At first appointment, was told if any hyperplasias remained that the machine did not appear to help, she would retreat at no cost. Made a followup appt but only had a facial since I was traveling that week and did not want scabs for 7-10 days. Was told to contact her when I returned so we can retreat what did not respond. Contacted her via website and received canned email in return that they have received my appt request and will get back to me. I have not heard a word since. Very disappointed with no follow through. It is not just the service being provided, but the entire experience including being responsive.

I did come to Spa Fiori a couple of years ago, but because of the distance, I decided to go somewhere closer. My first visit back then was heavenly, and I definitely should have stayed. The facials I received elsewhere made me feel relaxed and my skin feel softer, but I never saw any major improvement. Olga is my facial guardian angel. She goes the extra mile to help you relax, educate you, and focuses on not just the superficial layer of your skin, but targets what may be causing the issue--for me this was a problem within the deeper layers of my skin and older hyperpigmented scars. She discovered it for me, and with just one visit, the quality and tone of my skin improved dramatically. Even through mediocre FaceTime quality, my mother told me that she could noticeably see a major change to my skin. In between peels and layers, she will do my eyebrows, do some dermaplaning, give me an upper arm, shoulder, and neck massage, and we will just talk about everything. Each visit here has been well worth every penny. What I appreciate about her the most is that nothing is ever rushed, she loves to teach, and she truly has a passion and gift for skincare. Thank you, Olga!

It was 75 min and included the head treatment and a facial. Upon arrival I was greeted and offered a mimosa, (which was much needed and appreciated!). Ashley was great throughout the treatment and explained all of the treatments at the end. My only critique would be that the neck and should massage portion was a bit short, I was really looking forward to this part. However, The scalp massage, scrub, and treatment as well as the facial was very relaxing and felt amazing. After, you're given the option to sit under the hair dryer or dry your own hair in the changing room. I was offered another mimosa while my hair dried (again very appreciated!) I will definitely be back to Sempre to try a massage or another service, and I definitely recommend the head spa!
