Sophia handled my facial and I don't actually know what magic she worked on me but there were hot cloths, soothing oils, a full array of scents, warm steam, and relaxing music that I never wanted to end. I mentioned the word experience because my entire being feels fantastic today. From the heated bed to the work she did on my shoulders and feet, to the hot rocks placed on various points over and under my body. I appreciate when someone takes such pride in their work and I could feel that with every touch. The location is convenient on South Beach right off Washington with a city garage (aka $1/hour) just a block away. The office is clean and comfortable and professional. I needed to find someone new, although I have a pretty extensive skincare routine, and I use sunscreen everyday, applying every two hours as recommended. I am however 46 currently and need all the help I can get. I had searched several estheticians, and always found myself coming back to Candace. Her salon is very easy to find, clean, comfortable, and she is most passionate and professional about her personal attention and recommendations for the health and appearance of your skin. As this was my first visit, she evaluated the current state of my skin, and made recommendations based on what I said my concerns were, and her overall evaluation. I had several milia I needed extracted, in addition to exfoliation and skin texture improvement. Obviously immediately after treatment you're a bit irritated and need to heal, so the results took a couple of weeks for me to see, but my skin looks amazing even after the first visit. She is worth every penny, and for reference I'm an African American woman, so she can work with and is knowledgeable about any skin.
