where the laser was applied.  My wife's rash and redness was so bad that she had to go see a doctor to be prescribed some medications to include antihistamines. She also consulted a dermatologist to get a second opinion.  My wife wrote to inform Med Spa Beni that we will not take any additional treatment and to complain about (1) lack of improvements, (2)  proceeding with the very painful ND YAG without a proper numbing procedure, and (3) newly developed redness and rash.  Med Spa Beni representative completely ignored the first 2 issues and  requested my wife's medical record for seeing her doctor and dermatologist.  My wife explained our area suffered damages from the storm Helene, and everything was closed delaying her medical records. Then, Med Spa Beni rep said nothing can be done until they review medical records completely ignoring the first 2 issues again.   This leads me to believe they do not care about their clients' concerns and experience but care only about medical/legal liability.  We finally got the medical record and are consulting with other professionals regarding how to deal with this. Meanwhile, I am sharing my experiences in hopes of helping other Med Spa Beni current/prospective clients AT MINIMUM to avoid ND YAG treatment WITHOUT the numbing prep.

Awful Spa Experience. I highly recommend that you NOT go here…read more My daughter treated me to spa package for my birthday and Mother's day that included a body scrub, massage, facial, and tea, which we did together. Unfortunately, the wet body scrub in a cold room left the table sheets damp, cold and very uncomfortable for my massage on the same table. The masseuse was reluctant to turn on an air heater at my request since it would make her "dizzy" since she was physically active. She finally turned on a room heater, but I was still very cold during my massage from the wet, cold sheets. Midway through the massage, the masseuse got the manager, and I waited outside the room while they put dry sheets on the table. However, very little time was left of the massage and the room was still cold (the heater had been turned off and I had to ask for it to be turned on again), so I never got the relaxing massage I was hoping for. Both times that I got on the table, the masseuse did not line me up straight and centered on the table. She also left a hot stone next to my arm which startled me and was quite hot. Meanwhile, the background music kept skipping intermittently which also made it hard to relax. I recommend skipping the $40 tea which we were rushed through. It consisted of an almost tasteless slice of tiramisu, a small tasteless Madeline wrapped in plastic (why was there only one for two people?), one chocolate, and peach tea. The tea is overpriced and needs improvement. The bottom line is that the body scrub and the massage were 100% an awful experience. The manager gave me 75% off the body scrub; 10% off the unrelaxing, cold and wet massage; and comped the tea. This was not enough to offset what was supposed to be a special, relaxing, pleasurable spa experience with my daughter, but instead was disappointing, unpleasant, and very uncomfortable.

They have little leg sleeve massagers that run throughout the facial and the bed is warm so I was so so cozy. The facility is clean and the waiting area offers coffee and water. It is a Korean business so you may want to clarify what your needs are if you don't speak Korean.
