I was also told a lash lift on my longer lashes would have a dramatic effect but see for yourself :( They did ask for my feedback and were kind enough to address my concerns quickly and offer me a lash tint but I still feel a complete refund was the appropriate response here. I'm sure their other services are amazing, the place is incredible, and I maybe just had bad luck but not for $120, or even $60; read the fine print.

I was seated right away and I told the lady that I preferred wax. She talked me into threading and promised the process would be painless with her - to give her a chance. Boy am I happy I did! Not only was this threading the least painful and bothersome I've ever had, the lady doing my brows was very skilled and moved very swiftly. When she finished and I looked in the mirror, I was so blown away by the shape of my eyebrows! I have pretty shapeless eyebrows; they grow completely straight. My face instantly reappeared from behind my bushy eyebrows and I became a threading believer. The pictures do the shape no justice. I came back to Get Brows on a Saturday and, although super busy, they were able to attend to everyone in a timely manner. I've been going to Melissa for almost a year now and every single time she takes her time to outline the areas around the eyebrows. Melissa takes the time to get to know her customers and actually cares about them, and I always leave the salon feeling like a brand new person. I also really appreciated that during my first visit, Melissa checked in about the products I use on my face (such as retinol) as she uses Wax to shape and clean my brows. The salon is impeccably clean, there is so much parking in the shopping center, and my favorite part (among hundreds) is how incredibly punctual the salon is run. I have never arrived and had to wait past my appointment and they send many many reminders about your scheduled appointment time.
